We used special event rentals for our wedding in September and I can’t say enough great things! Greg and his team were so easy to work with to order our tables/chairs, linens, dishes and decor! 10/10 for your next wedding, shower or event.

She is so talented and her product suggestions for our small wedding were absolutely perfect for the rustic outdoor setting in September. The quality and sophistication of the products are top-notch – we rented chairs, table linens and dinnerwares.

Delivery also went off without a hitch and pick up too! The entire experience was effortless, professional and stress-free - and so appreciated.

The event was truly Special, and Special Events and Antonia helped create the magic! We would definitely recommend this company and will use them again.

Absolutely outstanding company and product they provided my wife and I for our wedding back in June of 2023. They walked us through the process step by step, provided us excellent customer service and options as the wedding invite list kept growing and growing. They provided digital floor plans / CAD looking drawings and the representative we dealt with Shaun took the time to go to the location months ahead of time, took measurements therefor setting up the tent the day before the wedding was seamless. Everything they said they were going to do was 100% provided. Also we were able to build a payment plan months in advance with 0% additional charges, as long as we made the payments on time. Overall 5/5 stars with out a doubt and would highly recommend to any of my family / friends. Keep up the good work!

Not only was the communication leading up to the event incredibly professional, clear and responsive but the actual rentals were affordable, in great shape and delivery was outstanding!

Special Event Rentals was so wonderful to work with. From visiting the showroom to pick everything, obtaining a quote, set-up and clean-up, it was a breeze. Special Events Rentals delivered for our big day. We did the 60x40 for 100ish guest and it was perfect. The clear roof panels showing the tree canopy was beautiful. Working with the SER team was seamless - we made many changes leading up and the installation/takedown only took them a few hours (impressive to watch). Highly recommend using them for your next event.

We are so glad that we chose Special Event Rentals to work with for our wedding day this summer. We had a backyard wedding and everything exceeded our expectations and looked beautiful. Carly and Shaun were both so awesome and helpful. I felt super comfortable asking both of them questions and it was easy to edit our order as the day got closer. I 100% recommend using this company for all your rental needs!

The items we rented were very nice, clean and mostly undamaged. However; the lack of communication, planning, and overall customer experience was terrible. We rented these items for our wedding and the company couldn’t even tell us ON THE DAY of delivery what the approximate delivery time would be. Then came to pick up the items on a Monday morning at 8: 00am without even calling us before hand. It took me multiple calls that day to finally get them to come pick up the items as they weren’t ready at 8: 00am. There’s a clear gap in your business - I’m giving two stars because eventually Greg made the pickup happen but the hassle we experienced wasn’t what we wanted associated with our wedding day.

Special Event Rentals was a phenomenal vendor for us. We were able to make an initial booking and then add items as needed with ease. They were very relaxed as well about us reducing dinnerware items as we got closer to the wedding date and had a more accurate guest count.

The dinnerware items showed up sealed in plastic bags and labels stating they were all sanitized and the glasses were all in well protected trays, again all seal in plastic bags. Their drop-off staff was also amazing and dropped things off in the exact locations we requested, which made our life much easier when setting up the floor plan.

Their booking system is also amazing and would update live while we were making changes on the phone, which would allow us to confirm simultaneously that the right things were being added to our order. Their staff was also amazing and always helpful when we had questions.

Overall, I would certainly recommend them as a company to rent items from!

Recently I had to reschedule an event and Carly was able to help me accommodate the change of plans incredibly seamlessly. Gorgeous table settings, including water glasses and linens, made for a very magical cottage wedding. Pickups and returns were easy and they were very accommodating.

I can’t say enough about Special Event Rentals. They were phenomenal to work with and delivered and picked up everything without issue. The rentals came clean and very well packaged for use.
