I had a great experience getting my windshield repaired here! Very quick service and results were beyond my expectations!

Excellent customer service! Manager Michael was so helpful during this less than ideal time. My VW Atlas had a broken rear window and it was $500 cheaper at Speedy than at VW. Even with a European vehicle they were able to get the replacement glass quickly and it looks great. I’ll 100% recommend Michael & his staff to anyone in the area! Thank you for everything!

Mike handled my replacement of my front windshield and he new I was in a tight crunch to get this done he went over and above for me and still did a fantastic job for me handled all the paperwork. He told me the job would be finished at a certain time and kept his word if you need any work done from replacement to chip repair to go to any one but Speedy Auto Glass in Whitby they will treat you really good you can count on Mike and his staff

TL;dr - this Speedy Glass location went out of their way to fix a problem they didn’t cause - with first class service. Even though this location is out of town for me, I’d go here if I ever needed my windshield replaced again.

I had my windshield replaced at a Speedy Glass in Hamilton. About 2 months afterwards, I was driving down the 401 and the decorative moulding - which clips into the frame of the car to hide where the windshield meets the frame of the car - flew off the frame. Fortunately the moulding was secured under the hood of the car and I didn’t lose the piece; however, I did have to pull over on the 401 to inspect what sort of damage had occurred. Since I was visiting Whitby I called this Speedy Glass location to see if they could fix it. They took me in first thing in the morning the next day and fixed the issue without charge. They were extremely friendly, and went out of their way to fix an issue they didn’t cause. I’d go back here in the future if I need a windshield replaced.

Had Toyota RAV4 windshield replaced after a stray pebble hit. Mike is soft spoken and very helpful. Customer service is excellent. Workmanship looks neat, just got it done. Workplace environment is super clean. Highly recommend this place for car glass work.

I've been servicing my vehicles for a number of years at Speedy Glass. The customer service has always been excellent. The professional service and work done has been impressive. When people ask me where they should take their vehicles for windshield repairs or replacement, I highly recommend this location.

I would love to give more than 5 stars for my recent experience at Whitby Speedy Glass. From the start of booking my appointment easily online to the follow up call from Mike to confirm some details prior to my appointment and the actual experience on the day of my appointment. Mike was awesome in explaining everything clearly and arranging for my ride home while they worked on the windshield replacement. The whole process was absolutely so easy and he took care of everything with my insurance company. Truly a fantastic customer experience and the car was delivered back to me clean and now I have a sparkling new windshield with all of the sensors working great! Excellent experience and highly recommend! Incredibly clean and organized. Staff are all very professional and friendly. This location does windshield replacement but they are also the primary location for the area to perform calibration for vehicles with adaptive cruise control and lane departure systems.

I booked ahead of time but was still impressed with how quick my windshield replacement was allowing me to get on with the rest of my day

Positive top 5 stars for their same day service. Had a rock smash my windshield on 401 from a truck driving ahead. Speedy Glass Whitby replaced in few hours and reset all sensors for lane departure etc. They also too care of the claim with insurance. Nothing for me to do except pay my deductible and pick up the car. Been few weeks now. Would definitely recommend. They are usually booked up fast but I waited few days to get it done with them.

Once the appointment was booked it was a quick service. It took them 45 days to order the original part though.

I needed to have a stone chip fixed in my windshield, and called Speedy Glass. They scheduled me in quickly on a convenient day, and called me earlier than promised to tell me the car was ready. They are located conveniently in the Mitsubishi dealership and parking is plentiful. They took care of all the paperwork with my insurance company, and I was in and out with minimal fuss. Absolutely fantastic. I had a hole in my windshield directly in front of the driver. They were able to get me in the next day. The staff is friendly and I would definitely go to then again in the future. (Accidentally unsubscribed to the satisfaction survey, but would have given 10/10 there too!).

The only place I would go for any windshield related work for all of my vehicles. They are reasonably priced and the quality of service is excellent.
Most importantly they would go an extra mile to put a smile on your face.

He explained the whole process to me and then proceeded quickly to repair my windshield. 2 stone chips were repaired in under 40 minutes, 1 of which was very deep and was missing a lot of glass. My car was returned to me fully washed and ready to go. I definitely recommend this location in Whitby.

I got my car's windshield replaced here. Mercedes E350. Complicated windshield with cameras, rain sensors etc. They have installed an original Mercedes windshield in very short time. Excellent work, friendly and great people working there also. Highly recommend this location.

The staff was very efficient, professional, and helpful. I have been twice to this location to repair stone chips in my windshield and had a good experience each time. I would highly recommend.
