I was extremely impressed by the excellent customer service my family received when having a vehicle repaired at Speedy Auto Service. The staff are polite and professional, scheduling a same day appointment is easy, and the location is very convenient.

The technicians at this location certainly do live up to their name. The service was impressively speedy and I'm so glad they were able to complete all necessary repairs in a matter of hours.

Had to get the front tires rebalnced, and they did it for me in right away.
I received fast friendly service as always.

Good and efficient service, from appointment to the repair. I generally repair my own car. Because of moving to a new city, I don't have any chance to change oil, so they have changed it. They use general bulk oil, and they don't ask you any options. I also got my muffler changed here, but the markup on the part itself is almost twice. By the way, my muffler was not damaged. Only the tip has fallen and could be welded as far as i know. They decided to change the whole muffler assembly. Also, when changing the oil, they try to remove the metal part of the splash guard under the body, but they couldn't unscrew one bolt, and they had to cut the whole metal part. Instead, they need to remove the whole splash guard all together by removing maybe 5-6 plastic clips around the corners. I think they don't know the car or not experienced enough. After cutting the part, they told me that we removed it and it's useless. It's funny, though:) I accept all repairs because I was in a hurry in a different city. I suggest this service only if you're unable to complete your own maintenance. They are fast and efficient in other ways. Thanks.

By far the best around - have never had any issues with repairs, their turn around time is quick and most importantly, the quality of their workmanship is 5+ stars!

Had a muffler problem on an old Acura. Jeff diagnosed the problem immediately, and offered a solution using adjacent Honda parts, where the original equipment Acura parts and service, with longer lead times would have costed 3x more. Great service. Highly recommended.

Jeff and his team were bang on point today. Had grinding brakes and called him and let him know I need service today, he said bring it in. They were busy but he managed to squeeze me in and replaced brakes, rotors and calipers in about 2 hours from drop off to pick up and the price was very reasonable. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I took my car here for a safety inspection and they did it fast for a reasonable price. Overall happy with the experience this time:) Keep up the good work team!

Super Service and Care! Today my car had a flat and I exited the highway and stopped at Speedy. They were very busy and Jamie and his team made sure to source the tire for my Mercedes within 2 hours. The tire arrived but I did not have the tire lock in my car. My only option then was to have my car towed to my home in Toronto. Jamie tried everything to help me and refused to charge me anything - even his teams service and restocking the tired he sourced for me. This is what customer service is all about and I’ll always remember his kindness. Thank you Jamie and I highly recommend Speedy!

Had my converter and oxygen sensors stolen! They were down 2 men but had me up on a hoist and fixed in no time. I can't say enough about this place and the people working there. They are stellar! First review I have ever posted, that's how good they are!

My car alerted me i had low tire pressure. Ive never had to put air in myself so was unsure I would do it properly.

Embaressed to have to seek help, I called Speedy Auto Service.

They graciously told me to come on by! Once i arrived they were very welcoming and. Speedy! Took my car right in and fixed it up!

On top of their friendly and fast service, to my surprise they did it free of charge! Made my day!

I will absolutely be going here again and recommend their services to everyone.

These guys are great. Honest. Felt my truck needed a brake job, but they told me brakes are fine after checking and test driving. Someone could have easily told me new brakes, flush etc. But as said before. An honest workshop. I left without them charging me anything. Ill be getting all my future services from here. An appointment is definitely recommended as they are usually booked.

Updated Sep 2022: Still maintain my review. These guys are great! Got quotes from other garages with big repairs/parts for an exhaust leak. Went here and they just repaired it in 15mins. Again they could have told me anything and charged me a lot, however they were quick and cost was minimal.

One of the worst Auto service in the town, on top the customer service is awful. Never go to this place. They are scammers, always asking for additional repair to fixed. Dump.

Never go for safety inspection, extra charge to fixed the brake pads and worth$240 in total.

I had taken my car here last week to fix a rattling sound. I was a little stressed as I was going away and was on a time crunch. When I called to see if it was something that they could fix, they told me to come in the next morning.

