I changed my tire twice at this location Winter 2022 and summer 2023. After winter I visited to change my winter tire back to summer ones and did not check the winter tires condition at that time. Today I went to another shop to change back to winter tires. The mechanic noticed one of my winter tire is torn where the rim comes in contact and said whoever did the work last time clearly ripped it. Did not expect this from your team. Now I have to buy a new tire.
I am also at fault for not checking the tires when I got them back. Please make sure no one else faces this situation in future.

This is my top place to go for oil change, service, brake and basically any problem with my Mercedes Benz GLK 350. Emma and her team are warm, knowledgable, and professional. What is most amazing is my car receives better care than when I used to bring it to my Mercedes Benz dealership for these services. I once saw the owners of this Speedy give up their own personal vehicle to a family who’s car broke down on a day they were taking their kids on a trip out of town. They always take great care of me and are fair, honest and quick.

Brought my Mazda CX9 for service due to waterpump issue.

The receptionist here is very friendly and we always have a funny chat. She hates my car because it is a b*tch to work on but is always honest about the prices, work required and time it would take to get the job done. While my car is a difficult one, they always give me good advice and if they can't do the job for a cheap price, they send me reccomendations.

Also the mechanics here are really chill and helpful with advice as well. Do not hesitate to come here when you need stuff done asap. They will take care of you and be upfront and honest the second you walk into the door.

This a a FEMALE run auto service place - which is amazing. So honest and fast. The receptionist is the owner's mom. Love the family connection. She showed me on a large poster (on the wall) what was wrong with my exhaust and the cost of repair. I was so impressed with how clean and comfortable the waiting area was and how honest they were.

These lovely folks at Speedy Auto like to recommended unnecessary work on your vehicle at ridiculous prices. I guess they have to pay the rent somehow.

Just started using this repair shop. So far they have been outstanding. One vehicle they said we didn't need to do work that another garage recommended, and found ways to save some money on other repairs. On our other vehicle they also found a workaround to also save us money. Will continue to use this shop. Had never thought of using Speedy for our general car repairs.

Best family run auto repair garage in Toronto. They only fix what needs to be fixed and never try to sell unnecessary repairs. Hamlin and Noel always service our cars and are very knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend Speedy to anyone.

Been coming back here for a while now and have had several things fixed on my car. Great service! They always explain in detail what needs to be fixed or replaced before anything is done to your vehicle. Would recommend for anyone who is in the area and needs a reliable shop.

I got my first car a few years ago and I took it to my local Speedy on Danforth. The owners also own this Eglinton location. When they made the decision to combine the two and my local one closed, I didn't have any hesitation when it came to what I was going to do. There are plenty of shops near my house, but I will always bring my car to Emma and the gang at Speedy, regardless of the fact that this location is 25 mins further away for me. They are extremely professional, polite, and honest. They work quickly, and as a amateur gearhead, I know is and isn't necessary, and that they have never pushed for any extras that I don't need. They fix what I need, they do it for a great price, and it's always done on time. I will always be a customer and wouldn't trust anyone else with my car.

I went to get a quote for replacing my brake pads and rotors, there is a fee to just get an estimate, which I found was not fair when everyone else is offering free estimates and then the normal pricing for such kind of work were way too expensive. I got my pads and rotors changed at another place at almost half the price.

Really speedy service! I called to book a change of tires, the person told me a date.
I told him: Just a moment I need to check my schedule here. He just hung up the phone in less than 30 SECONDS! Do I recommend it?

Just had a fantastic experience at this Speedy. My van exhaust was growling, and the regular local guy was too busy to take a look. I was visualizing a $1000+ bill to replace all parts, but Milt was able to quickly locate the problem (deteriorating clamp between muffler and front pipe, with a hole on the hidden top side), and made a sturdy repair for a reasonable charge. He also pointed out other issues with my 10 year old van, than I was unaware of. Overall more than pleased, and I'll be sure to come back for the other things that need repair, like shocks.

I went to Speedy Auto service twice. The first time I went I had a somewhat good experience. The young guy working there is really friendly but the owner always seems to be in a bad mood. I have my oil change done there and a 'full' inspection which ran me somewhere around 150 dollars. The next time I went there it was to check on my breaks. I had my car under warranty so I had the breaks done with another mechanic but when the warranty was over, I noticed some strange noises. I went to speedy auto to investigate and the owner angrily said " so I'm fixing someone elses problem is what you're telling me? ". So unprofessional every time I go there. He also quoted me a lower price the next time I got my oil changed but when I tried to book the appointment he quoted me in the 100s again because my car takes synthetic. I found numerous shops that offer 0w-20 for 60 dollars and you can buy it at walmart for 50. I just went to Mr. Lube today and was blown away with the difference in customer service. It was INCREDIBLE. I paid way less and was able to ask as many questions as I wanted and shown everything they were doing. Not only that but they pulled out the filter that speedy changed and it wasnt even installed correctly. They had left it compressed instead of fanned out so I was breathing dirty air the entire time. NEVER AGAIN.

Just Asked him if my car needs synthetic or regular oil. Not sure why he took my info and keys and came back after 20mins.

Excellent service. Chris and Milt are amazing at helping customers. Went for inspection and safety certificate of my first car in Canada as I was buying a used car from a dealer. Chris helped with all details and accommodated me on the same day. They gave an estimate of 1.5 hours check time and finished the job within the time.
Would recommend for reliable, credible and fast service.

Exsaust flex pipe for my 2009 Huyndai Sonata cost me $650 at this Speedy - $875 with labour. Clint/the owner told me it needed to be ordered from the Huyndai dealership, because it was unavailable at any other auto parts store. Upon checking later I discovered the part retails between $100 - $199 online. Didn't bother to call the Hyundai dealership for a price check.
Otherwise service is good at this shop.
