Awesome customer service! Within 5 seconds of arrival, Brendan greeted us and offered assistance. When I was finally ready for assistance, Marcy was right there to find all of the frames I had saved during my online research yesterday. Marcy was friendly and easy to work with. Edith was right there to help out with optician-specific questions. No question was too insignificant for any of the staff. Edith and Marcy were attentive throughout my transaction. They did not hover nor did they push me to make a decision. Everyone went above and beyond expectations. I'm thrilled with my decisions here today and cannot wait to get my new specs.

I visited the belleville store some time ago. After experiencing and witnessing the immense level of professionalism and patience displayed by your Staff members I will be returning to purchase all of my eyeglasses at this location. Thank you Edith and staff.

How nice to book an appointment with a Dr and not have to wait. I sat down for literally two minutes before I was called in to Optometrist Celine's office for my eye exam. She was very thorough and explained everything. Next, Edith helped me pick out two styles of glasses. Her honest opinion was important to me and I am pleased with my choices. Edith then explained all the lens options in detail and why one would get lens A vs lens B. Overall, it was a great experience. I will go back for contact lenses.

Had my eye exam here. Excellent experience, I can see! Dr Celine Pitre did my exam, I had no issues at all, she was great. 2 days later I’m back to look for glasses. A-1 staff, they all were very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Picked out my frames which were a 2 for 1. The speed at which I received them was quick. Both were done and ready to pick up in week and a half. No issues. I highly recommend Specsavers. I will purchase again from this store. Thanks to all staff!

I just want to pick uP My Glasses that I picked out in September. After 3 months of waiting for paperwork n' return phone calls, I just paid the last $99.70 that should of been covered after TWO Doctors said. It's Two to Three weeks for Me to get these frames After paying $300 out of the $400+ they cost since the ONLY factory they have is in British Columbia n' I live in Campbellford, Ontario. But I had to drive to Bellville to see them, Twice because they forgot to size or fit Me when I was first there. That's THREE 45 Minute DRIVES. The glasses should be pretty dope though. I'm looking forward to seeing them on My face. I pray to the God's that these lenses are PERFECT so I don't have to wait another however long to get them.

Great optometrist. Poor service optician.

My appointment with the optometrist was incredible, easily the best exam I've had in my 24 years of having eye exams and wearing glasses. The staff when I picked out my glasses were also wonderful; friendly and helpful. I was told 2-3 weeks for delivery and due to back order they took 5 weeks. It would have been nice to have had communication from someone about this delay but the service had been so great to this point I was ok with it.

Unfortunately, things went downhill after that. The optician, when I picked up my glasses, was in a very sour mood. I was happy and friendly in communicating with her, but she was short, snappy, and unhelpful. She didnt check the fit at all; just handed them to me to put on and stoot there as though I was an inconvenience. When I told her the nose pieces were uncomfortable and felt too close together she said "they look fine to me, anything else? " By this point, I didn't want to interact with her anymore and told her I'd adjust them myself at home. She chuckled and welcomed me back for adjustments, yet was incredibly unwelcoming and wouldn't even look at the fit to address the issue. Sure enough I slightly widened the nose pieces when I got home and they're perfrct now. The following day, I went back with a pair of old glasses to give to their donation program and inquire about a possible defect in the new pair. The same optician stood leaning against the wall, still snappy and snarly and said "they're supposed to be like that. " When I explained the issue it was causing for me, she shrugged her shoulders and snapped "that's how they are, nothing we can do" then turned to converse with another employee.

Defect or not, my frames still need a little adjusting, so I will stop in again in hopes of a different optician working, otherwise, I will have to make a trip to Kingston for this.

Staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. They know how to fit you with the right frames and genuinely care about the costumer experience. Prices are good and even better if you're able to hit up a sale. Highly recommended!

From start to finish, including eye exam, this experience was great. Edith's service is phenomenal and Celine's exam uncovered a long standing misdiagnosis that dramatically reduced my prescription. I paid less than I ever have for 2 full-option pairs and I can see much, much better than before. I will return.

Recommending the excellent service and care, not to mention the easy-going yet throughly professional manner of the by far finest eye care professional I have ever had the pleasure of being examined by - Dr. Celine Pitre! I hope she is always in my area because now, my search for my last optometrist has ended on this high note! She took the time to answer any questions I had about a few age related and hereditary eye-related concerns I had had, also pulling up examples of said concerns as an educational tool to ensure I walked away with a better, clearer understanding of the areas I sought information about. Now THAT'S going the extra mile! I may or may not purchase frames and lenses from Specsavers but I will always be happy to see Dr. Pitre for any eye-related concerns in the future. The staff on the retail side was also friendly, helpful and not pushy like I have experienced in other outlets and optometrists' offices.

I recently had my appointment at the Belleville location. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience. The Doctor took the time to answer all my questions and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The store itself is quite lovely. I would highly recommend booking an appointment!