Initially, I called the wrong location as this one was just a little further of a drive from me, however, I decided to stick to it. I’m so glad that I did as my experience was great! Jeff was super accommodating & very efficient. Solved the issue and I was able to pick up my car in under an hour! I will definitely be coming back to him in the future as he made the experience so easy.

Honest and Fair - what more can you ask?
Been going here for 15 years plus, because they are fair and saved us money when others tried to rip us off. Different vehicles and different needs and they were always honest: "Here's the work you asked us to do, here's a concern to keep an eye on, and this one noise is fine - it was just a loose clamp we tightened for you. " I trust them.

These guys get service! Also help you save money on repairs. Much different from a dealership.

I called today to get a quote on a windshield replacement, I told the guy on the phone I had called a couple places to see what the cost would be. He gave me a quote then asked if I wanted to book with him. I said I'd like to call a couple other places to see the difference in prices he said " fine, go waste other people's time! " Great attitude towards a potential customer!
The man on the phone was either too arrogant to care or to dumb to know that bad customer service equals bad reviews!

Dropped my vehicle off yesterday and was ready today in the morning. I had issues with timing belt. All work was done very quick, fair price and great attitude to the customer. This car shop is providing warranty for work and parts, which is great and saying about taking responsibility for whatever they do.

We have been taking our cars to Speedy for almost 15 years. I cannot say enough positive things about Jeff and the rest of the crew! This team is extremely knowledgeable and talented. I was referred to this shop by my local dealership to deal with an Exhaust hanger that had fallen off. When I arrived I was greeted by an incredibly kind team who Immediately took my vehicle and started the repair. They finished in no time and truly went above and beyond to provide the best experience I have ever had with a repair shop. They just earned themselves a customer for life.

I had a great experience at this shop. I was out of town and looking for a good place to get my car's catalytic converter replaced. These guys are knowledgable and professional. They completed the work the same day (few hours) for a fair price.

I had a rattle in what I thought was the exhaust system of my Ford Escape. Speedy found that a protective plate had lost a bolt. They fixed it for free and sent me on my way in about 10 minutes. I'll be back.

Fast service. Was actually referred to by my car deanship to fix a loud rattling noise. Dealership told me they were going to have to remove full exhaust to fix the problem, they referred me to speedy. They told me to head down the morning I called. It was fixed fast then it took me to drive there, all it need was a screw! You think the dealership would have been able to trouble shoot such a small fix. Now I am rattle free and will go back to speedy anytime I need something looked at. Amazing service! Thank you Jeff.

Brought my 2011 Kia Rio to this location to have an exhaust pipe replaced. It took less than two hours for them to complete the job, service was really friendly, straight-forward and professional.

This place has a great team of pros. I've brought them custom exhaust to install and no problem. I tried to buy a cat and y pipe today and they insisted I save the money and they would fabricate a new pipe and repair it instead. Finished in mere minutes! Great, honest group here and I'll give them all my business for years to come.

I emailed about an appointment Aug 30 2020 (Sunday night) and got a response back from Spedy/Jaimie by email on Monday next day at 7: 12am. I had to reschedule and was 15 minutes late for the rescheduled appointment. After a short wait, they took me in anyway.

I had a muffler clamp came loose on the weekend when going over LRT tracks. I located it and moved it out of the way and temporarily tightened it but using just jacks and no propane left on my torch on Sunday night, I couldn't get at it easily or warm it up to expand one side to fit over the rear exhaust pipe.

The technician saw the piece that was loose when I explained it and after 10 minutes he had the clamp back on, when the car was on Speedy's hoist.

Jeff got me the car back, fixed, and no charge for the short repair. Super service and and unexpected bonus. Great customer service and quality!

Jeff was so helpful and professional. Was amazing customer service. Wasn’t quite sure what was wrong with my car but they found it and fixed it so quickly. Was my first time there and definitely not my last. Have finally found an auto shop that I am comfortable with and can trust.

