Jamie was phenomenal to work with! He had the “let me earn your business” type of attitude. He was professional and thorough and even managed to get out couch stains that other companies said they wouldn’t bother with. Will be recommending to all of my friends and family!

We had Jamie and Gary over to our home a couple of weeks ago to do a couple of area rugs which we had not cleaned since we purchased them several years ago. We had an old dog who has since passed away so need I say more concerning the condition of one of the rugs in particular. We would get to the stain as quickly as possible but obviously you can only do so much. Jamie and Gary did a great job removing any old stains as well as deodorized both rugs. There are now both as good as new. I had a great conversation with Jamie concerning his dogs because he’s a true dog lover in every sense of the word so I found a common bond with him to chat him up while he was working away. We will be picking up a new puppy on Christmas Eve so if and when we have any other work these will be the first two fellows in our home. Unfortunately, Jamie and Gary did not show up for a scheduled in-house rug cleaning. Jamie had quite gleefully confirmed the appointment over the phone the week prior. We left a voicemail and email, neither of which they returned. Sparkling Clean Carpets have made this engagement a disappointing and unprofessional one.
