Speedy Glass Burlington

I recently had a terrible experience at Speedy Glass Burlington, and I feel compelled to share my story. I visited their location on Plains Road to have an Air Tag installation done for my new SUV. Prior to the installation the salesman and I did a final walk around inspection of the vehicle and agreed that there were no visible scratches.

However, after the installation was completed, I noticed some scratches on the rear fender during the final inspection. It was immediately brought to Jennifer's attention as the salesman walked away without saying a word to me, hoping for a resolution. To my surprise, her response was incredibly disrespectful and dismissive. She simply said, "What? " and refused to take any responsibility for the damage.

I asked Jennifer how this could have happened, hoping for an explanation or a solution. However, her replies were not only disgusting but also completely disrespectful. I have never been treated with such horrible customer service in my life. It was clear that this establishment had no interest in providing satisfactory customer service or addressing customer concerns.

Jennifer finally brought over a detailer from next door who attempted to remove the scratches but were still visible. She just looked at me and walked back into her office with out saying a word. I had them buffed out by a professional that day at another shop.

I strongly urge anyone considering doing business with Speedy Glass in Burlington to take their business elsewhere. This experience has left me deeply disappointed and frustrated. If I could give them a zero rating, I would. It is unacceptable to treat customers in such a disrespectful manner, especially when they have valid concerns about the service provided.

Save yourself the trouble and find a reputable auto glass installation service that values customer satisfaction and provides professional and respectful service. Speedy Glass in Burlington is certainly not the place to go.

2016 had the windshield replaced. BE CAREFUL.when I picked up the car I was told the cabin filter needed replacing and they took it upon themselves to replace it WITHOUT GETTING MY CONSENT. How do I refute it once they say it's been done? It cost me 49.95 plus tax. Today, I finally found the bill. So ticked that I found it so much later or I would have argued this years ago. Saw a special on TV that this is a scam that happens quite often. Shame on this franchise and the person behind the counter for taking advantage!

Sept 13,2023 - I have seen the response from the owner and am not looking for any compensation. This is the type of situation where you HAVE to get it right the first time. There are no 2nd chanced in my opinion for this type of "theft"!

Choose this location over Brantford seeing good rating. Drove all the way from Brantford and realize they have ordered wrong windshield. I did not feel they were bothered much about me going out of pocket with fuel+uber fees, time off taken from work etc. When you have big expectations, sometimes you face disappointment. I am back on the road, feeling unsafe, my weekend trip is now ruined. Very sad

Quick and speedy efficient service at repairing my small windshield chip can barely see where it was. Also purchased an upgraded protection product to my glass windows was a great add on suggestion I would highly recommend this service to friends and family. Overall good experience

Excellent service and made a big effort to get me in so I could wait for my car. I was 45 minutes late for my appointment due to delays earlier in the day but they made it happen! Best glass service I've ever had.

I was TOLD they would be applying the rain repellent during the windshield replacement, so I assumed it was part of the job and part of what I was quoted at no extra charge. I was not ASKED if I wanted it. My invoice shows that I paid for it even though I was not ASKED if I wanted it. I was told they would be supplying "complementary" wipers when they replaced the windshield. My invoice shows that I paid another $25.00 each for something that was supposed to be "complementary". In total, I paid and additional $75.00 for things I was not ASKED if I wanted, and for things I was told were "complementary". All that and they tried to up-sell me on a cab filter. Disgusting. I've used their service before but have done so for the last time.
