Spencer Smith Park

A beautiful park during the day & night! We went to see the light displays and they were gorgeous! Highly recommend this park for any time of year

Kids love the playground. It'd be better rated if there was a washroom at the playground itself

Nice park, my go-to park, just infront of the lake, get busy over the weekend and evenings. Playground and picnic areas. Every few weeks there is a nice event.

If you are looking for nature plus enjoying the calmness. Then this is the place that you don't have to miss

Great place with the view of waterfront. You can see people walking, relaxing, boats, speedboats, live music sometimes.

Very clean trails and park. Trails were wide so bikes and walkers could share. Beautiful view and very calming place to be. Great shops around the park.

Kids loved the zipline at the playground. I loved the lakefront view and the breeze off the water.

Fantastic community setting with a well planned walking, jogging experience near the lake. You can see the Burlington bridge in the distance and the way they made this setting allows for public interaction, families with kids to enjoy their time together and just a general feeling of well being. The decorations for Christmas were done wonderfully. We walked during the evening and being able to walk next to Lake Ontario especially in the jetty they built was really cool.

Great place for events. I've been there three times for the food truck fest in the summer and always a great backdrop with the lake and the wide open spaces. If you get the chance you can't go wrong with an event held here.

Beautiful place. My first time there and i enjoyed it. Cant wait for next summer to actually enjoy it more.

My favorite hang out place in burlington. You could take an amazing walk at the lakeshore.it has a good play area for the kids, there's a beach there too and really well lit for Christmas!

Great place to dine. The scenery is beautiful. I had the New York Strip Loin with asparagus and it was delicious.

My kids love the zipline here but hopefully they've made repairs! We showed up one day and the seat was missing, not sure what happened there.

It's a relaxing and beautiful place.so pity i'm just a visitor.i believe it is a fun place for local kids

Love it here especially with the newer of new boardwalk. Such a lovely place to walk and learn at the same time.

Awesome view of lake ontario on the Burlington waterfront with many festivals and attractions near by. Incredible views from the peir with lots to see.do.and many great places to eat. Fishing.beaching.eating or just hanging out Spencer Smith Park offers it all.

Nice for a walk along the water and out onto the pier for a view. Many nearby shops and restaurants to make a great day out.

Burlington sure put together a great park in a great place with a great play area for children, including a zip line, and a beautiful walking area with a great view of lake ontario

Tiny beach, great playground, pier to walk out on. Restaurants and shops close by. The downfall for here is parking. 12 dollars a day if you can get a spot.

Awesome. Spacious, clean, lush green, beautiful scenery. Great for family outing. Lot of activity to keep children occupied. Parking is a pain, but small one!

This place is simply awesome. Lots of play areas for kids. Nice walking area for families.amazing view and piere.nice downtown feel.huge picnic areas.the only thing this place falls behind is parking as the parking area is very small and always full and very difficult to find a spot even on the weekday

We went by Spencer Smith Park with the family last weekend. Lots of activities and a great space to ride, walk, and the park itself has a zip line. Will hope to return soon (no bathrooms are easily accessible though!)

Great place for a walk along the water. It's always lively here - but somehow at the same time it's also peaceful. There are usually performers in the summed along the path.
There are a few restaurants that overlook the water. The views are gorgeous, at night or during the day.
Parking gets a little hectic during the warmer days.

Perfect patk on a perfect day. We brought our blankets and layed around and people watched right by the water. Then we ordered skip the dishes and got our food delivered. It was a perfect evening

A park for every season

Just by the Burlington waterfront this is an excellent park to visit with family. Even during Covid times there is ample opportunity to social distance.

And during spring the cherry blossom trees on both sides of a small walking path make for great pictures. You will see people throng this place to enjoy the blossoms.

The downtown core of Burlington is not far away, so you have a lot of eating options. If you have kids, there is a lovely playground a few steps away.

In the winter there is a skating rink not too far and during other seasons the rocks next to the promenade make for excellent seating to enjoy the lake.

Just to lose your self by the nature. There is no way to find peace without nature which the almighty offers you for free.

Absolutely gorgeous park with plenty of facilities for everyone. A wide path to walk bike or jog on, running along the waterfront. A splash pad and playground for the kids. Plenty of trees to provide shade on a sunny day.

Great place to hangout with the family. Large grassy area, modern playground, right on the water, a pier, and walkway.

Waterfront park near hospital and QEW. I visit very often in spring and summer. Beautiful Sakura is blooming in April. The only problem was limited parking space.

A amazing trails at lake side for walking, biking and skating. The only down side is lack of parking spaces.

Love this place and our kids enjoy very much each time we come here. It was a very nice walking and bike riding area with a good children's park and lots of green area with flowers. Kids enjoyed the zip lining, slide and swing where they spent more time. We also rode our bikes till the watch tower and climbed the top of the tower enjoying the view. Sat near the waterfront and enjoyed the swans and duck. Overall a very good two hours spent and as always we will definitely come back.

Beautiful place, love sitting by the pier. Good restaurants in the vicinity to try out. The kids park is a well maintained area as well, parking can be challenging sometimes but its not bad. The spring bloom and the summer festivities are fantastic here.

Very nice Clean park, they even have a small zip line as part of swings. The bike track is new, nice and broad. Separate walking path. Lots of benches and green space to sit around.

The look out point is amazing!

Definitely one of my favorite spots on Burlington’s Lakeshore. It does get super busy with warmer weather. Got recently renovated and the playground area got bigger.

Beautiful park. Lots to do in the summer and the winter. Winter they have an ice rink. Plus a shack to rent skates. All free. 10am-10pm weather depending. Summer, they have a great park to lay and chill, read a great book by the water. Great splash pad for the kids and playground!

Great place for a lake side stroll or to watch a concert. One of the best rib fest around in the summer time

Always great for a walk or just to enjoy the view. There is a park for kids as well as a skating rink in the winter (outdoor) the shops nearby offer shopping and the path along the lake is well maintained and comfortable

Beautiful anytime of the year. Great cafes and restaurants close by. Nice place to take a walk relax take your dogs for a stroll.

Right by the water
Very clean and such a great place to visit all year round. They host lots of events here.

Beautiful lakeside park in all seasons with a stunning view and engaging playground for kids. The outdoor ice skating rink is lkvely as well! Visit during their light festival and you get even more family fun!

The light festival was beautiful but the grass area is completely destroyed. Its muddy as heck. Poor grass.bring your rubber boots

Very nice lake front park with a.playground for young ones and for the Christmas season there is a very good light sculpture display.
