In all my years I have never experienced such a professional caring team. And I mean team. The respect shown by the dentist to her whole team is a leadership goal. This was the best cleaning I have ever received and highly supervised by the dentist Tanya herself. I feel like my teeth will last forever now.

My first time here was an excellent experience right across from the receptionist, the x-ray person, the hygienist and finally Tanya the dentist. Everyone was was very pleasant and professional. I highly recommend this place.

My second visit for more extensive work left me satisfied and with barely any post-op discomfort. The staff are friendly, knowledge, open minded, and very good at what they do.

I hope it continues, good dentists are hard to find.

Close to 4 years and the service and care are unbeatable every time. The whole team are amazing. A big thank you to dentist E. Ross for the attention to detail and passion for her craft. It shows in the results.

I have always have a fear of going to the dentist. However, Doctor Ross, Dr McGuire and their team made me feel calm and at east during the procedure. Needless to say, the whole procedure went really well! Thank you so much.

After ten years here, I STILL cannot stop promoting this dental practice. Dr B is attentive, thorough, kind, and proactive. She listens to concerns. She cares about her team and her clients. She is fabulous with kids. Her proactive, up to date, and detail oriented approach was literally life saving in my case. If I could give ten stars, I would too!

Sparks Dental Clinic is great for the whole family. They are prompt and friendly. They are responsive to their patients' needs and squeeze emergencies in on the same day. The office is also great with kids. My three year old enjoys going. Dr B.makes him "dentist chicken balloons" out of gloves. He gets to touch all the equipment; so not a scary experience at all. They involve both of us (parent and child) in the care of his mouth, making him excited to use his new toothbrush and dental floss at home. Thanks to everyone at Sparks Dental!

• Accepting to see me yesterday, on a short notice,
• Taking such good a care in repairing the chipped tooth #13,
• Taking care of my adjacent tooth #12 that is fragile,
• Telling me as you do the repair, exactly what each step was and the reason for each of these,
• Advising me on keeping my mouth guard during the day because of irreparable wear that could occur on my tooth (because of my age),
• Calling me this morning to address my concern about what I should chew, and explaining me the biting process in the mouth; not to worry, if the repair broke, you would repair it at no charge.
My tooth feels so good this morning, better than what it was before a chip came off.
Dr. Bracanovich, recommended by my daughter, has been my dentist for 12 years.

I can’t express how happy I am with my first visit to Sparks Dental Clinic. Getting my teeth worked on is NOT my favourite thing, but everyone from the Admin.assistants at the front door to Dr. B herself made me feel at ease with their friendly demeanour and willingness to laugh at my lame jokes!

I also don’t remember ever getting such a thorough examination and easy-to-understand explanation of my dental treatment plan at any other place.

I left the office today with a profound sense of joy; not just from my vastly improved smile, but knowing I’ve FINALLY found a group of professionals that do a great deal to take care of their patients.not JUST their teeth.

Absolutely love Dr. B and her team. One of the kindest people I’ve met, period. I’ve also worked with Dr. Ross and the team of hygienists. I hate driving downtown but have been going to them for over 5 years because I like this team so much.

Dr. B and her team are just exceptional. I've visited quite a few dental clinics during last approx. 6 years because of my teeth issues but the care and the service I've received in Sparks Dental Clinic are way beyond. They're always smiling, welcoming and yet still very cautions during this pandemic time. I just got my front teeth fixed today and I can't stop smiling and taking selfies to prove to myself that my teeth really look like that. Not even that Dr. B helped me with this insecurity I've been having for so many years, she fixed my smile to absolute perfection. I still can't believe that. THANK YOU SO MUCH.

Dr. B and the Sparks Dental team are always friendly and very accommodating. Dr. B makes you feel special, and she always shows genuine compassion and caring towards her patients. My husband, 3 kids and I are long time patients at Sparks Dental. My son just had 2 gum infections. Dr. B has fit him in and has followed up, checking personally on him. I am so grateful and have tremendous trust and confidence in Dr. B and her staff.

Dr. Bracanovich and her staff are wonderful! They are incredibly professional, thorough, and caring. Dr. B goes out of her way to make sure the patient is comfortable, understands everything and she takes time to follow-up. Her approach with patients is exceptional and the work she has done for me is always impeccable. Her hygienists are equally thorough and gentle. Tanya the hygienist is caring, knowledgable, and very good at her job. I 100% recommend Sparks Dental.

