Great service! Repaired my chip in under an hour and took care of billing my insurance company.

Took a hit from a random rock to the windshield on Hwy 7. Chipping it.

Booked appointment. Done in 20 minutes. They dealt with all the insurance paperwork.

Like some others have said, service was professional and quick. I arrived 30 minutes early for my appointment, they took my car right away and told be 45 minutes. They called me 10 minutes early saying it was completed.

The crew in Kanata were able to fit me into their store schedule at the last minute, which saved me from a nasty rock chip on the vehicle driving on the highway due to a passing tractor trailer flatbed throwing stone. Although you can still see the star faintly, it is healed, and "knock on wood" does not progress this winter into a windshield replacement.

Upsold me on a coating for my windshield to repell water- I've had it before and was fine getting it again. However, my windshield was still dirty when I got my car back, so there's no way they actually put the coating on. And if they did, then it would be patchy and they would have applied it over dirt splatters? They also charged $50 for a new air filter- completely unbelievable! Everywhere else I've been has only charged around $20 for one. I was shocked at the bill and will NOT be back.

The staff were friendly and helpful! Went in for a stone chip and it was filled and ready for pickup within the hour! I would highly encourage everyone to make an appointment online when possible!

The staff did offer extra services beyond what I had originally booked, wiper and cabin air filter checks along with a water-repelling treatment, however it never came across as if they were pushing services that I did not want.

Some of the prior reviews were correct in stating the lobby is quite small, only two seats if you want to wait. I would plan to be out for a walk during a servicing. As there are lots of trails, restaurants, and coffee shops within a few minutes walk of this location.

Excellent pet friendly staff and excellent windshield repair service. Waiting room only has two chairs. Could use additional chairs inside/ outside or a picnic table somewhere.

The staff were not interested in giving me a full, honest picture of my options and were only interested in upselling me and making it seem like replacing my whole windshield is my only option which is not true. I got much better prices and feedback with other glass auto shops. I do not recommend, save your time and money and go to any other auto glass shop where they treat you like a customer and actually listen to you. Oh, and also don’t blatantly rip you off.

Tried for a windshield replacement. Gave them my VIN and they misidentified my vehicle model, then telling me there isn’t any windshields for my vehicle and that it would be on back order for a undetermined timeline. This turned out to be completely false as I’ve now quoted 3 other places including a different speedy glass for the repair showing my windshield does in fact exist. I don’t understand how you could expect a customer to simply wait on a windshield replacement for a undetermined time and expect them to come back when it’s in.

Go elsewhere, don’t waste your time with this place. Found the same repair for 30% cheaper and much much faster

(Also when I called back to cancel the appointment for the replacement seems like my order was never put into the system, meaning I would have been driving around with this cracked windshield for months)

Thought that I had damaged the seal at the bottom of the windscreen. Turns out that it was just a cosmetic cover and Speedy Glass fixed it in two minutes at no charge. Very happy with the service.
