Very nice experience the 2 gentleman that helped my husband with getting a new windshield replace where fantastic. I recommend going to the one in Waterloo.

Horrible place they ordered wrong windshield for our car didn't tell us and we booked time off work for repair. They never called when the correct windshield came in and also said they would call when replaced they never did we are still waiting on call to say it is fixed. Horrible Horrible place. Do not go here. They have no customer service skills at all. They do not know how to obviously use a phone go to a place that does.

Had my windshield replaced yesterday. A truck threw a stone from two lanes over and it bounced off the new windshield. Trevor checked out my windshield and found only a small scratch. Whew! Thx for being so thorough. Much appreciated.

Outstanding customer service and quick turnaround. Amazing attention to detail even leaving their workspace cleaner than they found it. Their tech even somehow transferred the stickers I had on my old windshield which was a pleasant surprise.

I came in with a chip in my windshield, and learned that it wasn't a complete chip. Rather than break my windshield to make it a chip, they filled in the small hole immediately with resin to prevent any further damage, and had me on my way in no time. Very friendly, kind, and helpful staff!

I booked an appointment to repair a stone chip. When the csr inspected it, she said no need to fix it. What an honest shop! She was very professional and polite. Good job

I brought my jeep in for a stone chip and they managed to fit me in to their busy schedule. They also stayed late, so that when I was done work I was able to pick up my Jeep.

I brought my husband’s jeep in today to fix the side window because it was broken into a month after my SUV was they fixed our glasses so fast it was done so well and the customer service was amazing. I highly recommend bringing your car in for your windshield and for any of your car needs these people are so friendly and so kind and I really appreciate it. Everything they did for me. I was also a Walk in on a very busy day and they fit me right and I was in and out in under an hour and I was able to finish the rest of my errands for the rest of the day highly recommend this place 10 out of 10.

They took the time to talk through the issue with my rear view mirror and mounting problems, and all staff were very kind. They fixed it up quick, I can’t recommend them enough.

Great service! Went in for a repair of my side mirror. I thought it needed replacement but it turned out it needed only a small repair, which they performed for no charge. I will be heading back here for my auto glass repair needs in the future.

The staff were all really nice! A tech came out to look at my windshield for free when I wasn't sure if a scratch was a safety concern or not, and he checked over my whole windshield even though I only asked about one spot. Thank you!
