I’ve always had positive experiences with this clinic! Even if wait times are long (which they are everywhere) they’ll put you on a list to come back later at a certain time so you don’t have to sit and wait for hours. The front reception staff is very friendly and helpful, and so are the doctors. Will always be my first choice for a walk-in, and would definitely recommend. Thank you for your help!

I went in to ask for a doctors note as I couldn’t get in to see my GP for quite some time. I was refused. I would have paid the fee. It was a simple request for a simple note. Very disappointed

When I moved to this city 2 years ago, I was assigned Dr. Jagoowani at this clinic. I met him and his team, and liked them. Haven't needed them until just now (2 yrs later), and I call to book an appointment, only to be told that my doctor has moved to a different clinic, and this clinic is "not accepting new patients", despite taking on a new doctor. Why wasn't my profile transferred to the new doctor so that I could remain at this clinic? Why wasn't I notified in any way that my doctor was moving out of town? Extremely irresponsible administration on their part, which leaves me without a local family doctor. Also, the receptionist was very rude; it was very clear she just wanted to hang up the phone (i.e. 2-word-answers followed by quickly starting to say "thanks for calling, bye" before I could interrupt with followup questions), and not actually fully explain the situation. I liked this clinic! Why couldn't you just make a brief phone call to keep me on your roster?
EDIT: thanks for your reply, but I WAS NOT CONTACTED by your clinic or Dr. Jagoowani. Don't try to put your mistake on me - it's disappointing to see an office of professionals try to cover up an error instead of trying to make amends. Call me to resolve this issue if you're willing to make this into a positive experience.

Dr. Ghaly is a great doctor! He’s very understanding and listens to your concerns. He always takes the time to explain. He truly cares about his patients. In addition, he is very kind and patient. In my opinion he is very knowledgeable and experienced.
Staff is very friendly and helpful every time I call or visit the clinic.

Dr fady is really good person he is always listening to the patient.whenever i called him he reply or call me back he always follows up with my recovering status. He is really a good doctor whenever i’m sick he always goes above and beyond.

I highly recommend Dr Ghaly. He does listen carefully, he does not rush patients. I love taking my kids since he’s very patient.

My go-to walk in clinic. I always have a positive experience with the doctors and aiding staff and always leave feeling heard and that my problems are being taken seriously. I have only good things to say about this clinic and I would recommend it to anyone in a heart beat!

Dr. Ghaly and was very attentive to my needs and health history. He was following up with my health frequently and listening carefully to my concerns. When my wife had an emergency during Canada day and clinic was closed, he was responding promptly and provided great support, guidance, and help to my wife.
I feel lucky that Dr. Ghaly is my family Doctor

Sorry speedvale walk in. You will receive a big old 1 start and 2 thumbs down. First time here and will never come back. If I get into see the "prime minister? " / (Dr) ever. I was told an hour on the phone and I've been here for close to 3hours (great job). If you don't know what time you can see patients DONT TELL THEM A TIME OR THEY GET VERY FRUSTRATED ANGRY & VERY MUCH WANT TO YELL AND SCREAM.

Dr. Fady and his team got me in very quickly and squeezed me in before their lunch. As a visitor from the US it was nice to have an fast and efficient dr. Although they didn't take American insurance the visit was only $75 and took a quick 15 minutes. He was able to provide a script keeping cost in mind. Great dr. And great office.

I have had many difficult brain injury problems for years including brain surgery. I have been experiencing serious pain in my brain and knew I needed another brains can as something is so wrong, I cannot even sleep or eat. Dr. FadyGhadi did not even examine me, only refused and handed me a prescription for muscle relaxants, which I neither wanted nor needed. I began to cry at his blatant ignorance, and he just ignored my reason for being there entirely. I'm so disgusted at being treated like my words are irrelevant. The government should not pay Him for an exam he didn't even bother to do. Never again. The other staff pleasant. I am so very deeply disappointed that something so simple can be screwed up by a doctor. Shameful ignorance. I will go to emergency instead. Ridiculous.

Absolutely deplorable service, poor communication, disorganised, dingy. Dr. Jagoowani loves to talk, but not listen, and his reception does neither.
Overall, horribly frustrating and disappointing. I want my money back for having to transfer clinics.

Excellent Experience with Dr. Fadi. I took my elderly mother last week and they were amazing. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Dr Fadi is very patient and understanding. We really appreciated his time and help. Thanks a lot

So it’s literally impossible to get into my doctors, so whenever I can’t get in (which is literally every single time and also bad at answering phones) I call here. The staff are so friendly and helpful and so are the doctors! I recommend this place 100%

I don't know how to reach out to someone to take action against this clinic. So after a whole year of never answering they finally answer today. And when they do guess what I am not on their list anymore and I have no family doctor. So not only they are bad and unprofessional, they throw people away without any notice. Now I am without a family doctor and not even an apology from this extremely unprofessional clinic.

It’s a nice clinic to go to. However, every one tends to ignore patients and holds no accountability.

Hopefully things get improved. Lots of wait time, even if you are sitting in the room (waiting for the doctor to see you).

The best experience I've ever had in a Walkin-clinic. You get as much time as needed, and the physician has all ears without rushing. I have almost been with the physician (Akbar- cute physician) almost for 20 min. Satisfied.

I'm apprehensive at the idea of leaving a review because I don't want the whole city driving to my favority walk-in clinic, but honestly, I'll never go anywhere else. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful, and the wait times are usually very reasonable. The medical team is great.

Went here today, cuz I felt so Ill last few days, and my bestfriend needed her arm examined, I called not even 30 min before leaving. Some bitter bigger lady with grey hair, grabs my health card from my hand so rudely, threw a COVID test at me, and gives me the worst attitude when I told her I already took one,

like treat us like we're some kinda animal. I'm so disgusted in the treatment here. In Canada's health care period, if your not a nice person don't work in this field!
What a way to ruin someone's day. NEVER EVER AGAIN. DO NOT GO HERE.
