Speed River Bicycle

After hunting for weeks for a specific part for a Trek Domane, I discovered that SRB had them in stock (no one else in the province seemed to, and Trek listed it as backordered). It wasn't listed on their website, so I called and Kris was more than accommodating in helping me get the part I needed, even shipping it to me in Toronto to receive the next day. If I lived in or near Guelph I would definitely be shopping here for all of my future bike needs. Highly recommend this shop.

Knowledgeable staff that is willing to help you out. Due to where I work, I occasionally have to go elsewhere since the hours don't always work for my situation.

Incredible, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Quick turnaround time, and a great location with two entrances for easy access to the service or sales team, respectively. The back of the building is service, and the front of the building is their sales side. I stopped here for a gear repair and it was a seamless, reasonably priced experience. The team had my bike ready in a few hours, and were very friendly and helpful.

Ok, nothing special. Hours are not great it's hard to get to unless you don't work during the day. One evening a week would be helpful for customers.
Update
Better hours would include an evening or two to better service the bike commute. Most people can't make it between 8-6 during the week. That works for doctors offices because people will take time off to go but not for bike shopping or for part unfortunately.

Brought my bike in a year ago to fix the gear shift. Okayed the repairs. Didn't get a chance to ride it last summer due to health issues. Turns out the gear shifter was never fixed.

I've been getting my bikes serviced at SRB for over a year now and the whole team is incredible!
Bought an XC bike from them last month and got an awesome deal being a regular customer.

Amazing team, very attentive to customers, especially to novices riders. I couldn't have been better advised than at Speed River Bicycle. I was able to try out numerous models and take my time to think things through. My experience was exceptional and I'll be maintaining my new gravel bike with them for sure.

The staff were super helpful. I was stuck without tools and needed a simple fix (to my Rollerblades! - not even a bike!) with an Allen key I did not have. The staff were amazingly helpful and got me back on my way. Top notch bunch of people; I highly recommend them. My left foot survived the day thanks to their help.

Amazing people! Came in for a brakes and some gear. While I was shopping around they did the brakes and tuned my bike! Less time on YouTube "how to's" and more time riding. The absolute best customer service! You guys are awesome!

Best experience ever! Their staff helped me with sizing of bike to accessories for the bike. They had the bike ready the NEXT day! Over ecstatic as I'm leaving for a camping trip with my new trek! They even helped me carry out and load the bike into my vehicle. Can't say enough.

Customer service is exceptional. A defect was noted on my son’s new bike, he contacted the shop and they happily took steps to have his bike fixed taking into account we don’t live near the shop. They managed to make my teen’s frown turn upside down!

Dropped in as I was riding a portion of the G2G trails and my brakes were acting up. The staff made time to have a look and fixed the problem (worn pads - killed by the previous weekend's P2A ride) for me so I could continue riding.
