Adam Siraj was our Diamond consultant. We were Lucky to meet him upon our initial visit. Adam was so helpful, humourous, and we felt at ease as he was more about educating and assisting rather than selling.

After listening your offensive and insulting advertising over the radio, for the past five years, one would have to be moron to buy diamonds from you. I wouldn't take it if you give it to me for free. You should be ashamed of yourselves. Your advertising alone should tell to the customers that you are not reliable, and that customers need to stay away from you. Only idiots would buy from you.

I had a first class customer experience at the Spence Diamonds located at 25 Square One Drive, Mississauga, ON. What made my experience so great was primarily because I was fortunate enough to have been serviced by Diamond Consultant Andrew Arteaga. Andrew was totally professional, knowledgeable, service oriented and helpful in every way. If you come to Square One, do yourself a favor and ask to speak with Andrew Arteaga.

Was looking for a wedding band that wasn't all silver or gold, but had something closer to my taste with darker color. Spence had a great spread in silver or gold, but also in tungsten or carbon fiber. My fiance and I had been skeptical about the wedding band getting scuffed up and fading over time or breaking from daily movement over time, but the Spence representative who served us gave us a better perspective about those materials and that led us to a BEAUTIFUL and bad*** wedding band in carbon fiber that absolutely worked. Engraving possible and polish acceptable! Well done!

Im glad I decided to visit this place despite the poor reviews on jewellery critics websites. Taylor and the rest of the staff was very professional and friendly and helped me find exactly what I wanted. The price is good compared to websites like blue nile and james allen, and definitely cheaper than privately owned jeweller. There is a year long warranty that should help weed out any manufacturing defects. Returns and refunds are easy. Over all I had a good experience and got what I wanted.

My fiancé and I went to shop for my wedding band and had a fantastic experience from the moment we walked through the door. Scott Mauti was an absolute pleasure to work with. He guided us to many excellent options but then gave us space as we were trying to decide. He was also able to provide lots of advice about the ring as well as the buying process. I highly recommend visiting this Spence location.

My boyfriend bought me a pair of diamond earrings for Christmas and I had lost one in Mexico. I felt so stupid so I called to see if I was able to buy one earring. (I also did not think this was possible.) Adam (Diamond consultant) was extremely pleasant and a huge help. He found me the exact size and colour that I needed to make a perfect set. We communicated through text and it was so straightforward. I paid a deposit and then my earring was ready to be picked up in 14 days.

I've been to this Spence Diamonds location multiple times in the past 10 years. I've purchased diamond necklaces for Christmas, Birthday, and Anniversary gifts.

I moved out of town a few years back, and got engaged about 8 months ago! Spence Diamonds was always my go-to store, but with the distance, my fiancé and I started looking at other diamond retailers that were closer to home. In the past 3-4 months, I've tried on 30+ rings and could only see myself buying 1 or 2 of them; my future wife tried on well over 100, but still wasn't sold on any of them.

I decided to check out Spence's website. I found a ring that I loved! I called up the store to check if they had the ring in / available to try on before I made the 1.5 hour drive, and they did. I wanted my fiancé's opinion, so I brought her along with me on a little road trip to Mississauga!

When we arrived, Sami Khattab met us at the door and greeted us with a warm smile that looked more like a friend than a sales consultant looking to make a commission. I made it pretty easy for him to make a sale, telling him exactly what I wanted to look at - style 80587. He walked me over, showed me the ring, I tried it on, and it was EXACTLY how I hoped it would feel. Within 30 seconds of walking into the building, I pulled out my wallet, asked him to put it on order, and asked where I could pay.

He slowed me down a bit, and suggested a few more rings to try on first, before making such a big purchase / commitment. I'm happy he did, too, because it just reinforced how much I loved the original ring I came in to see. He brought me into his office to size my finger while my fiancé wandered around the store to see if maybe she could find something, herself. Once we finalized the sizing, looked up my account, and started walking over to the cash register I realized I hadn't even asked what the price of the ring was! When we got to the register and had it rung up, I was shocked to see that it was nearly half the price of the other rings I had been considering! We had stopped considering prices after 2 months of searching for rings thinking "If it's right, it's right; as long as it's not ridiculous, the price doesn't matter! "

After a warm hand-off to another associate, who continued to assist me in completing my purchase, I turned around and noticed Sami and my fiancé near the back of the store looking at rings together. Once my receipt was printed, and I was good to go, I walked over to find a small multi-ring holder labelled with slots for "maybe" "considering" and "the one" (or something along those lines - I can't remember the exact wording).

They had already placed about 8-10 rings in this little holder, and were about 8 feet away at another cabinet, looking at more. If you've never been ring shopping before, this is something you'll ONLY find at Spence Diamonds. They usually don't let you see more than a few rings at a time before quickly locking them back up in glass cabinets.

