If I could give them 0 stars I would!

Leading up to our event, they came to set up the tents on April 26th for our event that was being hosted on April 27th. They brought the wrong order of table cloths to our house, some lights were not working and there were two chairs that were damaged and all of the white chairs were filthy. In total, they made about three trips back and forth to ensure that things were done accordingly to their assigned tasks. The leader of the group was very rude when my mom was asking questions about the set up. My mom insisted for the need of space heaters even after the owner of the company Frank said we wouldn't need them due to the sunny weather. This day was one of the coldest days of the week reaching as low as 7°C with cloudiness and wind. I wanted to make note that in order for these space heaters to function, my family had to purchase to propane tanks because the company only provided us with one tank even though three gas heaters were rented. Then, my mom requested from the owner of the company Frank if the workers could demonstrate how to set up the heaters, my dad then asked and my brother asked. His response was "it is easy, just read the instructions. " Not very helpful at all. This was a basic set up and we had never operated with these space heaters before. They could have taken 2 minutes out of their time to show us how to use these gas operating heaters but chose not to. This was a huge safety issue that was dismissed and not addressed. The following day, the heaters were set up to the best of our knowledge but our guests were left FREEZING in the cold in 7°C cloudy weather with wind. This almost ruined our event. This company had no attention to detail and if they has taken the time to ensure their customers were satisfied this would have prevented a very cold and unpleasant experience.

When they came to pick up the tents on the weekend, the main leader of the group exchanged words with my sister and mom and was very unprofessional. I am sorry, but I am a Registered Nurse and I deal with clients and family members all the time, I would never dare raise my voice at anyone, I would try to de-escalate the situation and be very apologetic. The leader of the group was trying very hard to show his level authority and was very disrespectful towards the customers (my family) by raising his voice where you can hear him from inside the house. Please think twice before using this company. They are rude, disrespectful, unprofessional and very unorganized!

Taking accountability for your actions is the first rule of good business. It’s ok to admit your fault. Horrible customer service. Almost ruined the whole wedding day. Non punctual, no common sense, poor product quality and most importantly no accountability.

This is so bad place do you call it dance floor? Bring flat wood next time please.

Highly recommend this company. I have relied on Frank for years and have never been disappointed. His prices are fair and he is so fast and efficient. Answered all of my calls right away, and was always available for me to call incase of emergency during my events (such as weather issues). This alleviated stress for me and allowed me to focus on enjoying my events as Frank took the planning in his own hands. He answered all my questions and made modifications wherever I requested to ensure the event was exactly what I had envisioned. Incredibly hard worker, as well as his staff. Absolutely great company! Frank, the owner, listens to exactly what you want and makes it happen for you. I called him and right away he said he could come give me a quote for the tent I was wanting, I truly appreciated it and how quickly he made things happen for me!
