We had a wonderful experience at SpaToepia! This is the second time I've been here and they did not disappoint. The facial was relaxing and made my skin glow, the Mani Pedi was incredible and my mom said the body polish was even better than a massage. The staff are all so friendly and fun, and very professional. The spa is clean and well decorated too! Absolutely do not hesitate to book yourself a spa day at SpaToepia.

Saw Christine for a pedicure after breaking a toe (yes a toe not a toenail) and she was extremely careful and gentle and did a great job!

Amazing staff, great service and very clean place. Hygiene is top priority for the staff. Customer satisfaction is very important to the staff which is amazing.

I am extremely disappointed in the service I received today. I did a pedicure here about 3 years ago and it was one of the best experiences I ever had. I am on my first vacation/staycation in over 2 years and I figured I would splurge and do their Ulimate Pedicure package.
The place is clean and the staff is courteous but the service I received was subpar. I have gone to regular nail salons and received far better service for half of the money.
I really wanted to leave part way through the pedicure, but of course, that wasn't physicly possible. The technician was pleasant and she did try her best to help me pick colours for my toe nails, but the whole experience was a let down. I didn't even realize how poorly of a job she did on my toe nails until I got home because I didn't have my glasses on.
She did not put any effort into scrubbing my feet and didn't really seem interested in what she was doing. There was a product she was suppose to use that was clearly finished, but she spent about 10 minutes trying to scrape out everything from the bottom of the jar and it was very obvious that it wasn't enough. I had been looking forward to this pedicure for days. I was so excited for this day and I almost cried at the end because it was absolutely nothing that I expected.
I never write negative reviews, however, I was so overly disappointed in my experience today and just had to express my concern.
I definitely won't be going back again.

What a wonderful afternoon with my friend for a pedi! We got Tracy and Reyna and they were so good! Spatopia is a great place to get pampered with friendly staff and a warm and welcoming atmosphere! This was our second time and we’re definitely going back! Don’t think about it, just book your appt. Your mind and body will thank you!

I am a regular client of Spatoepia and i not only visit there biweekly for the great service they deliver each of my visit, I also enjoy the environment at the spa. The staffs are very friendly they make me feel special upon each visit as if I am a part of their family. The environment is very clean and inviting. The staffs listen to your ask and never fail to deliver. I was Ashley's first client when she started at the spa and to this day she is my esthetician. I love getting my nails done here! I'm very specific about how my nails are done and they do an amazing job! It's super clean & hygenic. Definitely recommend it!

One of the worst mistakes I’ve made in my life was having my eyebrows microbladed at spatoepia. It’s been one month since having my brows done, and in spots where I actually do show pigment, the colour is not even close to natural brow colour. The heads where I had the most colour retention is cloudy and a greyish brown, but my natural brows are warm golden brown with hints of red. The arches and tails barely retained any colour and where they did it’s cloudy and light grey. The strokes are cloudy and too thick and do not resemble hair. There is also red lines on the tails and I’m not sure if this is pigment or scarring. My eyebrows were also excessively tweezed during the procedure and I barely have any natural brow left. I am now embarrassed and ashamed about my appearance, and have anxiety every time I have to leave house and go to work looking like this.

I have since had a consultation with a phibrows certified artist and a laser and colour correction specialist and have been advised these issues can’t be fixed with a touch up / cover up appointment and my options are to fade brows with AHA’s and get laser and start over.

I’ve been in contact with spatoepia regarding these issues and I’ve been advised I need to come in for touch up appointment, but at this point I do not trust they can fix this and I’m not about to make things worse and make same mistake twice.

This place is off the chart amazing. I go there every other Friday for my treatments which are always done perfect! I can’t say enough about the staff.but they are always kind, professional and welcoming. If u have never been you MUST GO! You will love it!

LOVE Spatoepia! My favourite spot to get aesthetic services. All of the staff are friendly and welcoming. They offer you coffee, water, snacks and make you feel right at home. They treat all customers as friends and remember EVERYONE's name. I have been going there for years now and the areas are always clean.
Everyone on the staff is talented as well. I have gotten services from multiple different staff members and have never been disappointed. I will continue to go to Spatoepia and always recommend new people to try it out!

I love this spa, their services and the girls are amazing. Had a Microdermabrasion and facial there and it was incredible. I loved everything about it, from the product they use, the environment in the treatment room, the scented face towel and the wonderful esthetician Shannon. It is definitely a 5 stars place.
