It's stressing enough going to your car in your apartment complex (underground) garage and find that it was broken into; passenger side window completely smashed in and scattered all over the car (inside and out) and only thing stolen was a "fancy" flashlight. Then stressful enough filing online a police report. Then trying to speak to a human being at my insurance company but get directed to their website. Nobody to talk to! This is stressful. So, I go to their web site and find this fantastic place to get my window fixed! I also got to speak to a real person (Alex, the Service Centre Manager). Got my appointment this morning. He really knows his business! And I was grateful that they managed to get out the shattered glass that I couldn't. Very organized, skilled and extremely tall! LOL The staff there was incredibly helpful and friendly and put me right at ease. I highly, highly, highly recommend this particular Speedy Glass to everyone in the area or outside the area to get their car windshield or window door fixed or repaired. Hope I don't have to come back but I hear from other tenants in my building that these break-ins are common, so I have some of your business cards and will pass them along if it happens again (hopefully not to me). Got a loonie size stone chip cover by insurance. Made an appointment online and repair was done quick and professional. Amazing service.

We got a couple of chips repaired on our windshield. Excellent Customer Service and work! Alex was very professional and knowledgeable. The work was done way before our scheduled appointment time which was a bonus! I highly recommend Speedy Glass Richmond Hill

I had my drivers side mirror smashed in my garage driveway a few months ago when I was backing out of my garage and I came to fix it at Alex’s speedy glass shop. He ordered the mirror and had it installed the next day! After 2 months I found the mirror shattered on the floor of my driveway assuming the glue didn’t stick and it fell on its own. I called Alex to let him know and he ordered another mirror and installed it asap with a smile on his face. Much appreciated his service. Highly recommended.

I just had a business with these people recently and it was like a rubbery for me,
I brought my car to get the quotation for windshield replacement to use my insurance coverage, they wanted to charge 1000 $ plus using my insurance coverage, then I decided to pay from my pocket, they charge me 700$, so recently I just got a quote from another windshild replacement company, they give me quotation of 330$ plus installation and tax,
From my experience they are deceiving customers and their business is base on dishonesty and it is not acceptable,

Went in for a repair on my windshield for a same say service. The technicians went above and beyond.
Akim helped me out and was very friendly and knowledgeable. It took less than 40 minutes to repair the chip. It cost much less than expected too:)

Incredible customer service! John was efficient and provided quality service. I had a stone chip that looked pretty bad so I wanted to fix it quickly before it split more. Called this location and John squeezed me in for today even though he was booked up. He fixed it in under an hour and it looks great. Thank you so much for getting me in last minute and providing amazing customer service. After he pulled my car out front, he noticed my back up camera was very dirty, ran in to his shop to grab a cloth, and cleaned it for me.

John is extremely friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The service was exceptional and the price was also very reasonable. I would highly recommend this particular location of Speedy Glass!

Amazing job.had a chip in my windshield (first time that happened to me) and I wasn't sure what to do.

I drove to this location just to ask questions (is it a repair or a replacement.what is the cost.etc). The employee was very helpful, and even booked me an appointment for first thing, the next day (the technician wasn't working when I came in).

He also called my insurance and made the claim for me - so I didn't have pay any money or do any work! Just showed up!

Whole thing took 45 minutes (as promised) and went so smoothly. All staff was polite & friendly.very great service!

Quoted more than twice the price of Standard Auto Glass. Then received 2 follow up calls offering discounted pricing. No transparency here. Cannot recommend.

Frank is the man! Very professional, friendly and knows what he is doing. Also going through insurance and having the glass replaced here was also a simple procedure and headache free.

Had a great experience here today. Thank you Frank for great customer service. Made the appointment, got there on time, took the car on time and had it finished on time. Frank explained everything clearly and also took the time to explain the sanitizing procedure as this was during COVID-19. I would gladly recommend this place and will be coming back if needed.

Frank Fiorillo, the Service Centre Manager, goes above and beyond to make sure you’re comfortable and satisfied with their service. He takes time to explain everything to you. Extremely professional. Much Thanks to Mike, who helped me early morning at 8am on Mar. 10th, 2020. He was undoubtedly professional and even helped me with cleaning stuff. Much appreciated for his work, and I will definitely re-visit for the service and product here.

I'm not at all surprised at all the reviews shared by so many customers for Frank and Mike at this Speedy. Just had my wife's Honda CR-V windshield replaced after calling around. Made the appointment on a Friday, snowed bad on that Monday morning and was late for my appointment. Frank personally took my car in personally and told me he understood as others were also.

1.5hrs they had the glass removed, replaced and all the trim put back plus the extra stuff below:

1. Window treatment inside/out
2. Vacuumed the car
3. Washed the mats
4. Wiped the dash down
5. Replaced my wipers
6. Replaced my cabin filter
7. Show the work performed
8. Provided tips on what to do for the next 48-72 hours

I overheard Frank joking with another customer before me why the service was different and then experienced it myself. Service was top notch, he looked at all options to determine what's best for you and tries to work within the best choice with or without insurance coverage.

I got a few stone chips on my own personal car and will definitely be back to see Frank and Mike. Only wished they were opened on weekends but they're also entitled to a personal life, completely understandable.

I recently had the windshield in my wifes Subaru changed at this location. I can not explain how great the level of service was. Frank was open, honest and straightforward with what Speedy could do for us. He reviewed our insurance policy to see if we had coverage, he explained the quality of glass they use as there is a lot of inferior products in the market, he made an appointment for me and was right on time with our repair. I was shocked when he offered to have a cab take me home and bring me back while the repair was done at no extra charge. That is service. An overall perfect service appointment so I give them an A1+

Frank is professional, knowledgeable and honest. Was able to help me with a same day appointment to fix a chip in my windshield before it could spread.

On a recent visit to Richmond Hill, Frank Fiorillo of SpeedyGlass on Yonge Street made my day by removing residual glue left by my attempt to reinstall my 407 Transponder to my new vehicle windshield. He also advised me on how to contact 407 who actually replaced the Transponder. Despite all the construction on Yonge Street which must be negatively impacting his business, he was courteous and refused payment.

I visited Speedy Glass in Richmond Hill on my lunch break and was extremely pleased with the excellent service. I was not only seen on time, but they finished early as per my request so I could return to work on time. Frank was very friendly and professional and I witness how much he and his tech guy hustled. The reception area was clean and provided refreshments. But most importantly the work that was done to repair my windshield chip was done exceptionally well. I would definately recommend Speedy Glass Richmond Hill for their great work, friendly and efficient service!

Super service. Was able to get the OEM glass installed and calibrated properly very quickly. Car was left clean and tidy. Top notch service, would definitely return and recommend to others. These guys are pros!
