The ladies at the front desk, especially Monica whom I dealt with took care of everything. Monica is so pleasant and friendly to deal with! The new windshield was installed on time and professionally. Wipers were also changed and they added a new product to help repel water and snow for increased safety. Thank you Speedy team for getting me back on the road!

Fantastic service! The staff is great and the service lives up to the name, quality and speedy. Special thanks to Courtney who was of great assistance! We had a minor issue with the insurance and she went above and beyond to help. Overall, highly recommended if you have any problems with your windshield.

Very polite and professional service. Had an air tag installed through recommendation from insurance company and was in and out in 30 mins. I had never used Speedy Glass before but would not hesitate to recommend this location!

I went in for GPS tracker installation through my insurance - the person at the reception was very polite, helpful and knowledgeable. They took about an hour to install the tracker but they did a great job overall. The service person explained the process of installation and everything related to it.

Had gone for a free tag installation as per insurnace company. Service was quick and to the point information which is a rarity these days.

Customer service was spectacular - both Monica and Courtney displayed vibrant, positive attitudes and have great sense of humor! Extremely satisfied with the windshield replacement with upgraded treated window.

My experience at speedyglass in Mississauga was terrible.
The lady handling the order had very aggressive selling techniques. I felt like i am being tricked and forced into up selling items or products. First she pressured me in a glass water repellent treatment and then she brought the air filter and kept pressuring me to replace it - saying loudly that “ this is the air that my wife breathes” and calling back to staff in the back that “ i do not want to replace the “dirty Filter” it was a terrible experience.

Customer service at Speedy stands at full zero, they are uncourteous for sure. I asked for a shuttle ride back to home and they refused despite pandemic is over and things are running business as usual, I would never give my business to Speedy auto glass again.

Fast and friendly service. If I may recommended to owners, I would request a sitting arrangement for customers. It was a good professional experience otherwise!

Don't trust them! They like to play word games and mislead customers here. I went to get my windshield chip repaired and they told me that I would still see a little red mark there after the chip gets repaired however when it was done the chip looked exactly the same. When I went back in to advise this they then immediately said yes the chip will still be there but the integrity of the glass has been preserved? I told them that's not what they explained and that I never would have waited 2 hours to repair a chip if I can still see it. They then immediately started saying that they never said what they said. They also can't hold their appointment times as they started my service 45 minutes late. I also called to complain to head office and they never called me back. These are sales tricksters that think people are stupid. STAY AWAY!

I had an appointment to fill in a chip on my windshield this morning. Courtney was very friendly and professional. During my assessment she took the time to assure me that my chip was not large enough to create a crack or any further damage to my windshield. I very much appreciated that-thanks again!

Went in for a windshield repair, the guy conducting the repair seemed like he did not want to be there and was ready to go home (my appointment was an hour before the repair guy goes home) Went home with a "fixed" windshield with a visible crack. Now the crack is massive and will now need replacing.

I literally never write reviews but I had the worst experience here and I hope no one gives these people their business. The man named Tony and the other woman that works with him are rude and pushy and unhelpful. I went in with a tiny chip on my windshield they “filled it” with cloudy resin making the crack twice as noticeable. I consulted another glass repair place and it turns out that the reason my resin was cloudy and not clear was because the area wasn’t cleaned properly! They literally had one job how could they mess that up. I had to go through my insurance again and I hope the next guy can fix what they just did.
Just don’t go here, not only are the people rude and unhelpful they literally messed up the one thing they needed to do.

Replaced my cracked windshield covered under insurance awesome job just wasn’t satisfied with the sanitation and cleaning left my clean car all dusty

They did an amazing job and very quick (2 hours to be exact) because I had my little son with me even went the extra mile to tell me where I could walk around and take him so he can be entertained, while I waited for a my windshield to be replaced.

Dropped car off and got it back within 2 hours. They did try to sell me on a cabin airfilter change for 50 though which is a complete ripoff, easily a 15 DIY. Good fast service so I'm satisfied, just don't get caught up in the upsells.

I brought my car in to have a stone chip repaired. The person who looked at it, acted like he had no interest at all and told me to come back next week. I went to a competitor and within an hour they had it repaired.

I called them and they quoted me around $750 after taxes for a job that I later had done for $250+tax from a reputable shop.

