Phoned to see if I needed an appointment to get a chip repair on my windshield. I did and it was made conveniently for me.

The lady I spoke to Mina was so polite and helpful I thought I must be dealing with an owner. I had to ask her when I was there and though she’s been there for years she is not an owner but an excellent employee.

Mina you’re the absolute best! The best customer service and care around. Thank you for everything. 10/10 on the work and service done. Thanks to everyone!

Excellent and efficient service. Mina made sure everything was taken care of for me and was thorough on explaining warranties and procedures. Cannot recommend this location enough, everyone there is incredibly friendly and professional.

What a great experience. Fast, efficient, and EXTREMELY friendly. Mina (I believe I spelt it correctly) was beyond accommodating and got me in for a windshield repair in a pinch. Highly recommend based on my experience!

Great job on the windshield. Disappointed on how my truck look after. It’s a brand new truck and I baby the hell out of it. When I took it home I noticed 3 small dents on the hood. A paint chip on the top of the roof.and interior scratches. Not happy

My Back Window Shattered today. I called them immediately as we have dealt with them before. I haven't even had it replaced yet, and they all ready went above and beyond. He even told me I could bring it in, and I did, and they sealed it up with a crash barrier and didnt charge me, now it will get me through the week till payday (They would have taken Today) Looking forward to the repair next Thursday. I went over a year ago as a small stone hit my windshield. The lady at the desk was very nice, she said the repair will only take about 20 mins. I was there for over and hour and I went over my lunch break from work. There was so much broken glass all over the ground in the garage I was terrified it would ruin my tires but then I look up and the guy is kneeling on the hood of my vehicle! This was so disappointing as my vehicle was only a year old. I emailed them and I believe I received a response but it was mostly focusing on how I thought the repair was not acceptable and looked worse than the damage.

The customer service and the hospitality while you wait is exactly how excellent service needs to be. Amazing service at this Speedy Glass location. I noticed a crack in my windshield and when I contacted my insurance company they recommended I go to Speedy Glass. They were able to book me in for the following day and they performed my service within 2 hours. I also got a free rain repellent treatment and new windshield wipers.

Mina did a wonderful job walking me through the process and all the charges, she was absolutely delightful and it was so refreshing to get such an amazing customer service from a repair shop.

Get anti-theft tag installed at this store, and it is fully reimbursed by my insurance company. People here are friendly and professional, get it done within 30 min, I'm very happy.

I came here twice for very minor adjustments with my windshield wiper rain sensors. Everyone I've seen here is super friendly and kind.

The techs are really skilled and professional.

Whether its the lady at the front desk or the 2 techs that I've interacted with, you won't be disappointed.

Although I never came here for a windshield replacement, I would definitely consider coming here if God forbid, my windshield breaks.

From booking online, to immediate confirmation by phone, to quick service when I dropped the vehicle off, to quick and polite service when I picked the vehicle up, this place is great! VERY friendly staff. Clean waiting area. The new windshield was installed perfectly. They even put my oil change sticker reminder back on the windshield. I would absolutely recommend this business for any auto glass issues.

Took vehicle here for a small chip in windshield. Never used them before. Booking online made it so simple and my vehicle was taken in almost immediately even though it looked like they were very busy when I arrived for my appt. Absolutely the best customer service around. Mina at the front desk was a pleasure to deal with. While I waited I heard her dealing with multiple other customers and everyone was treated so well that it was almost unbelievable. It was a master class in customer service listening to her. On top, everyone who works there was pleasant and knowledgeable. The chip is almost invisible. Very satisfied. I won't be going anywhere else for windshield repairs ever again.

A little over a month ago, I brought my vehicle here after another local glass shop failed to calibrate my vehicle properly. Not only could that glass shop not figure out the issue, but they took ZERO responsibility for the work.

Mina, Brian and TJ from the beginning, did nothing but step above and beyond, going further than anyone previously involved with the purchase of my vehicle to make things right. Even when they didn’t have to!

At every step, I never doubted that the work done would be professional, and properly done. This trust was certainly well placed! These are the people that deserve to have your business, and I will be forever grateful for the work done, and compassion shown!

I had a chip in my windshield repaired. The lady at the desk was the sweetest, most helpful person ever. She actually made my day! There were also two younger boys that came in and she didn’t want them walking down a busy street so she paid for a cab for them!
