Needed an eye exam done for a job application and the team here was accommodating and polite and well informed. Also their appointment schedules were very accommodating. Thank you very much.

My wife and I visited this location last week and were pleasantly surprised by the professional, pleasant and courtesy staff that work there. Their eye testing was thorough and each individual we met along the way was very friendly and helpful. We'll be coming here from now on.

The savings is not worth the headache. It's better to go some where else. It's been close to a month and I have not received my glasses nor contacts. It's as if they don't care about customer service after they took their payment. Please Buyer Be Aware.

Both Aniqa and Camille were very attentive, friendly and helpful. Dr. Patience (optometrist) was very friendly as well and made me feel at ease and explained things about my vision and tests she was doing throughout the entire exam.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE! Everyone was so pleasant, optometrist was very friendly and very detailed on explaining everything to me. I do have to give a special thank you to Antiqa, she made the whole experience from beginning to end so comfortable and enjoyable. I would highly recommend this place, and the prices are very good with so many different frame options! Highly recommend!

I had the absolute best experience at Specsavers Meadowvale Town Centre! All staff members received me with a big smile, the optometrist (Dr. Patience) was delightful and helped me understand my needs. Adam helped me pick the best frames, explained me in detail about the offers, extras and everything in a very transparent manner. I believe they have a good selection of frames (although I couldn't find the exact pair I had in mind) but am very happy with my choice. The prices were competitive as well! I will definitely go back!

Had an amazing experience with Specsavers came in on a Wednesday night and had very patient staff who helped me pick out my glasses very friendly and would definitely come again. I couldn’t get the name of the staff unfortunately but they really were great!

I am a new customer. The store had a great selection of frames. It is a great deal too! I am getting two pairs of glasses for the price of one. And they do direct billing with my company's insurance. Adam is great, service was great, and he is very knowledgeable and addressed my questions with confidence. It will take 5 to 10 business days to have my glasses ready but I'm sure the quality will be great. In today's world of saving $$$ where you can I'd recommend Specsavers!
