The team at Masonville Mall were very helpful from the time the doors opened until I ordered my new glasses. They even had a box that I could donate my old glasses.

My experience with specsavers was exactly as the reviews said! Honestly I was reluctant to believe them but the customer service was perfect, selection good, price great and the glasses came well before the estimated timeline. I’ve only had them for a day but so far they seem to be made correctly. They gave them a couple of suggestions for getting used to them and welcomed me to come back if I needed a free adjustment or had a problem. And yes I know I sound like a fake, to good to be true review but it was a great experience!

I already have progressive lenses, but I was looking for a pair of glasses to use just for reading. I called my current optometrist and was told it would be $300 just for the lens if I was to use my own frames. I then went in to the spec savers at Masonville Mall where I could choose a new frame and the lens for a total cost of $69! They said it could take two weeks to get in but it came in after just one week. When I went to pick them up I was in and out within 5 minutes! The staff are very friendly and ready to help with any questions that I had. I will definitely use them again in the future.

Went to pickup prescription sunglasses and Harry couldn't have been more helpful and nice. I am quite pleased with the service and how quickly my glasses were ready. Good deals especially if you are a senior on a fixed income. Worth looking into if you need glasses.

We have recommended you guys to a bunch and have used the coupons to our advantage too, along with passing out the 25% off ones to our friends who just used them at your new location in White Oaks Mall. Absolutely fantastic customer service. With friendly staff. The staff member who rung me through assisted me the whole time I was there showed me the different options for lenses and frames was very thorough. The optometrist was fantastic, friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. Made me feel calm and heard. They direct billed my insurance which made the whole process easier and a lot less stressful as I am lower income and only work part time. I recommend to everyone and will definitely return in the future. For all my future glasses and vision appointment needs. They truly went above and beyond!

I rarely give reviews period let alone a 5 star review. However my experience with Specsavers at Masonville has been a 5 star experience. The optometrist took the time to review my eye exam results thoroughly with me. The opticians & associates are extremely friendly & helped ensure my contacts arrived in a very timely manner.
Best of all: the pricing! Extremely budget friendly for this gal without benefits. Their house brand of 30 day wear contacts has been the same level of comfort as the name brands I’ve worn in the past and cost less than ordering through an online company.

The experience was excellent. The team was knowledgeable about all the different options for my prescription. The team was careful and patient while choosing the frames and made valuable suggestions. The process thereafter with the Optician was quick and easy. I felt no pressure and the price point was the best I have ever experienced. I am accustomed paying close to $1000 for my spectacles but my bill at SpecSavers was only $600 before any discounts. Will definitely recommend.