Sami continued to assist my fiancé in looking for her ring for some time, and encouraged her to try on as much as she liked. He advised, to narrow the options down, trying on two - one after another in a tournament style showdown which REALLY helped (my fiancé had a very hard time finding "the one" ring). Eventually it came down to 3, then it was only 2. By the end of the process, she was overjoyed, and positive that she found her perfect wedding ring. Again.not looking at pricing, we were SHOCKED when we got to the register and saw that the ring was significantly lower than the other options we were considering elsewhere.

Long story short? I'm happy to say that we both walked out of Spence Diamonds that day with our dream wedding rings on order and we can't wait to exchange them later this year in front of our closest friends and family.

Sami Khattab was a large part of our positive experience, and I can not recommend him enough. If you're in the market for any jewelry at Spence in Mississauga, please go see him.

My fiancé and I met with Adam Siraj yesterday to purchase our wedding bands, and we were very pleased with his level of knowledge and service!

Update: Spence replied to my review saying they are looking into it and will follow up with me. They haven’t.

I got engaged in 2019 and required a resize of my ring to make it smaller and get stabilizer balls put on. Spence sent it away to wherever it is that does the resizing, and I got a message a few weeks later saying that they had to recast my whole ring because it was unstable or something. Anyways, weeks later, it comes back, and it is not the same ring at all. The small diamonds on the band are sunken much deeper into the band, and the band is missing the little “bumpy” detailing that surrounded the diamonds. On top of that, the stabilizer balls were put so close together they pinched my skin, and there was uneven spacing between the halo diamonds. In fact, it looked so different, we actually had to make them show us the serial number on my diamond to prove it was my ring. Anyways, we sent it back again to fix the stabilizer balls and halo diamond spacing issue, but they didn’t fix the band. I eventually got the matching wedding band (because it was a set) and the band and the engagement ring look completely unmatched because they messed up my engagement ring band so much. I am incredibly disappointed with the service and quality control and would not recommend Spence to others because of it. They took something that was supposed to be magical and exciting, and ruined it.

We purchased my engagement ring and both of our wedding bands for our wedding on October 1,2022 at Spence. The staff at the Mississauga location were very knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you Spence for making our wedding day that much more special.

I must say shopping at Spence Diamonds Mississauga was so blissful, the office is outstandingly beautiful with lots of ring sample collections to choose from. The customer service was very very satisfactory, thanks to Scott Mauti. He was exceptionally patient with me and my husband and guided us through the process of learning about diamonds and selecting a piece. Their prices are customer friendly and worth the value for any diamond you select

First off great place to visit me and my wife came in to browse for our 15th anniversary we are from bakers loved the atmosphere service was great n very friendly and I commend Samantha very good at what she does and very helpful for us thanks for the service guys

Great service but they are overpriced by quite a bit. Value isn’t there with this location but they provide solid diamonds.

My fiancé surprised me by taking me to Spence to select an engagement ring, which was sweet of him. We got there and the pear halo style I wanted, had only three left in the display as the rest has been picked by other customers or not replaced. So I had 3 rings to choose from out of an entire section. Then they couldn’t size my finger because they only have half sizes so she guessed. And my ring is too big. Took two weeks to get the ring and zero communication from anyone at the store. I had to call twice (we are told 7-10 days for the ring) my fiancé paid several thousand dollars. We picked it up (they couldn’t find it at first) and it was in a cheap made in China green ring box.
We went elsewhere for our wedding bands.
I appreciate what my fiancé did but I’d it were up to me I never would’ve bought from here. Also we chose an artisan diamond and FYI folks they are significantly cheaper at Peoples. Like $1,000 less for a bigger carat than mine too.
Shop around. Just because their ad is on the radio doesn’t mean it’s a good place to go.

Poor customer service in Mississauga And quality of product. My daughter bought a Mother's day white gold necklace with pendant.online. It says 30 days money back guarantee. The clasp broke and it's less 30 days they don't want me to return it. I don't want them to repair maybe it will break again and I might lose the oendantI don't trust thier quality. I don't understand why I can't return. They say they will replace the chain (hopefully not repair). But it's been 2 wks now and haven't heard from them. They say will replace it why took so long?
They don't have good reason. First time I heard if bought online can't return in thier store? Has to be whre it came from They should know better what they are saying.

My experience at Spence Diamonds near Square One was incredible. I have been looking for the perfect engagement ring for three days and visited multiple jewellery stores but none of them could compare to the amazing service that Taylor Alderson at Spence Diamonds gave us. She was kind, professional, and very informational. As a bonus, the whole staff in the store was just as kind and welcoming which made purchasing a ring a lot easier. I am extremely grateful for this company and their staff for providing us with this experience. If you are looking for a ring, I would highly recommend saving your time and just go straight to Spence Diamonds near Square One. They have an amazing collection, great staff, and they make shopping for a ring so easy! I would also ask for Taylor Alderson for assistance.

