This place is so backed up. They make you go back and forth. Can never get a hold of them. Their printer doesn't even print properly for documents to be properly submitted to insurance. I specifically asked for a proper copy knowing that insurance will most likely deny it. They told me to come back and waste my time. If they can't even have a properly functioning printer, I wonder how good they are fixing your vehicles?

In Canada people make money out of your ignorance.
I went here to get a quote for my Honda civic quarter window (the small fixed window on the rear door) and they gave me a quote of $461.
Luckily someone recommended me a local shop.which did the whole thing for $160 within 1 hour with original window etc.
Now I understand that if everything is covered by your office or insurance it could be ok to go to such places for some people.
But I have an insurance deductible of $500 (& i guess most people r the same), speedy glass should seriously revise their rates and stop charging people 3 times the price other local shops charge.
Instead of spending money on advertisements use that to reduce ur rates.

This review might be a bit too late but I had my new Volvo xc60 windshield chip repaired here late 2020 but the technician dripped the glass resin (whatever they use to fill the chip) over my front passenger fender and left a huge streak mark on it. The technician also touched the B pillar glossy trim with his dirty gloves which was contaminated with glass resin and left a permanent stain on the trim piece.

This is the best auto glass place around. Jason, owner, is top notch in customer service, and is overall the nicest person to work with. Our job was done quickly and professionally. This shop also deals directly with most major insurance companies for billing. Win for everyone! Thanks again Jason.

I Went there for rain repelment treatment for my car. It took around 45 min to complete the job and let's see how it works.

My drivers window was smashed and broken into at a parking lot, and so I brought my car to this location the next day. Jason was extremely helpful and took the time to explain the process of everything. He was also very accommodating in letting me leave my car overnight and paying over the phone. His customer service was exemplary and I was able to get my car the next day! I was extremely impressed and would go here again for all glass repairs (hopefully not from another break in!) thanks Jason and team! ️

I came here to check up/follow up on a small break in my front windshield. Another Speedy Glass fixed it, but this location gave me much more facts on the crack in my window, really looked at it and made sure it was okay, told me that weather affects it, and gave me a lot of much needed information that the other Speedy Glass in Vaughan, did not. This location puts customers first and the employee who helped me was very nice and knowledgeable.

I have a 2009 Senada I replace at the Markham location it was great when they installed my windshield they did a great job. I love to sell you the extended warranty portion for your windshield. But it comes time to use it you have a very difficult time and getting a hold of somebody at that location I’ve tried three times getting them which would be Friday Saturday and Monday and Wednesday nobody’s return my phone calls I would honestly suggest don’t use the big corporations go to the small guy you get better after sales service with somebody smaller than the larger corporations

It was a very pleasant experience with the technician. Fast (30 mins promise) service and the insurance claim was done by the service representative there while waiting! Highly recommended!

Great customer service! I am very unlucky with my windshield and have had it replaced and multiple chips filled over the 2 years I’ve own the car. When I showed up the latest time with lots of little chips (which I later found out were to small to fill) that I was concerned would spread they did everything they could to smooth them out and ease my concerns that they shouldn’t be a future issue.

I’ve been here multiple times and the customer services has always been exceptional. I’ve been very unlucky with my car. It seems to be hot commodity on the highway and always gets hit on by rocks. My windshield has cracked twice and chipped three times within a year.

Called in for a replacement quote, they quoted me triple the price than what I got the job done for.
