This was one of the worst experience I had With a windshield Replacement took over 24 Hours for them to do my windshield. So if anybody is thinking of going here for any service I would double think it find a different place.

I think this is one of the BEST garages I have been to! I moved back to Ontario and they had the most reasonably priced safety inspection. They got me in on time for my appointment. I had to get my Ontario plates put on afterwards and the bolt was stripped. Two people worked on it for 45 minutes having to take off the back panel. Rick knew I was stressed out over it and I truly expected a BIG bill. It was 1/4 of what I expected. Also, their synthetic oil changes are almost 1/2 of what I was paying elsewhere. Rick and Joe explain everything in detail too. The waiting area is spotless and accessible. Their customer service is excellent. Thank you!

I had an exhaust leak, took it in for repairs and they fixed it right away. Very good service here.

I just had a flat tire but they got it fixed in a reasonable time and we're very friendly.

My car would not start so I took it to Rick and his team and they had diagnosed the Mass Air Flow Sensor was not working quickly and efficiently after they had looked at it. They were very informative, had great customer service and I didn't break the bank with their prices!
I was able to breathe a sigh of relief and they gained a returning customer!

We moved to St. Thomas 20 years ago & I started going to Speedy for car repairs & have only been to Speedy ever since. Rick the manager & assistant Joe always do their best to ensure customers are happy. They always give you an honest opinion of your vehicle status & do not try to oversell you. Their quotes are accurate, priced right & repairs are done well within their estimate time. If your repair is a minor fix sometimes they do it at no charge! Both Rick & Joe are very knowledgeable & do their best to look after their customers. It is rare to find such honest & good service now adays.

This shop is excellent! I am from out of province and had borrowed a friends car while visiting. I noticed a thumping sound coming from the front right tire while driving.
I stopped in without an appointment. They took the car right away and checked it out.
Apparently the car had some recent brake work done and the mechanics at that shop had not tightened up the lug nuts properly.
After a thorough inspection by the folks at Speedy, they tightened everything up and had me on my way with no charge.
Amazing! I haven't seen service like that since the 60's!
If I lived in St. Thomas, Speedy would be my garage of preference.

Rick & his guys there are at the top of their game. Superior service, workmanship & totally professional work. Clean shop & very friendly people. They explained everything very well, including truck computer. Now way better drive, better gas mileage & very quiet.
I will be back & Worth the drive from London.