Great selection, was able to browse with my fiancee until we found the right one. Ring looks great and the service when buying and after sale have both been excellent. Would recommend to anyone.

EDIT: Ring is required to be brought in once a year for cleaning to maintain warranty. With closures due to covid in 2021 we didn't make it in time and contacted the company in the first week of February. They refused to extend their grace period of January. Sorry that I worked 250 hours in a hospital that month to save lives, guess making the drive into spence should've been my first priority. Partly my fault but some leeway would be nice, maybe they don't have faith in their own product.

Is wow Adam service here is amazing, highly recommed him he It takes his time to explain all about the the diamonds and helps you find just the right one and the the style, price and cut your looking for to fit your budget. 10 or 10 highly recommended

Good experience with Andrew. Got the rings we needed. HOWEVER.so extremely disappointed in Spend Diamonds for cheaping out on the ring boxes. I've bought from Spence many years ago and back then the boxes reflected the high quality diamonds I purchased. This time around I spent even more money, but feel like quality overall went down. Hard to feel a sense of quality if you're getting a ring box, made in china, with cheap yellow made in China sticker at the bottom. Peeling sides. Just so very pathetic.

I'd rather pay more so you can afford to give customers at least a decent box to put rings that costs thousands of dollars. Just leaves such a borderline disgusting taste. Would not come back and would not be able to recommend the brand as a whole any more.

P. S. I asked Andrew to ensure I get a good ring box for the special occasion but alas he confirmed these 'new' ring boxes are all they carry now.

"Alexa Pause 45 seconds" - that's how to shut down their terrible radio ads. Boycott Spence so we can be rid of their terrible marketing. Even Sherwood Park Toyota ads aren't this annoying.

I’ve had my rings for a couple year now from Spence diamonds. I got engaged in 2016. They told me that I had one free resizing every year and that was made for if our fingers get fatter or skinner for any reason including pregnancy- specifically what the guy told me. I had it re sized the same month as it was a bit to big. I got married in 2018 and got my ring from them too. I’ve bought them in every year for the cleaning and inspection as per the warranty.

I took it in 2 weeks ago to be re-sized as my fingers are slightly bigger after pregnancy. And they advised that there is a cost to re size, $150 with taxes. They said they will do the inspection and cleaning on site. A week later they call and say a diamond is missing, a diamond was not missing when I gave it to them…

They say it’s gonna cost another $40 to fix that but that the resizing is only $67 so it was just over $100 for both….

Finally we go to pick it up on the date they say one week later and they say it’s not ready and won’t be ready for another week. Now we have a $200 bill and the people working there can’t explain anything. Just said to take it up with head office and that warranty doesn’t cover anything and refuse to give us our ring without paying the $200…

Customer service was absolutely disgusting. They did know give correct pricing and they could not answer why we’ve been told differently regarding the warranty.

This is the last time I will ever go into Spence Diamonds. This is horrible service and I hope all future and current brides choose another jewelry store.

I had just purchased an engagement ring for my girlfriend and I was absolutely blown away by the customer support and the amount of help I received while looking for the right one. Adam took really good care of me.he was super friendly and made the shopping experience really enjoyable. He made everything clear when it came to finding the right diamond and the right ring. Ill definitely be going back to this location to buy my wedding band, and maybe even some other jewelry in the future.

Just got fiancee's my ring resized and the sales associate insisted to go one size down (when it should have been a size and a half down) my fiancee said it still felt loose, they said they can do it free of charge if it's down sizing. We had to go back again because it was still too big, and the staff neglected to mention a $88.15 charge for the resizing, they wait to tell you when it's already done forcing you to pay. Unfortunately would not recommend this location at all.

From beginning to end Adam Siraj has made our Spence experience in Mississauga amazing. Because of COVID restrictions we sadly were unable to work with him in person, however he never let that hinder our experience. Over the phone he was able to find us the perfect ring, exactly as we described! He has been so helpful and attentive to our needs. Thanks Adam & Spence for all of your hard work!

My experience at Spence Diamonds was fabulous. Adam assisted me in looking at a huge selection of engagement rings he was extremely knowledgeable and patient during the entire process, which probably lasted over an hour. He explained the differences between man-made diamonds and mined diamomds which was something I didn't even know about. The selection of rings and styles was just massive! Had a consultation, wanted to buy a ring here as I heard many good things. Asked various questions and received no real answers. It seemed like after the initial consultation the sales person became bored of me and just not interested.

Budget was $9,500 - took my money elsewhere. The competition was more than happy to help me and profit from me.