41 Fairway Rd Kitchener Ron & all of his staff are the best. I will not let any other garages work on my car. I have dealt with Ron Minute Muffler for almost 30 years now & all of his Staff are the best in their field & do nothing but the best work.

I booked an appointment online and showed up at the appointment time. They immediately took my car in and within a minute I was told that I didn't need a new muffler, just a piece of galvanized pipe welded in. I was in and out in 15 minutes. Great job!

Always fantastic service. This is my go to automotive shop. Top notch service with a smile, and most importantly reliable and trustworthy. The team here is great and I've always been able to rely on them to service my vehicle in a timely manner. From winter tires, oil changes or just to fix that strange rattling noise, this team has always been there for me. I highly recommend this shop.

They took my as soon as I went in and explained what was wrong. No waiting (as I was late for work). Everyone there was amazing and helpfull.

My wife took her Toyota Venza in to Heffners for an oil change and to see if they could find the source of a noise she could hear from under her car. They found nothing. After a couple thousand mile drive to Florida and back, the noise was very noticeable. I searched for the best repair garages in KW and Speedy on Fairway Rd had 4.8 out of 5 after 139 reviews. I suggested that she take her car there and today they squeezed her in on short notice and determined that a couple of loose bolts were the culprits. They replaced the bolts and asked only for a good review. You can bet your life that Speedy will be our go to repair shop from now on. It only took them about ten minutes and a couple bolts to recruit a new customer. They only have 5 stars available, or I'd give them more.

I have tried a lot of shops in Kitchener. I have lived here my whole life. I have been buying and fixing cars for 40 years in the area. Two years ago I tried Speedy Auto Service for a quick snow tire change. They did that so well that I was impressed enough to go back. Next I tried them for brake work. I was going to do it myself but did not have time, so I thought they could do it. They found the problem immediately and fixed it at a fair price. I was pleasantly surprised again. Recently I dropped in, just passing by to set up an appointment for a heavy rattle on starting of the engine. They took me immediately, fixed the problem in 5 minutes and charged me nothing. I am going back with all my service needs. Jeff behind the counter is considerate and very helpful. Steve is an amazing mechanic that takes a great amount of pride in his work. Congratulations Speedy Auto for a great team.

Fantastic Service! Was in town for a child's sporting event and had a small issue to deal with. Called the shop, they got me in immediately and fixed it. No charge for the service either! Couldn't be more happier with the experience. HIGHLY recommend!

They're fantastic. Went in this morning (without an appointment) as my car battery was being.fussy.this week. Replaced without an issue and was at work on time. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

My muffler has been making alot of noises for a couple of weeks now. Been busy with work so couldn't make to my regular shop. I was passing Speedy and decided to stop in to have my car looked at. Spoke to Jeff at the counter who is very professional and understanding. He didn't hesitate to get my car in and after a few mins my car was out. Turned out my muffler was loose and all that was needed was a bit of adjustment. Jeff came back advised that my car is all set to go and it was a "NO CHARGE". I must say it's very hard to find honest shops sometimes, and these guys are definitely honest, professionals and understanding. I will recommend you to my friends and family.

Wow. Best service ever! I desperately needed my brakes done. Over the Christmas I could hear them grinding and new years day was the first day we were able to find the time. I had called a couple places that closed around noon and one. When I called here they were so accommodating! They closed at noon but still made the time to get my car in and fix the brakes. There was no extra charges! I will most definitely be going back there for any future services!

Was recommended to Speedy Auto Service Kitchener, called last minute about a repair I wasn’t sure of, the guy I spoke to said “ how quick can you be here “ I was there in 10 minutes and they fit me in right away, very friendly and very helpful! I felt like I could trust them. Everybody who came in to get service was greeted nicely and seemed to be a go to place for them.

My problem with my car wasn’t as bad as it could of been and I was in an out of there with in 15-20 mins with NO CHARGE! They made my day and I will defiantly be referring and coming back here!
