I had to call Speedy Glass, on Upper James in Hamilton, last week for a windshield chip on my brand new vehicle. They turned my bad experience into an excellent one. I spoke with Rachel, the most pleasant and helpful women! She was reasurring and knowledgeable. I would recommended this shop 100 percent!

Experience was great.
Work was done and vehicle was returned in clean condition.
It took longer than expected but they had to deal with unforseen circumstances with other vehicles and kept all of us informed.
That was during the element heavy rainfall.

Very happy with the service I received having my windshield replaced. Rachel was courteous, knowledgeable and polite. She walked me though the process and costs, and explained in a simple way. I hope I never get another windshield crack but if I do, I will certainly bring it here. I highly recommend using Upper James speedy for all windshield replacements.

I would recommend this shop to everyone. They are lovely, especially the ladies at the front desk. Sorry, I forgot their names. They are goddesses. They helped me a lot. I had a broken windshield and went to fix it. Even though they were so busy, they still fixed my windshield within 20mint, and it cost me so cheap, like nothing. Appreciate their business. Went in to have rock chip repaired on vehicle, helped me with the insurance process and were overall great to deal with. Unfortunately for me, my windshield ended up cracking in the process. They let me know beforehand it could happen, were very professional and informative afterwards.

Quoted me $1500 when other places quoted $500. Practically criminal the level of price gouging going on here.

Great staff! Power window fell down into my door (2015 Ram) truck was no longer secure at night, Rachel booked me in as soon as she could (following day) the mechanic had it repaired in an hour, I had no idea what the repair cost would be, expecting a couple hundred, turned out to be 1/4 of that. Window works, truck is secured, stress is relieved. Speedy auto glass treated me fairly, they were polite and professional. Thank you Speedy Auto Glass upper James. Rich.

Good service and explanation of the costs. I purchased the windshield without insurance and I found it to be more expensive than I expected but the service was timely and there have been no issues with my windshield.

They installed my windshield incorrectly and damaged the panel and tried super gluing it back together and said it was there before however the super glue stains would tell another story. Took my car to my dealership where they had to install the windshield properly and said the glue stains were fresh. The lady at speedy offered to fix with duct tape? !? !? !? As well, free windshield wipers is a lie, need to book online for those. I asked for my old ones to be put back on and they refused as they were put in the garbage? I guess pulling those old wipers out of the garbage and putting back on is too much of an inconvenience. Overall, brutal experience

My friend gave Speedy Glass a call earlier today and spoke with Tori. She was on speakerphone, so I could hear their conversation, and she was extremely helpful.

She answered all my friend's questions thoroughly and gave additional tips for when my friend arrives. Tori was very professional, kind, and threw in a little humour at the end (I always appreciate a good laugh!) Great customer service, Tori! Keep it up:)

The service was done as planned and the repair I got (a small window crack from a rock) looks much improved. The shop is also a short walking distance to a Tim Hortons and treating yourself to a coffee while getting the repair done is a pleasant way to spend time while professionals repair your vehicle.

Got my Windshield replaced years ago great place. Put now they don't cover the Insurance deductible. To bad this changed. Still great work.

Upper Sherman location in Hamilton is extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. The single employee that was working the day I had my appointment was a exceptional. His work was pure perfection.

This is my third time going to Speedy Glass and I have had the same experience each time. The guys there are kind, professional and knowledgeable. I went in yesterday with a cracked windshield and within 24 hours they fixed it. I appreciate the guys who work there (shoutout to Chris H.) for being super helpful and honest! Anytime I need glass repair I will be going to Speedy Glass on Upper James!

Have used them before. Went in for a quote, and was over quoted by 370.00 Submitted a quote request online from their parking lot, had a call back within an hour for a better price. Shameful sales tactic in office. Workmanship from past jobs was fantastic.just a disappointing experience in person. Always double check

I had a crack in my window and I came to Speedy to change my windshield. Unfortunately the window that was ordered for me was scratched and they had to order another one so I had to return another day for an appointment. For my inconvenience Paul, one of the workers, displayed amazing customer service, making sure I was well taken care of. He made my car priority for the day, added in the wipers I was going to replace, added Aquapel rain treatment, changed my cabin filter and finished off with a car vacuum. With customer service like this, I had to make sure to thank Chris and Paul for their help today.

Update: a rep from Speedy called and offered to make things right. I had already corrected the issues, but did appreciate the call.

The replaced my rear windshield just fine. But when they re-installed everything, they forgot to plug everything back in. My rear door latch stopped working - and I didn't realize right away. They also didn't re-install any of the hard plastic moulding properly, and lost one of the screws that holds the speakers in. I would have expected better from a place that specializes in window installation.

Great customer service, staff was friendly and helpful on the phone and in store. I was also very happy with how quickly I was able to get a stone chip repaired on my windshield, it was completed in under an hour with great results.

Employees are incredibly helpful and pleasantly not pressuring, clean environment and very fast service!

Great guys! Hadt get my windshield replaced on my Ram, minor hicup with booking but that was on the call center. These guys stepped up and had it done in no time, on top of that they gave me a round trip shuttle home so I could be productive rather than sit in the waiting room. Will most certainly be back, when my project trucks are ready for all new glass. Thanks alot!

I had a pretty large crack in my windshield which required a complete replacement. Phil assisted me and did a terrific job. He was very punctual and provided me with a shuttle to occupy my time while my windshield was being replaced. My car was returned with a clean windshield and my interior cleaner than when I dropped it off. Fantastic job!

Chris was friendly, professional, and so helpful. I had a traumatic experience having my vehicle vandalized, and my windshield smashed, and he made me better about the whole experience.

Had to get a passenger window replaced. Speedy's quote was considerably less than at the dealer.
Glass arrived 2 days later, installation done in a couple of hours.
The guys did an excellent job of cleaning up the broken glass inside, along with replacing the cabin air filter, wipers, applying rain repellant to the windshield, and cleaning all of the windows.
Definitely recommend this location for any auto glass work you might require.

Great auto glass shop, they applied aquapel on my windshield and it's still repelling water just as good as day 1

Chris and Phil provided exceptional service beyond what was expected. My experience at Speed Glass was the best customer service I have ever received. They replaced my windshield in about 2 hours, provided a taxi to my place, and even washed my car and mats. Thanks for the awesome service guys! Very professional and highly recommended

Great friendly and helpful and fast service. I went in late one day with a large stone chip, got an appointment for the next day. Phil said it was possible it could be fixed instead of replacing the windshield. He tried it and it worked, saving us the cost of a new one. The chip is barely visible, glass is perfectly sound, and he didn't even charge us for the repair. Another place I tried said right away that it couldn't be fixed, would have to be replaced. So thanks for your help guys, we'll definitely be back whenever we need your services.

One call taker gave me a price and that I could get it installed the next day. I said I was going to shop around, she removed the "free windshield wipers" from the package and lowered the price. I told her she told me they were "free' and shouldn't effect the price. She stuttered a bit over her misleading information, sounded guilty. Called one of ther shops directly, was told a different, higher price and that they couldn't even get the windshield for approx. 1 week.
Maybe who I spoke with had a bad day, wouldn't take my business here though.
