Got Tag tracking installed. Were very quick and took the time to explain how it works and what do in the event of theft. Friendly guys too.

So I called Oct. 6 and left a message, as their voicemail advised they were busier than normal. 6 days later still waiting for a call back.

Quite satisfied with the service at this locations speedyglass. They took 2hours to replace my driver side window and made sure that my insurance claim was processed smoothly! Thank you

Fast, quality, professional and friendly service. They repaired a stone chip to my front windshield and now you cannot tell that there was one. What more can a customer ask for?

Horrible service - avoid at all costs! I scheduled an appointment a week in advance for a windshield replacement and I called twice to confirm the windshield was the correct model (via VIN and make/model) and that it would be available for my appointment the following week.

When I arrived for the appointment, the technician was initially confused because he didn't think he had the windshield, but then looked it up in his system and was confident he'd receive the windshield that day. They told me they'd call if there was any issues.

Later that day in the late afternoon, I received a call from a different technician telling me they wouldn't be able to do it today because they didn't get the glass.

When I questioned him why they didn't call me earlier, he told me he called me twice in the morning (which my call logs showed he did not) and when I told them I didn't receive the calls, he said "I 100% called you this morning, you don't have to check your call logs! " and was very aggressive and dismissive.

This organization lacks any shred of customer service or organizational efficiency. "Speedy Glass" is quite ironic.

I ended up going to a competitor of theirs and received fantastic customer service and saved myself $600. Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere!

I have never used windshield repair service before and was a bit skeptical about results. However, Speedy Glass on Kipling didn’t disappoint! The appointment took less than an hour from start to finish, and I had a hard time finding the stone chip mark on the windshield after they were done with it.

The staff at this location were amazing, kind, professional, and so personable. I had an 8am appointment and I never thought that a car appointment would be a great way to start my day. I had a windshield chip fixed in about 35 minutes. I hope the staff get recognized for how awesome they are.

The trim around the lower edge of my windshield came loose. I dropped in today and the repair was done right away and free of charge. Friendly service and tidy waiting area.

Although at first i had called 4 times with no response but it was during the holidays.did reach someone got booked in fast and they were very helpful and informative and quick with my repairs!
