Specsavers at the Shops at Don Mills was an excellent place to get glasses. The eye exam was top notch and carefully done. Ana was awesome helping me pick frames that actually looked good. Was not pressured into high end frames at all but still feel I got a great deal. They even called my insurance company when having a glitch processing my claim. Everyone there had a smile and were very professional.

I was attracted by a boxing week sale (2 sets glasses from $99) ; would go again after staff and product proved excellent. I almost never shop for anything fashion related without a female relative but the consultant had great sense of what fits/suits me. No pressure to upsell.

I had a great experience! I was pleasantly surprised at how polite and engaging the staff was. The bright atmosphere along with the calming green was a nice combination. The eye exam was comfortable, informative and had a nice time talking with Dr. Low about the process and results.
Selecting the frames and different coating options was a fun experience with Khadejah. She was engaging, helpful and had fun during the whole process.

Nick was wonderful. He helped me find the perfect pairs of glasses that fit me the most comfortable and looked the best for my face. He was very patient and created a pleasant shopping experience for me. Would definitely recommend!

Khadeja is a rockstar! Absolutely the best service I have ever received while shopping for eyewear. The optometrist and other staff members were all amazing and very friendly. I highly recommend going to them for your eyewear needs.

I had a such a great experience at this SpecSavers location. From the time I entered the store until the time I left, I received top notch customer service. The receptionist was friendly and efficient, she quickly got me checked in and ready for my exam. Shortly after, I met with Dr. Low who was so lovely! She communicated with me throughout the exam so I knew what was going on & took the time to discuss my concerns and answer my questions. They do direct billing and have a pretty large selection of frames. I always dread being hounded by sales staff in an eyewear store so I really appreciated that no one was following me around pushing me to buy. Instead, the staff were present, attentive, and ready to help when I needed them! Overall, a really great experience and I highly recommend this location!

I really do not like anyone coming near my eyes but the optician was so friendly and patient that the machines were tolerable and the pre-testing was easy. The optometrist was also very knowledgeable and friendly. The whole experience was amazing. The front room staff were also friendly.helpful with finding a decently priced frame and had great senses of humour. Amazing! The only thing is that I wish they had a few more choices in frames but it does not take away from the fact that I would go there again.

I went to this store to get my new pair of glasses as it is nearer to my home. I got my prescription at Specsavers–Fairview Mall, and everything went smoothly. All staff are well-trained and the ambiance of the place is beautiful.
I’m loving it after picking them up in 10 days.

It was a quick and painless process. Because it was so busy when I first walked in, I thought I would have to experience an unbelieveable wait time, but the store kept to my appointment and I was attended to on time and got to pick out two frames that really suited me. I would definitely go back again for follow up appointments.

Great customer service from the sales team (Kelly) and Dr. Low, both took the time to explain everything and no pressure or upselling to purchase anything more than I required. Overall great experience!
