Brenda Scott-Thomas has kept me able to function physically for a number of years. She has assessed my issues swiftly and correctly when other health professionals could not, and she has helped me to learn how to manage any problems and prevent further deterioration. She is a miracle worker, and Andrea (the office administrator) always makes my life easier rather than more complicated. They are the best!

My experience with Eddy Phachanhla at Speed River Physio was excellent! His tailored approach and precise exercises expedited the recovery of my broken wrist. His encouragement and support made each session productive and reassuring. I would leave with increased mobility and with the knowledge and confidence to take the next steps towards healing. Had an appointment early morning on Saturday, the door was closed and the therapist drove in 10 minutes late while I was waiting outside. He didn’t mentions that. He was supposed to send me some exercises by email and never did that. I discontinued the therapy with them as I got disappointed!

I have been visiting Speed River Physiotherapy, specifically Marco, for a couple years now. Off and on as needed. Most recently I was suffering from sciatica pain to the point it was disrupting my sleep not to mention my day to day life and golf game. I scheduled a last minute appointment before a two day golf tournament. I was able to play the tournament pain free and we won our team event. I’m playing the best golf of my life at age 51 and certainly attribute some of this success with my experience with Marco at SRP.

Dr. Marco Lozej is exceptional in his field and knowledge of sports injuries. His attentive treatments, assessments, and recovery plans for my daughter’s dance injuries over the years, have been vital to her healing and success as an athlete. Marco has a positive attitude in everything and always goes the extra mile for his patients. Highly recommend!
Andrea is always helpful and professional in her work! A fantastic practice.

I am also so happy to have everything I need in one office, at a great location and where I can book everything and keep it all coordinated and each practitioner can see my file and discuss anything regarding my needs (as given permission by me).

Brenda is a really nice person and an amazing physiotherapist who got me walking again after a serious injury. I have continued to see her through the various body aches I get from time to time from this injury. She's highly skilled at sorting out where the issue lies and how to relieve it. She also strives to explain what is happening so that you can be an active participant in your recovery. This is super helpful both physically and mentally! Andrea at the front desk is also really nice-always trying to find a way to make things work.

Eddie P is an wonderful therapist. He is very caring and thoughtful in his approach. Reception is always welcome, helpful and efficient.

Been going to Speed River with Eddy for a few months for a shoulder injury from repetitive motion. I was convinced that it un fixable and was just going for some relief.

Eddy somehow managed to fix my shoulder. He’s has some magical methods (along with being super knowledgeable) for my shoulder to become back to normal. It’s been a year since it’s felt this good. I have used Speed River three times. All the staff are a joy to work with. Pleasant, friendly and mostly effective and efficient. The receptionist is very nice and so nice to deal with. Eddy has helped me on my last two visits. Knowledgeable, clear and considerate. He has helped me overcome my challenges and gave me a great program to maintain my body.

Highly recommend! Physiotherapist Eddy Phachanhla has helped me immensely in my recovery and rehab from a major elbow injury and surgery. Eddy takes the time each visit to assess my current condition and applies his obvious expertise to determine the right treatment for where I am at that particular point in my healing and strengthening journey. You will not get a, "just go through the motions with your prescribed exercises" experience here - expect personable and truly excellent care.

I am well ahead of where the surgeon expected I would be at this point, and the great care I have received at Speed River Physio has been a key part of my road to recovery.

Eddy was extremely professional and helpful diagnosing and treating my knee injury. Would not hesitate recommending him to others.

We have Eddy for our kid’s physio since February for a really bad tear. We came here about 6,7 times already. Eddy is effective, thorough, and attentive. And that’s every time like that. I would come here if I myself ever need this service in the future. All the receptionists we came across so far including weekend ones are nice and patient in a real way.

I came in to SRP for the first time with a lower back injury. Could not walk for several days. Eddy had me on my feet after the first session and had me back to 100% within two weeks. He really knows his stuff. He's an excellent Physiotherapist and I would gladly recommend him to my Family and Friends. Thanks for your work Eddy! Also wanted to note that SRP is very well run and the support staff are super friendly.

Marco and Eddy have been nothing short of amazing with my knee injury treatment and surgery recovery therapy! I definitely recommend them if you want a very professional and easy to follow approach to a full recovery.

Eddy is a tremendous physiotherapist. I came in primarily with a shoulder problem from rock climbing dragging for months and in 2 sessions I was basically back to normal again. He is very thorough, energetic and effective and although we went through my injury list in details, he also made sure to send me home with noticeable improvement from the very first visit. I didn't think my issue was very serious nor that it would take long but this experience blew all my expectations. Highly recommended!
The clinic staff is also extremely friendly and accommodating.
