Had my calipers painted today red, they look fantastic! Service was quick and friendly. I would return again!

SpenceTire did a good job on painting my brake calipers but took a lot longer than they said. The owner said 2 hours for the job to be finished but I ended up waiting for 3 hours and 35 minutes. I called the owner after 2 hours and 10 minutes and he said another 30-45 minutes before its done due to putting on the decals and everything. I called the owner an hour and 10 minutes later and he said another 5-10 minutes and brought it out 25-30 minutes later. After the job was finished a worker brought the car out and collected the payment. He said $250 and I gave him $250 in cash but after he got the money he said and plus tax. Prior to booking with them, they also stated that it was going to be $250 no other details so I would assume there are no other fees. This was shocking to me because they didn't mention tax beforehand and with my experience from oil changes, window tinting, modifications, etc they never charged for tax. Overall, they did a great job on the painting however the customer service and clarity of pricing was not up to standard.

Spoke to Jen on the phone about getting caliper decals and was immediately given an appointment that was to my convenience. One of the guys who put my decal on did it very quick and it looked amazing! I highly recommend this place, great service from the staff.

Went their to have the calipers painted on my car. Job was well done, reasonably priced & took less time as what was quoted. Friend did his as well both cars done together. Great job guys.