I got told to go to this dentist from my family doctor. Not only was the dentist micro managing the desk upon my arrival, but they insisted on photocopying my status card and odsp information. After several times calling them (with promise of a call back that never happened) they respond that as I am not a patient, they're not going to operate on me. This was after they photocopied my personal information, and made it seem like they were. Very disappointed. Worst dentist I've been to.

Dr. B is a dentist and an artist! My teeth have never been cleaner and looked better. No soreness or pain from any work. It's a pleasure to be in Dr B and her staff's company! Highly recommend.

My wife and I have both been going to Dr. B.for many years, my wife looks forward to going to the Dentist now, it is a painless, fun experience.which I never thought I would hear come out of her mouth.

This is covid time but no mask can hide Dr. B's wonderful, welcoming smile! I had lots of things to be corrected since last time because of the city covid lockdown, and some things even related to the stress of covid too, Dr. B did it all with great skill and with a thought to make my smile aesthetically better, not easy at my age)! Thank you and your cheery assistants! I think everyone leaves your clinic with a healthier smile and a happier outlook on life!

I have been treated at the Sparks Street Dental Clinic for over 10 years. The level of care and service has always been outstanding. I have always been received by a caring and attentive staff that go out of their way to tend to me. I highly recommend Dr. Tanya Bracanovich and her staff.

I have been a patient of this dental office for probably 10 years and will not change, ever. Staff is very friendly, professional and appointments times are respected. Dr. B.has done lots of work on my teeth over the years and she respects the fact that I do not love dentists and is very gentle and caring. I've also had a few dental emergencies and Dr. B.is readily available. The atmosphere is very calming and everyone seems to genuinely like each other. I've recommended this dental office to my family and they love it as I do. Plus, for me the location is excellent.

By far the most in depth dental work up, and the service is amazing! I went to my last dentist thinking I was perfectly fine, not knowing that I was in trouble with my teeth, after my first visit my habits changed dramatically. Thank you for everything!

I was in twice in the past six months, very impressed both times. I was a little anxious after having gone quite a while without seeing a dentist but Dr. Bracanovich put me at ease right away. She explains everything and has no problem answering questions when you want to know more or look at options. My recent filling was fast and pain-free. The staff also seem very good, they know their stuff and are good with people. I wish my doctors treated patients the way Sparks Dental does. This one is a no-brainer.if you want a great dentist, Sparks Dental is the place.

Wow what an amazing place. Even though Doctor B is a family friend and comes from the same place she's absolutely dr. Brilliant. When you come in the staff knows who you are by your name. The staff the assistants the hygienist will take care of you as if you were their own family. I know for a fact dr. B takes care of everyone she takes care of children on Saturdays so they won't miss school and Sundays she volunteers.she will give you the best advice and the best Dentistry you ever expect. I love this place. Dr. B and her team are awesome: knowledgeable, efficient, genuinely nice and caring. I've had a lot of procedures done at Sparks including crowns and complicated fillings, and Dr. B's skills and attention to detail always impress me.

I was very happy with the treatment I received from Dr. B, as always. She fixed my broken tooth with no problems whatsoever. However, she has now adopted the practice of having a "finisher" to complete the job, i.e. Someone who steps in to grind down the new filling to make sure it fits with the patient's bite. This the first time I have ever had a second person come in to complete the job at any dental office but I understand that it is a common practice these days. I found that the "finisher" (sorry I don't know her name) was rather heavy handed in her approach and put a lot of physical pressure on the tooth in question to grind it down. That created neck and upper back pain which persisted through the evening. I have a chronic issue with my neck and back. While I was in the chair, I wore a neck collar with a warm bean bag inside in an attempt to minimize any negative impact. However, in this instance, it was not effective. The next time I would appreciate a more gentle approach. Thanks for listening!

I love Sparks Dental Clinic. I have been going to Dr. B since about 2002 and even though I don't live in Ottawa anymore, I happily drive over 100 km to see her and my wonderful dental hygienist, Tanya. I trust them so much with my teeth and dental hygiene. Dr B is gentle and patient, and never rushes into anything unless it's really necessary. You really feel as though you're in expert hands.

I find Sparks Dental Clinic, its staff and # 1 Dr Tanya B.to be very caring, kind and very professional. I recommend them 100 %.
