Agreed with previous reviews-very rude and unprofessional staff who will simply push products onto customers regardless of customers saying "no" multiple times. Tory insisted on me replacing my cabin filter "for my health" (I replaced mine this past August). Despite multiple times of declining their "complementary offer", I returned to pick up my car which did not have a filter in it and my glove box on the floor. If they actually cared about customer health, they wouldn't have me driving to a Canadian Tire without a filter. Clearly they do not respect the wishes of their customers and are looking to make a quick buck off of people who do not know better. Go with a windshield replacement company that can actually come to your home to save yourself time, money, and honestly an unnecessary headache.

Unprofessional! Dropped by to make sure they order the correct windshield but when I showed up at the appointment they told me it’s the wrong windshield they have ordered.

First time going to Speedy Glass and had a great experience. The work was done within the time frame quoted and they even pointed out that my filter needed changing (indeed as it was filthy). The lady at the counter was very friendly and informative. Great job team!

Windshield chip was repaired Thursday June 22 2023. During the walk around it was mentioned that they would look at my cabin air filter I specifically told them not to it It was just replaced not too long ago. Windshield is okay you can still see lines from the stone impact. Noticed on Friday that my vents were making a wheezing sound when fan was on. Sunday I Checked my air cabin filter that I had requested not to be touched and found that it was not properly secured and the screw that holds it in place wasn’t in all the way. Luckily I was able to fix this myself & the wheezing sound is gone. Listen to your customers. Plus Tori was argumentative when I said I was paying debit asking all kinds of questions about my insurance & my deductible really pushing to go through insurance which I didn’t appreciate it’s actually none of your business how I choose to pay for my transaction

This location was absolutely fabulous! They got me in as quick as possible and did all the dirty work as I call it dealing with my insurance. I’m forgetting her name right now but the woman I dealt with to intake my vehicle and in the office was lovely. She was so personable and made sure I understood all the details and was very friendly.

Great experience. Ryan is professional, friendly and helpful. Booking was easy, and he made sure the job was done right. I would recommend to anyone. Thanks for the help.

This is my 3rd time there and every time, the staff have always turned a bad day into a better day. Today was not different. They went out of their way to accommodate a bigger job and at the end of the day informed me that the job was covered under my previous warranty!

Super quick and easy booking online, put my issue through to insurance on their own and was out and about with my car after like 15 minutes, not much else you can ask for along with their kind service!

Had a small windshield chip on my car today. I called them up and was able to book an appointment within the hour (I didn't want the chip to get bigger). Super nice guy Ryan fixed it up in less than 20 minutes. He even offered to send the claim directly to my insurance. Was out of there in minutes and I cant even notice the chip any more. Best part, it comes with a warranty. If things go wrong they replace the windshield free. Thanks for turning my bad day into a good one!

Nov 15 2022 - I brought my car in to repair a rock chip on my windshield. The gentleman (did not catch his name) that worked there that day was very professional! He explained everything to me in details and the repair was completed in 30mins.

I would definitely recommend the store and employee, if you require windshield services. I am waiting for the feedback/survey from Speedy Glass, so that I can provide the individual with positive feedback.
