Fantastic experience! Great staff, went above and beyond, checked my wiper blades and filter for me… completed my windshield replacement quickly and were so nice and pleasant to speak with and work with… thank you for being amazing!

Booked an appointment to change my windshield. Gave them all my car information. On the phone, I was told the price will be $416.00 plus HST. When I got there, I gave them the key and while leaving was told that the price changed to $550.00 plus HST. The reason was they made a mistake on the glass model. I said no thank you and left. Went to another mechanic and it was done for $400.00 plus HST. Please beware of these scamming tricks.

Had the TAG tracker installed. Process was quick. Andrew provided good customer service and was thorough in explaining the whole process. I only gave 3 stars, because the etching of the TAG logo on BOTH my windows were sloppily etched. You would think more care would be taken since etchings are permanent. I brought this to Andrew's attention and unfortunately nothing can be done.