Tony and his team at this location is superb! They where able to help me with a windshield repair the same day and had it done within the hour. The shop is very clean and the customer lounge is very comfortable. I would definitely recommend this location with its services to friends and family. I hope I don't need to replace a windshield anytime soon but I'm glad to know that they will have me covered in the future. Thanks!

Wonderful service, quick turnaround time and manufacturer's original windshield used. Very pleased with the treatment and service.

Very disappointed. I had the manager quote me on a windsheild replacement, when it came in they found they had ordered the wrong one. Had to take a cab there, they would not reimburse. No place to park, attendant says this is always the case.

I went there for a windshield repair. 20 mns after, I found my windshield with a large crack.then they asked me to pay for the FULL replacement ($850) of the windshield. Their website mentions their "expertise", i'm just very disgusted by the whole experience with them. I called their customer service and after talking to a customer care associate who said that she was going to call me back, I never heard from them again. For sure, I do not recommend that place!

Much more expensive than other glass replacement options in the city and couldn't provide same day service

Brought my car here for chip repair. Was told that there was a chance that after the repair, the windshield may crack due to the pressure from the silicone. I understood, due to the reassurance that if the windshield cracked (and therefore needed replacement), I would get a refund 'whether I chose to replace it there or somewhere else'. On my way home that night, my window cracked from the repair. I called and left a voicemail for the branch (they were closed) and received a call 2 days later advising me that 'I will receive a credit when I get it replaced'. I told them that I work at a body shop and would therefore be getting it replaced there (which is why I listened very carefully to the intial warranty explanation), so if I can just have my refund I'll be on my way. I was told 'oh no, you only get a credit when you fix it here, you misunderstood' (I promise you, I did not). In a way, I'm glad I put it through my insurance or I'd be out $120 due to their false warranty.
I'm not even mad about the money, it's just the blatant dishonesty that I can't stand. Don't say something and change your story later when I come to collect on something I was told. Staff was very nice otherwise

Really an excellent experience. Their front line/counter staff are professional, courteous and helpful. This branch's manager, Tony, was excellent and both very polite and amiable. Great customer service, not necessarily what you'd expect from a shop. But they're more than that. Expeditious service, I dropped off my car and the work was done within half an hour. Have been referred there on a few occasions now by my car insurance provider for windshield repairs due to stone chips off of trucks. This latest repair was SO immaculate, I literally couldn't find the chip and had to scan and search for about 30 seconds before I could find any sign of it, and obviously, it was VERY minimal since I knew where to look but genuinely couldn't find evidence of it. Great work, get your windshield/stone chips fixed here, that's for sure.

They did show me my (cabin) air filter and, yes it did need replacing. I'm wary of any upselling and add-on sales (I'm no fool and have been in sales so I "get it") but it legit needed replacing so THIS time I appreciated a company doing their due diligence and looking for items that needed fixing/help.

A service with a smile. I had my windshield replaced here. These guys do it right. Dealt with both Tony and Courtney, they were both professional and friendly. Explained costs, procedures and timing. Totally recommend them.

Horrible experience. Booked an appointment online to replace the windshield of my Nissan leaf. Received a call the day before the appointment from Courtney who informed me cheerfully that they can only install the windshield but I would have to go to a Nissan dealership for calibration. I asked why can't they take the car to the dealer and was told it would be too difficult for them to manage the extra charge. She told me if I want an "all in one" service I should just go directly to the dealer. Rude and unprofessional. Avoid at all costs.

Made an appointment online. Arrived and was greeted by friendly staff who explained everything. Was done in less than a half hour for a stone chip. Definitely recommended.

Oh Jesus, i was treated like a criminal when i when to do alcolock. Was there on time and was in a room with girl who stares only at computer screen and asked for documents and after that here comes the fun part
So pretty much she throw me a dozen of papers and asked me to sign immediately and wasn't even given any time to read thru and gave me attitude and asked me too hurry up. Oh mam she looked at me like i did a major crime. After i watched a short video i was very concerned about the procedures and how to avoid any trouble using the device she came back in room and asked me to sign again or reschedule my appointment again. I asked her kindly to proceed with the installation she advised me technician when on break, im like sitting there and see how i can speed up this process to get out of that hell hole for another hour or so than technician came and told me he can not do this today because he is about to go on lunch but really this guy when back to the garage and start work on other car with his buddy. Mathew (tech) is a Great liar and poor customer service.
