Exceptional customer service. Late Sat morning, came in off the street after hearing a scraping noise. Diagnosed, fixed and back on the road in 1/2 an hour. Single handedly restoring a good name to auto repair, much appreciated.

Brought in my wife's car to do a front brake rotor/pad replacement. They inspected both the front and rear and discovered the rears were actually in terrible shape, which my wife's KIA dealership totally missed! Initially I was sceptical of this assessment and asked to see the rear brakes myself, which they were very happy to do so. I really appreciated that.
They were very transparent on the work that needed to be done and the pricing. Highly recommended and I will be a returning customer.

The young ladies at the front desk were very pleasant and tried to help, but could not speak English well, so it was difficult to communicate.
They did not have the tire onsite, so I had to drive about 20mins each way to pick up the tire and bring it back. Running on a doughnut!
The guy took almost 20 minutes to change the tire, which is ridiculous, it was obvious he did not know how to use the machine.
Finally, I was quoted a price which I was told included everything. Turned out balancing was not included, l, so that was an extra couple dollars.

My husband and I took our daughter’s recently acquired 2013 Mazda 3 to Speedy Mississauga West. We were immediately impressed as we walked into the clean, bright and welcoming reception area. Owner Armen greeted us and we explained that the car required an alignment, however we shared some additional concerns related to the steering and overall operation of the vehicle. We left the car to be looked at by one of their mechanics. Within a couple hours Armen phoned to discuss the repairs recommended to resolve the steering problem and to ensure the overall safety of the vehicle. We appreciated that Armen was very accommodating of our family's schedule and was able to fit us in with an appointment to bring the car back the next day for the required repairs. The following day our car was repaired as promised at the agreed upon cost. The steering and overall operation of the vehicle has been significantly improved as a result of the repairs that were made at Speedy!
Our experience with Speedy Mississauga West was first rate from start to finish. We would strongly recommend their services to family, neighbours, and friends. Thank you Armen and crew!

10/10 definitely coming back super professional! Offered me free coffee. I came in thinking my suspension/CV joint was broken turns out it was fenders! I was expecting obviously to pay, the guy told me "you're a first timer it's free" at that point even if I live far this will be my go to mechanic from now on!

Been using their service for 5 years now. No problems and good service. You can find cheaper places around, but I trust them when I give them the car.

My brake light went out on the day I was getting ready to go to Montreal. The worst part was that not only was it a Saturday, but it was the Easter weekend, and so finding a booking was very challenging. I tried to replace the light myself but didn't have the strength to remove the light cover.

I called Speedy at 10: 30 am, by 11 am they were able to squeeze my car in despite how busy they were. I decided to wait at the flea market and by 12: 15 pm, my car was ready to go! The price was so reasonable for labour and part, and the staff was very friendly.

Top to bottom great experience. I called around 10am and asked if there was any way that they could look at my vehicle and they were super accommodating. The gentleman who assisted me was very nice and professional and made my wait time there more comfortable by offering a killer spread of drinks and snacks.

As a longtime customer of Speedy Auto, Armen and his team have always went above and beyond whenever I come in for any maintenance or services. He’s always took the time to explain and answer any questions or concerns I have about my vehicle and makes sure everything is up to the set standards and specifications by the manufacturer. His prices are very reasonable, the honesty, professionalism and customer service is like no other. For that he has a forever loyal customer.

Due to the height of the snow that came down last Friday, the lower front engine cover was unhooked. I took my car to Speedy for a quick fix, and they took care of it for FREE. Yes For Free. Arman was so kind and very helpful. I was so impressed with how clean and organized their customers lounge was. I'm coming back for more. Thank you Speedy!

I had an issue with my car after a snow storm. I called the shop and was greeted by armin. He quickly responded with “come on in and we’ll take a look”. Armin immediately toook my car in and told me it was a quick fix. Great customer service and care with my car. I was in and out within 10 mins. Highly recommend. Will be going to speedy from now on.