Great customer service! I needed to buy a gift during Covid which proved to be quite difficult with stores being closed. Zach at Spence (square one) was great at suggesting suitable options and helping me pick the right item virtually. The item arrived express post at my door within 3 days. I really appreciated the effort to try and help me find the right gift as opposed to simply trying to sell me the most expensive item possible. Overall it was a great experience.

I had a ring style in my mind but couldn't see them properly because I was in Hamilton and couldn't make it out to Sauga in time. We bought both my engagement ring and wedding ring through Zach. I had an amazing experience both times. We bought both rings during COVID, which was a giant pain, but Zach went out of his way to help us and get things done. He tries really hard to get things done fast, and when he says something will be done by a certain day/time, you can trust him - which is great for people who like to leave things to the last minute like us:)

It all started 28 years ago and we will be married next week. We decided to visit Spence Diamonds for our wedding rings. What an amazing experience!

We are all impressed by fabulous show cases and 1000’s of rings to try on but this can gets old quickly. All of the staff were very pleasant and you could tell they loved their jobs by the way they treated their customers. What makes this experience more special is that we are a Lesbian couple. We were treated with the utmost respect and caring.

Habib was fantastic to work with. He was very patient and understanding of our wishes and budget. He was also quick to reply to emails, texts, or phone calls and had no problems working around our busy schedules to set up appointments. We were able to view drawing of our rings by text message for the concept. Nothing was ever too much trouble. As we lived an hour from the showroom this was super helpful to us. The turnaround time was shorter than normal but Habib made sure the rings were ready for our trip. When the rings arrived we were sent a video of each ring.it was so emotional to receive them in the privacy of our home. That personal touch has not been lost with Spence Diamonds. We could not be happier.

We were originally nervous to go the custom route, but Habib was not pushy at all and made sure that we were comfortable with every step in the process. He was determined to find the ring and stones that were a perfect fit for wishes and our rings settings. The rings took our breath away! Literally! We would absolutely recommend Spence Diamonds! Don't waste your time checking out all the other jewellery stores in the mall just head right to Mississauga Spence! Upon arrival we were immediately greeted by Peter. It was our first time at Spence and he explained how their process worked fast and efficiently. You get to browse on your own with no one constantly watching you, you get to try on as many rings as you please without having to ask someone behind the counter to get it for you. Totally different experience but way less pressure. They are very knowledgeable and will answer any and all of your questions.

This place will not disappoint. Large selection, tons of customization, beautiful Mined and Created diamonds that will Blow you away. Habib was incredible hes the store director there and he was patient and thorough with every detail. He made sure I knew exactly what was going on before he even asked me what I wanted. This place is fully transparent with everything, no pushy staff and knowledge on all aspects. You must visit and you must make this your one and only stop. Dont waste your time.if I had come here first I would have saved myself a weeks worth of aggravation at these other shops because Spence is the full package.

Above the rest and surely the best place to go for Diamonds. The experience was bar none the most honest, and customer focused. I work in sales and I can tell you although this is a retail store the approach is much more gear to the customer and what they want. NO pushy staff, endless options and designs. The show you everything you need to see with no hidden fees, agenda or surprises. Tell them what you want and they provide. Habib was incredible and when he got tied up for a moment the staff stepped in to check on me, got some nice "diamond water" (nice touch guys) will for sure be back to purchase here. Top quality diamonds at an incredible price and everything is backed with no extra fees. Can go wrong.

Great place to shop. TONS of options and way to customize. My diamond consultant Habib was amazing, made sure I understood everything about diamonds before we even got down to prices and options. Very different shopping experience than anywhere else. Quality is High, prices are Low, and the atmosphere is amazing The people who work there are helpful and look like they seriously enjoy what they do. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for anything diamond related to go here and dont waste your time with these other so called Jewelry Stores, they come no where close to Spence.

I absolutely love this place! You can try everything on and no pushy sales staff hovering over you trying to sell you on what they think you should have like other places. Me and my boyfriend were treated seriously and they listened to what our requirements were. Never once did they try to convince us to go with something different. They also took the time to explain everything in detail to us showing us real diamonds and explaining what the differences were so we could decide what was best for us. I loved everything about this place and my boyfriend was beyond impressed. You'll love the selection and options, the education is great and the diamonds are absolutely beautiful cant wait to wear my ring. I walked in knowing nothing about rings or diamonds. Peter was first to approach me and offer me insights into diamonds as well as the many other questions I had, which were a lot. I came in more than once and he was there, I spent time looking and deciding which one to get. Peter helped me along the entire way, he wasn't pushy and respected your time and conditions. By the time I had decided on the ONE, it was totally different than when I had originally walked in and I believe it was the better choice.
