One of the worst services I have received! They don’t show and never call or inform and they always say that they called and left a message. I have called the office multiple times to correct the phone number as phone number on file if not correct but they never did. The receptionist is very rude every time is worst!

The worst healthcare service provider! Rude and unprofessional nurse! Imagine a nurse not being able to find the vine in 5 attempts then ask you “why do you feel the pain of the needle! ”.

I have worst experience with spectrum health care HR team. HR people are super rude in spectrum. I got placement through My college with spectrum for PSW. I got a preceptor for placement who lives 45 minutes far away from my house. I adjusted myself for dropping me off and picking me up even I don’t have car. I just has to stay with preceptor while she has to give care to clients. Suddenly Preceptor called me and said she can’t help me for training because of her personal problems. Today when I called spectrum, one lady was super rude and didn’t even listen to me properly. She said preceptor is not your driver, you have to have your car and driving which made very upset. She did not even asked me that if I had talk to someone about it or not.
I don’t know how these kind of rude manners people are driving your company.
I have talked this rude lady today at 1: 51 pm which is Feb 27,2023 if you want inquire.

My mom started with this company and within 3 days they have missed 3 shifts
2 shifts they did not even inform us that no one will be showing up
3 shift they called 5 hours before and informed us that they had no one for the evening shift and if they found someone they would call us.
Meaning that will not have anyone to come in the evening!
This is a 2 part fault 1 the government (linn) who hands over money to these private companies without any accountability or responsibility!
2 the company doesn’t hire enough staff to service the clients and uses the excuse of shortage of psws
What we need to do is write to our ombudsman and voice our concerns how seniors are being neglected

I've been going to spectrum Mississauga for over 6 weeks now for my wound change, I've had a wonderful experience with them, they are very friendly, they talk to me with respect, and they are very knowledgeable staff. Thanks to all the staff for the good job they doing, They are really ANGELS.

Absolutely terrible. In all aspects. Plus I haven't had 1 client that had anything good to say about them. That alone should say something

This company should not be in health care. Their customer service is the worst by far. Not only you are suffering medically, but you suffer trying to reach this company and their staff. Most of their nurses are not well trained, careless, and have no sense of medical care. I am only hoping LHIN will work with another company. We understand the shortage of nurses but patient care should not be affected due to this. My mother, suffered due these nurses, they sent us an unprofessional nurse, they put us on hold and transfer us from one person to another without letting us know what is happening, you can hear children voices in the background. Very unprofessional. WORST COMPANY EVER!

The nurses and treatments are good but the office staff is brutal. Someone always seems to be trained on the “system” and mistakes are always being made. Scheduling is a manual archaic process that leads to mistakes all the time. This company needs to invest in some software that will take them into this century.
