My experience with Speedvale Auto Detailing was great! In 4 years I’ve never gotten my car professionally cleaned and myself and my dogs are very very hard on my car interior so it was long overdue. The price was reasonable, the pick up/drop off option was super helpful, the quick responses via email & over the phone were awesome and the detailing itself was phenomenal! My 2019 looks as good as it did when I picked it up off the lot! Moving forward I’ll definitely be getting my car detailed a few times a year by these guys:)

I have taken my car there twice and also my dad’s car who lives out of town. Jagger is wonderfully attentive and having worked in a garage gives him insight others wouldn’t have. He noticed my dad’s side panels were almost hanging off and was able to fix them, avoiding a possible accident on the 401. He also noticed Dad’s oil was low and filled it for him. My dad is 86. This meant the world to my family. We are so grateful for his skill and kindness, and would absolutely recommend this place for any detailing needs. He is kind and lovely, and I wish him all the best.

Had my car detailed. Good job on the exterior and interior EXCEPT for the windshield. If the windshield was cleaned, it was before a cleaner/sealant/polish was applied to the dash. There was overspray splatter on the drivers side windshield and a hazy smear by the mirror.
I'd asked for the Platinum 1 service ($175) and was charged for the Platinum 2 ($240). No explanation for that.

Speedvale Auto Detailing did a spectacular job on my car - particularly employees Dylan and Dustin. My car was used as a construction vehicle for many years and I never thought anyone would be able to get the stains on my seats and floors out, but they did! My 8 year old construction vehicle looks brand new again!
Dustin (the manager on duty) provided amazing customer service and was nothing but kind and helpful!

We had a vehicle that had 3 years of dirt, hay, horse hair, and smelled of horse. The cloth seats had fast food stains. After their interior and exterior spa treatment, the car looked new. I realized that the car seats were actually gray and not dirt brown. The horse hair and horse smell are gone! Definite value for money.

Today was the worst service I’ve had by Speedvale auto detailing. I booked my appointment a week in advanced, I was told it would be no more than 2 hours, it took FIVE HOURS! With no phone call to inform me of how busy they are, I had to reach out. Finally received a phone call at 4: 30pm on a Saturday saying it’s ready, wasted my whole day waiting for my car. I bring my car home and inspect it, to then find they left their cleaners in my car. As I lift up my seats to let them dry, I then found their rags. Extremely disappointed with their service and clean this time. I’ve been a couple times before and recommended this spot to so many people, my friend even booked for this Friday, hoping she gets better service than I did.

The owner reached out to me after this post with a thoughtful message apologizing and offered me compensation for the unusual service today! Very thoughtful and kind. Thank you Van!

I went to this place yesterday morning.i almost spent $137.that was my first time.i never did any interior wash to my car before.i read reviews and i selected this place.i thought they will do good and care work.i m very disappointed to their service.before my car clock never get fail anything my time pretty running agood all the time.after they did interor cleaning my car clock not working.i called them right away.they said bring the car they can looked at i went back one guy he came he looked my manual and he went inside and looked something in the computer.he told me may be the water went inide u can go to dealer and they can do wibe it down or something.they are not responsible what they did. I m very disappointed yesterday.now my car clock not working i dont know what to do.and they never did 100% i found the dirty so many places.

Bought the interior detailing package and they did a great on the seats, dash, windows, etc. I had a few marks on the head liner (tan color) from the handlebar of my bike and they said it would be an issue to remove them. After cleaning, there were stain marks from the cleaner used but figured it was wet and they's disappear after they were dry. Two weeks later, you could still see them so I went back. They said they'd spray them again and they would take care of the issue. It didn't. They look worse now then they were before.

I hired Speedvale auto detailing to come help my detail team (dealership) while we are under construction. The entire team was amazing and super professional. They did a superb job on every car no matter how dirty it was, and were a pleasure to work with. I also had them paint correct my fathers older M3. Ive had cars paint corrected before, and I was blown away with the result! I would highly recommend!

So I saw that this place had pretty good reviews and I’ve never gotten my car detailed before. Long story short there was some bs getting my car in but when I picked it up 4.5 hours later there was still green slime left over on my mats from the soap (which is still there 3 days later- I’m gonna have to wipe them all down) also my seats are all still soaking wet. So for the last three days I’ve been driving around with seat warmers on A/C and driving with windows down trying to dry everything out. I don’t know all in all I feel like it was a waste of 160 bucks because now I’m gonna have to wipe everything down and get this weird smell out of my car from everything being soaking wet. Does anyone have any advice on how to dry out the seats and get the musky smell out?

I went here to get my car detailed before I got my windows tinted. The car was cleaned decently but I got them to buff a few scratches out and ended up with paint chips on the front and rear bumper and near the license plate, which weren't there before. Also the stuff they used to clean the leather seats actually pulled the finished off and now it's back to the normal colour. When I told them about it, they took so long for the owner to get back to me and all his response was, was it wasn't us and I'm not fixing it. So I won't be back to that place, so take pictures and everything before you get it cleaned if you go to these people.

Would 10/10 recommend bringing your car here definitely the best quality detailing work in Guelph and also the staff is super friendly and more than willing to help

I called in to book my car for a detail and let them know my car was really dirty. They told me there will be an extra charge if it’s soiled. I didn’t know how much extra it will be and thought it was going to cost me a lot more, but it was only 30$ more after they inspected it.

I never seen my car so clean before. It was like the first time I got it! I was so happy and pleased with Speedvale Auto Detailing. I recommend everyone to take their cars there.

They have a shuttle service which saved me money rather then asking someone to pick me up and drive me back. 5 stars all the way! Will definitely be back and telling all my friends and family to go there!

Prompt at returning emails and getting an appointment. Reasonable priced. Cleaned inside of car in exactly the three hours as promised. However, not a very thorough clean. Visible wipe marks and missed spots on surfaces and missed vacuuming areas. Disappointing.

I had my truck detailed at this place in April 2019. The interior looks good. I'll give them that. As for the exterior that was supposed to be washed and waxed I give them 0 out of 5. The truck was still dirty when I got it back. Bugs stuck to the front of it, dirt everywhere, not even close to being washed.never mind waxed for which I payed. So it cost me $260 to get the inside of my truck cleaned. After I pointed all the dirt to the manager he offered me $50 back. So now I have to pay someone else to do again what I payed for once already. Do your self a favor and go elsewhere because these guys either don't care or are incompetent.

I brought my vehicle here on short notice because I had a bottle of wine smash on the floor of my car. It was going to smell so bad. They cleaned the carpets and the smell is 100% gone. They charged me less than half of what numerous other places in town were quoting me and did an amazing job. They were happy to squeeze me in on their already busy day. Will come back here based on that one experience.

Wow! I chose to come here over another place to get the interior of my car cleaned based on the reviews and I'm SO glad I did. They did a fantastic job on my car, and it's absolutely spotless. I'm speechless and so happy with the job!

The interior of my car was a mess before coming in, and my cat had *urinated* all over the back seat on the way to a vet appointment, which was my main reason for coming in. Not only is the smell gone completely, but the rest of the interior is spotless too, and the car is 14 years old and has never been professionally cleaned!

The price was completely reasonable for the quality of the job, and they actually came in cheaper than some other places I had talked to.

Prices are comparable to everywhere else, but they are more organized and provide better customer service. The guy behind the front desk (I think his name was Christian), was really good and coordinated everything, including making sure the car was ready in time for me to make it to an appointment.
