I was lucky enough to meet Yash today when we went to pick up my wedding band, and I see what my partner was saying. We were met with such kindness and professionalism. I would like to start by saying that Spence has one of the best collection of diamond rings. I visited the store recently and was assisted by Yash. He was very understanding in terms of my budget and helped me choose the perfect ring. I would highly recommend Yash and his team at Spence diamonds.

You guys need to stop with your annoying, lame, and witless radio ads. Every time your ad plays I cringe and lower the volume. It's the worst part of my day listening to a bunch of fools trying to ad-lib an ad.

Had a great experience purchasing my first ever Diamond ring for engagement purposes. I’ve been debating between different stores and options, however when I came to Spence for the first time to see Balpreet Singh, I’ve realized that I came to the right place and no further search was necessary.

Balpreet made shopping for the ring and Diamond very easy, we’ve settled on “this is the one” option very quickly after a brief look and search for styles around the shopping floor. He also took his time to expand more on the topic of colour, clarity, cut etc of the Diamond and its differences. I left the store with a little bit more of understanding what I was shopping for and what should I look out for.

After paying the deposit, the Diamond ring was ready for a pick up in about 2 weeks. Sofia helped me out with all the finalizing procedures and went over the certificate, warranty, maintenance etc.

Overall, I had a great experience shopping at Spence Diamond in Vaughan location and would definitely be coming back for any of the jewelry needs!

We went to Spence Diamonds in Vaughan. I met with Michael, and we were looking for a 20th-anniversary ring for myself and my husband. We had a wonderful experience in the showroom and with the whole process. Michael was very knowledgeable. The rings arrived within the timeline that was given. Your commercial is hilarious, but not in a good way. Seems you're trying to guilt people to buy a big diamond ring to impress family and friends. Like that means anything.if it's love, the size and price should not matter unless you're shallow. Last place I would buy jewelry.

DO NOT BUY FROM SPENCE DIAMONDS Bought my wedding band from here, day 2 of wearing it, one of the diamonds fell out. Which should never have happened. They are fixing it and gave me a loaner wedding band in the meantime. Update *** I received my wedding band back, its been a week and another diamond fell out, so disgusted, shows its garbage, now I have to go back AGAIN!

We had the most wonderful experience with Lisa at the Spence in Vaughan. Lisa is attentive, so helpful. She made my husband and I feel very comfortable. We felt her genuine personality. I received jewelry from there as a gift. The chain from the necklace was tangled when i opened it, it's extremely thin, i just can't wear it.

Beware of the script before getting hired ask the interviewer to show it to you before getting hired, this way you will save everybody's time, 4 pages long script that they will make you memorize it word by word, you will have only one week. And no mistake! Kind of dictatorship, I didn't like it and left the company after a week.

I had always enjoyed Spence’s radio ads and when I needed an engagement ring I thought I’d check them out.
I live in Vaughn so I went to the location off the 400 by the Cineplex.

The service I received was impeccable. The selection is huge, you can interact with the rings and pick your favourites.

But what sets this place apart is the staff. Open, friendly, willing to go the extra mile to make sure you’re satisfied with your selections

In particular I want to thank Sophia, the customer service representative and Laura, the diamontologist who helped us select our wedding bands.

They were both so friendly, attentive and aware of our needs.

I Visited this great location Monday November 15th and November 22th. I must say that I am always impressed by the great service but most of all the warm caring attitude of this place and its employees.

I want to specifically point out Stephanie & Alexi for their warm service. I came in with my wife and Baby boy of two years old and my boy got nervous about coming in.

Stephanie took the time from attending me and made sure that my boy was good. She went out back and got him some colouring materials and let him play on the table while she made him smile.

My wife and I then had some time to pick out a beautiful diamond ring. Stephanie even made sure that he was ok while we were seeing the rings. I was very impressed by her skill with my boy and she stated that she was a mother of a two year old as well. Stephanie by the looks of it you must be a great Mother.

All said and done my wife picked out her ring and by the end of the visit my baby boy was having the time of his life. He would not want to leave the place lol.

She had confirmed to deliver in 2 weeks. But it’s third week now and I still did not receive it. Every time I call, they say it’s going to arrive in the evening, but I did not get any call yet. When you charge extra $300 for early delivery, what’s your actions on late delivery?

Easily the most annoying radio ads besides Alpine credit, like the both of you just stop trying to be comedians because you're not funny, just try to sell your product. I'll assume your product is about as good as how funny you are since that's what's so important in your radio ads. But they're not funny they're just annoying and I turn my radio off every time.

My boyfriend and I came into Spence Diamonds to look for an engagement ring for the first time. As soon as we walked in, Stephanie Peria greeted us and offered her assistance. She allowed us to look around on our own pace while still providing assistance when needed. Stephanie took the time to sit with us and provide excellent knowledge on the variety of rings in terms we could understand. Because of her, our initial anxiety walking in disappeared by the end.

