5 years ago, I would have given 5 stars. They got bought by a new owner, and holy moly, it is noticeable. My last interaction has me considering changing dental providers. I called for a cleaning prior to having dental surgery at Inteface. They repeatedly, and I mean repeatedly tried to push an exam on me. After refusing the exam addition repeatedly I informed them that I knew exactly what needed to be done and I just wanted my cleaning prior to my surgery.
I came in for my appointment and 20 minutes after my scheduled appointment I saw the dental tech I was supposed to be booked with take another client. They led me to the dentist room and told me I was going to have an exam prior to my cleaning. You mean the one that I said repeatedly that I didn't want or need? I walked out.
My Dentist, Dr. Kashagar is fantastic, but she is on Mat leave. I don't know if she is coming back, and I don't know if I am coming back either.
Also, the support staff has changed since the buyout, and that is noticeable as well.
I am researching other dental offices and have yet to decide if I am switching.

I have been with the since 2008 when I moved to London. I always got good advice and services. When there were questions of any kind, we always solved it! Thanks!

What a wonderful experience. I had a filling fall out. Took me promptly and had if fixed and was on my way in notime. Every member of the team was so friendly and accommodating, not to mention the superb job done by Dr Spencer.

I have been going to Spencer dentistry for the better part of 20 years. From day one Kari & her staff have been very caring & always put the patient first. I’ve seen staff changes over the years but it is obvious there are certain standards to be met & they most definitely have been met. Took my almost 3 year old daughter to the dentist for the first time today. She was nervous at first but the staff were amazing with her and made her feel comfortable.
