Excellent experience from the first phone call to the completed repair. Kyle was knowledgeable and explained everything clearly. The work was done in less than an hour and 100% covered by insurance - perfect speedy job. I would definitely use them again - hope I don't have to, though!

So this is the second time I have a horrible experience with speed auto glass. The first time was with Barrie location so I thought I would purposely book and in house appointment with the Newmarket location. All was booked roughly a week in advance for my Monday morning appointment. I arrive ontime just to find out the don't even have my windshelid in stock. I drove over 45 mins and took time off to make this appointment.all i get is and excuse that since I made the appointment online it just gets thrown into an all day service category.what does that even mean. I had an appointment. So in my mind I have given enough of my time and money to this place only to be treated poorly at best.last time. If its anyone is wondering zebart made a masive effort for me and is instaling the windshield on the same day I made the appointment with speedy. Thanks for nothing speedy

Do not get work done here they RIP you off they do work that doesn't need done and don't tell you they just do it I no other people that went here to same thing and my vehicle took way longer and came back with more problems than when it went there don't go to speedy

Happy I brought my car here! Had a small chip and crack in the window - Lisa looked at it and explained my options to me. She seems very knowledgeable and she very pleasant. The whole process was very straightforward forward and they took care of the insurance claim. Most importantly, they are following strict COVID-19 measures, including the use of masks and sanitizing all call keys and pens. Many thanks and keep up the great work!

I was able to book an appointment quickly and efficiently through the online app. They contacted me to ensure they would have the proper part in stock prior to my appointment. They assisted in contacting my insurance company to get everything in order prior to my appointment. My replacement windshield took 1.5 hours and they offered a free cabin filter inspection. I was very pleased with the friendly staff and wonderful workmanship. I would definitely recommend Speedy Autoglass in Newmarket and will use them if needed in the future. Thank you!

After my vehicle was broken into and the door glass broken, the staff looked after the situation immediately and made the most out of a bad situation for me. Customer service was amazing!