Knowing the reputation spences has with engagement rings I decided to give them the first shot in giving me more confidence in receiving a Yes from the person I love the most and finding an engagement ring that my soon to be wife deserves. I was not disappointed and I'm Very happy to report I got the Yes! The staff are very helpful and easy to communicate with. My right hand man that helped me in building and purchasing the ring was Sami, wanted to give him a big shout out and my recommendation to all looking for that special ring because he matched my energy and excitement, made sure I had enough knowledge to basically grade the diamonds myself, while also being extremely knowledgeable in the process and insurance of handling a diamond. Spences lifetime protection against lost diamonds gave me a secure feeling about my investment. Spences also loaned me a prototype of my ring as I wanted to propose that week, roughly I believe it takes 2 weeks to prepare the band with the diamond you purcahsed. I cannot thank Spences and their staff enough for their professionalism and care in providing me a ring for one of most special moments in my and my fiances life.

It has been long over due, I went to Spence Diamonds in early December of 2020 during a global pandemic to look for an engagement ring for my better half. Since they were one of a few locations that were actually open, I decided to go there. While being inside the establishment I was greeted and approached by the wonderful Alex. She was very personable and got along extremely well with both my spouse and I. She asked me what I was looking for and the amount I was looking to spend and assisted my spouse in finding rings suited to her style. After discussing what style of ring and diamonds I was looking for; the search began and we found our ring. I wanted to propose to my now fiancé on Christmas Day. Alex made sure she and her team went to work on customizing the perfect ring. With no guarantees that it would be done in time for the holidays, it was rather nerve recking. However, Alex got the job done. When I called to find out when the ring would be ready she mentioned it was finished and ready for pick up. Alex was the perfect candidate for helping me with this exciting time in my life. I am so grateful she took the time to get to know and understand my situation and executed it perfectly. I highly recommend her services and professionalism.

The ring my husband got from this store was/is beautiful. After he proposed to me with it, I found there was a hole in the ring (not a diamond missing, but an actual hole between the halos). When we took it in to get it fixed, the lady at the desk basically told us that it's not their issue, which was quite frustrating. Another lady stepped in and was able to help us (thank goodness) but when it was returned "fixed", the hole was still there! I showed it to them right when I got it back, and they sent it back again, and it was finally fixed. Like I said, beautiful ring! But the trouble that came with it was really not worth it.

My now fiancé purchased my engagement ring from Spence diamonds Vaughan. I love the ring so much and I want to thank Sammi and Alexi for providing their expertise. It made me want to purchase something myself and I decided to invest in a diamond necklace for someone who will soon be a very active part of my life. Very positive experience. Staff was very helpful and patient. Loved that I could see and handle the ring prototypes before making a decision. Prices were clear. I found the prices and options very competitive. No room for misunderstands. They were very informative and clear with every item and step of the process. They went as far as to give me tips and guidelines on how to travel with the ring while staying safe and legal. All this without spoiling the surprise with my girlfriend since I was proposing during a trip abroad.

I got my ring made from this place. It turned out to be beautiful. Lexi and Nick helped me a lot in picking out the right ring for myself. They have amazing designs to choose from which makes it really hard to decide on the right piece. But honestly if you have the right people to advise you like I did, you won’t come out disappointed. The Store Director Mir was and continues to be amazing. I walked in with 20 mins to spare so my fiance girlfriend did not know what I was doing. I've had good experiences shopping here that end in a bad experience at the payment stage, once in the distant past and once recently. The store director followed up with me after posting my initial review right away and I may have got a deserving employee in trouble. He assures me the store is clearing out the ghosts of the past. With the billing issue resolved, I'm still waiting for my rings, which I sent back due to an obvious flaw in the soldering.

I shop here for jewelery because it feels risk free. Not knowing much about jewellery, the staff at Spence always guided me to some wonderful timeless pieces. The pieces always stayed looking great and recieve tons of compliments.

I was helped by Nick at the Vaughn location. Very knowledgeable with all of my concerns, he helped me pick out a stunning engagement ring that my fiancé is crazy about. I highly recommend Spence now because of the great experience I had.

Honestly I can’t say enough about the people, service and hospitality at this location. Going to these places is a little nerve racking to begin with the last thing you need is people harassing you and trying to sell you something to Benifit themselves. Been to different places and it’s a little overwhelming not to mention they don’t really explain to a fine detail what your getting like Spence did. At Spence there is No pressure, no corny sales pitches, when I walked in for the first time i was given my Space. The gentleman that helped me was Nick, and his knowledge was impeccable, just knew what he was talking about, guided me through what I was getting and just made the experience amazing.
