Spartan was a true leap of faith. We knew little about it and weren't sure if my two teen boys would like it. Four months later, they're in the best shape of their lives. The coaches are positive and know how to get the best out of everyone. Young or old, if you want to challenge yourself, this is the place to be.

Best striking academy in the gta! Patrica & Heemy are the best coaches out there. My son always looks forward to being taught by them every single day. They are so determined to help your kids grow not just in the Maui Thai aspect but growing in life as well. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

If I could give more stars I would. It's rare to find a place that kicks your butt into gear while showing they care about you as an individual. The instructors are amazing and focus on technique, stamina and fun. I leave classes feeling like I truly was pushed for an intense workout.

Spartan is good for every age group, kids will love the discipline and workouts while people who want to get in shape and never worked out before can feel supported by the experienced trainers and participants.

Absolutely love this place! It’s hard for me to join gyms but this place makes me feel so comfortable. I’ve learned so much and i cant wait to continue learning!

Wow where do I begin:) I began training at Spartan Striking Academy Richmond Hill back in March, results have been life changing for me, my mobility and fitness became a lot better and made more progress than a gym membership. This training facility is like my second home, all the fellow members and training staff are like family. All the coaches and training staff are well established fighters and are very experienced, on top of that they are great at teaching and helping you in Muay Thai, Kickboxing and boxing. Best decision I've made this year was to become a member. The facility is really CLEAN, parking is abundant. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this gym, whether it's for improving your fitness or self defence it is WORTH IT!

To be completely and utterly honest, my current partner introduced me to the world of MMA and the UFC, and ever since then, I have been hooked on learning more about the sport. So, I started researching boxing classes and schools to surprise my partner as a gift and found Spartan to be the best bet due to the proximity to my home. When I tell you that the facilities, trainers, and peers have motivated me so much in not just doing this, for my surprise, but I want to do this until my body goes numb!

I was a person who hated exercising regularly because I always felt like I would never see any improvement in my fitness. Going to Spartan thankfully proved me wrong. I’ve been going to Spartan Striking Academy for almost 3 weeks now, and I already feel more fit than I have ever been in my entire life.

The Richmond Hill facility is fantastic. I’ve been going to the Markham location regularly, but this one is larger, so there is more room to move around. I’ve been taking the all-women’s classes with Janelle in the mornings along with the noon classes with Heemy in Markham, and I’ve had nothing but good words for both coaches. They are beginner-friendly and very patient, especially for someone like me who has just started training for the first time.

Everyone here are friendly and open to helping you improve, and I can always find parking at both locations if that’s something you consider.

I highly recommend going here if you or your kid (s) are looking for a rewarding, intensive workout!

Honestly amazing place i was really interested into fighting I saw this place and went for a trial class and instantly got hooked to and this place has amazing trainers that can help people get in shape and learn Muay Thai
