I should put negative stars, the guy so rude and negative respect, I bet if I want to argue he will put out zoo/foul words.
Just because I cancel the order to fix the car, which I ordered the end of the day but the earliest time next day 7: 30am I cancel, he was so angry and annoyed he threatened me not to get the car for half an hour and made me wait there, he just trying so hard to scolded me and said to remove my earmuffs he thinks I can’t hear him because I just don’t get what he’s going through, if I’m not patient and let him charge extra $200 for nothing he will literally eat me. This kind of person don’t belong anywhere.

I call at 12: 53 (saturday) to get the inspection done for the car. The guy said u need to wake up in the morning. Who is he, to tell me when I need to sleep and wake up.

Please do not take your care to this Garage. I found them rude, charge you extra because you are the only one in Garage.it looks like a Zombie Garage. It took the one of mechanic 3 hours to put back the tires on and they were on the rims.such a shame. I will never recommend this place to anyone.they should shut it down.because all staff there hat their jobs.they all need to get a life and move to retirement home or somewhere far.

I hope I can give less than one star. I visited them today and I drive 25 minutes to reach them but because of the way the old guy communicate with me I just left. He was very aggressive, unprofessional and all what he need is the $40 for inspection, telling me that I'm wasting his time because I asked some questions

I cannot tell if they're Good or not? But I'm ready to pay $100 extra in another shop for someone who treat people with respect

I am very happy to report that speedy corrected my prior complaint of excessive over charging. They were very apologetic and not only did they refund my 200 dollar down payment, they also threw in a free oil change as a sign of good faith. They handled the situation in a very timely manner and this customer very much appreciated it……David Lee

Thanks to the team over at speedy Nepean, they were able to quickly squeeze in our car for a muffler repair. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They have a great warranty on parts too.

AVOID this mechanic, total scammer. He is the sleazy stereotypical mechanic we hear about. He quoted the price over the phone, told me to come next day for 8am. I did. Turned me away and said come back tomorrow, I’m too busy. I brought the car the next day, for time arranged. Told me he couldn’t do until later in day, took a Uber home. Then he calls and say it will be triple the price he quoted. Not honest, not dependable. Please avoid

Don’t go here! The mechanics didint install my NEW master and slave cylinder properly! Tons of air in the lines causing other issues. They also cracked my windshield and won’t take responsibility even tho I have the photos to prove it wasn’t like that when I dropped off the car. They also scratched my right fender. Don’t go here with a more complex issue than tires. They should have more respect especially when you pick up your vehicle with damages that happen on their property. I’m a very reasonable person but I’d advise you to seriously not take your car here. I never write reviews but I feel obligated to share my experience

My husband brought his vehicle here 7 months ago to get a quote to replace a control arm and get a wheel alignment. He had already taken it to Canadian tire previously but they were too busy, and he needed the work done faster than what they could do. At Canadian tire, he had been quoted $1400 to replace the control arm, ball joints, 2 new tires and wheel alignment, and had explained this when he dropped the car off to Speedy for the estimate.

Later that day, he was called by Speedy, and told that he would need to replace the entire K frame in order to do the work as his car was too rusty to work on otherwise (quoted at over $4000) and that if he didn't want to replace the K frame, they weren't going to do the repairs he had brought the car in for.

When he picked up the car, he was charged $70 (inspection fee, compared to $40 from CT). When he told the mechanic that he had already taken the car to CT and had been quoted the $1400 for repairs and extras, the mechanic said that CT would just be ripping him off, and that his car would fall apart as he drove it away.

Nice way to make some extra cash by refusing to do the work the person had originally brought the car in for unless they are willing to fork out enough money to essentially buy a new vehicle.

He ended up going back to CT, and getting the work done there. The car is still driving perfectly fine 7 months later, which seems worth the $1400 he paid until he gets a new car.

Go to CT instead, at least their inspection charge is more reasonable, and they will absorb the cost of it if you go through with the work.

Anthony and Rocky were both very nice, explained what they did and told me what I needed next. I’m very happy with the service also.

So happy found this spot! They are open on Saturdays which is what I needed already twice. And quick and very helpful! Reliable like my car:)

Thanks for helping us out on such short notice! My wife had brake problems on the way to work. We called Speedy to make an appointment and we were told we didn’t need one. They said they were pretty busy, but that if we came by and left the car, they would try to take a look at it that day. The lot was full when we got there, but they managed to get us in same day. Got a call in the afternoon and they told us we needed new brakes in the front and that guide pins on the calliper in the back were starting to stick so it could use a servicing. They also told us what was making the clunking sound we had been hearing. We were able to pick up the car the next morning. The brakes worked beautifully and no more clunking noise! They even showed us the old pads and rotors where the pad had worn out and the metal was grinding on the rotor. Really appreciated the Speedy service and them having taken the extra time to show us what was going on. We’ll definitely be coming back next time one of our cars needs work!

You need to have the strongest adventure spirit to visit this service store. The last time I had vehicle maintenance done at here, after I drove home I noticed that some items had disappeared from my car. What's more, my car's gas tank turned out to be almost empty, and I had just filled it up the day before the maintenance. I couldn't call the police because I left my phone number and home address with them and I was afraid of retaliation.
You can notice that although this store has a low customer rating, it still has some 5-star feedback. However, if you read the feedback carefully, you will find that many of the negative reviews have a great deal of detail, but those with five stars are just empty praise. This means that the owner of this store already knew about their bad reputation and filled out some fake feedback to try to improve their rating.

Poor service, they charged me 200$ for inspection didnot provide me a inspection report. They would only tell the problem orally but not in written.

Outstanding service all the way! Called to ask to make a possible break appointment thinking I was going to wait a couple of days and much to my surprise they told come on in anytime! I was greeted with a friendly person working at front desk and was told they could start working on it immediately and not to worry that it would be ready to drive home after work. Like clockwork I received a call letting me know the job was completed. I arrived one of the mechanics just came back from a test drive and handed me the keys. The bill was far less than expected and my Chrysler 300 was in great shape! I guess it's true because at Speedy you are a somebody! Thank you again. Wayne.
