Speedy Glass Sudbury

Had our front and back windows replace on our Jeep Patriot. The girls at the front counter were Awesome! They were helpful and kept me informed throughout the process with the insurance company! The work they did was great! Including vacuuming out all the glass from the back! I would definitely recommend!

Told us that our 2018 Subaru Crosstrex needed to be calibrated after windshield replacement. They were absolutely wrong and just trying to rip us off or they have no idea what they are doing. Had it done somewhere else with no calibration and everything works great. Subaru dealership also said that calibration is not necessary

So my girlfriend had a chip fixed in her car. Everything was great for a week… then the glass completely cracked across the whole windshield starting from the “fixed” chip. On the back of the warranty and everywhere else on their website it says they “standby” their product and if it breaks because of a chip they fixed they will cover it 100%. So I call and they tell me they don’t do that and that it will be 1000 dollars now. Idk about anyone else’s job but if I don’t standby my work people die and they can’t even standby their work fixing a window chip? What an absolute joke. Then I try to call head office and it’s just a voicemail that no one ever returns a call. If I were you I would steer clear of this place!

Another shop claimed they couldn't fix the chip and would have to replace windshield - not cheap considering I would need camera calibration too. Went to speedy for second opinion, they fixed the chip no problem! Definitley recommend

I book a morning appointment but the work wasn't finished until late in the day there for missing another important appointment. Always had a noise after coming from the window area. Today I removed the rear hatch cover and 3 trim push pins were broken and 1 missing. This cover has never been removed other than for the glass replacement. I wont be going back to this business again.

Got a windshield installed Tuesday (which cost over $1300) and by Wednesday there was a crack which they refuse to repair. Absolutely ridiculous. They keep claiming it’s a rock chip. I’m the only one that drove the vehicle and there was no rock that hit the window. I will never use Speedy again, terrible customer service.

Great experience, easy to book and complete services. Happy to have the warranty and the staff did a great job on pre-inspection, installation and post installation walk through.

Good thorough friendly service. They ordered the wrong window for my truck, but took ownership of the mistake and quickly apologized and made good on it. Would definitely go back for any of my vehicle glass needs.

Windshield looks amazing. It was definitely more expensive then other shops but insurance covered it. Issue I had was the hood of my truck wasn't closed all that way and flew open on the highway. Thankfully the secondary grabbed it. Always double check your hood after leaving any shop. Could have been terrible

Great service and very friendly staff. It is very frustrating when you get a broken windshield and have to get it replaced but thank to Speedy`s front staff it was less stress full, Also thanks to the people that did the gob in the back you are the un seen people that did the job but are often never seen. Thanks again to you all.

Went in to get my van’s windshield fixed and the guy bombarded me with a dirty filter.claiming I had to change it? This was no what I asked for and when I refused.they got rude.never ever will I use this company
