Speedy Glass London Wellington Road

Had my wipers replaced and windshield treated on January 26 2024. Both my windshield wipers arms were damaged. I have had this done several times over the years. I have recommended this to family and friends. I am so disappointed. Dependent on how this is handled will determine if I will continue to be a customer or recommend your shop.

I have just been there for an oil change they did not replace my filter which I waited extra time for it to be delivered bc they were out of stock! When they called me and said oh your air filter is in. You can come in anytime and get it replaced. I was like what? They proceeded to tell me I did not want to wait the extra five minutes when I waited an extra 40 minutes for it to be delivered lol and then I come to find out a week and a half after I have a massive oil leak that they did not tell me so thank you a speedy auto glass for losing another customer

All I can say is WOW! I thought my windshield was leaking, so they investigated the possible sources of water that was accumulating in the footwell. Three guys started methodically from top to obvious problem (to them!). Not only did they eliminate some costly possibilities, but they resolved the drainage issue, kept me informed, and didn’t charge me,! I’m thrilled. Highly recommend!

This pic is AFTER repair. Should have just got a kit from Amazon. They also try to scam people with filter replacement on new cars.

Do not go here for a new windshield.
Guy quotes me $460 + tax!

Went down the street and got it all done for $345 all in.

What a joke this place is.

Booked an appointment online, got an email for confirmation. Booked half a day off work to get this done, got to the site and apparently they called and I didn't pick up so they never ordered my window and never told me not to come. So I came all the way here to find they don't even have a window inside and I have to book a whole other day to get this done. Never going back again.
Recommend any other window replacement store.
I would give 0 stars if possible.
