We came from Surrey, BC and we had The Great experience!
Great staff, specially the Main Chef Sukhi is great and very helpfull!
Food was great!
Kitchen was clean and spotless.

It's a great place to have party, love the layout of the place just that one of the males toilet doesn't smell good when I was there, apart from that I would recommend you trying out the place.

I normally write postivie reviews but when i give a 1 star (technicaly 0 star), you know its really bad. I considered potentially booking speranze banquet hall for a wedding reception as the photos looked nice along with pricing etc which ive realized the hall looks nothing like they advertise. So my fiance and I get to the venue, although the lobby looked okay, it smelled really bad! It smelled like a washroom and mouldy. The owner Gaurav had told me to come anytime. Once I arrived I was told he was not there, Gaurav himself did not inform me he would not be there which was really disappointing -as a soon to bride, my partner and I have a busy schedule in regards to meetings with vendors etc for other parts of the wedding- we were partly assisted from his brother Paul who seemed to be very distracted and uninterested. We asked questions which he gave answers that had nothing to do with what we asked. He did end up showing us the venue after we asked for him to, through the walk through he walked very fast and felt like we had to catch up to him, again in the walk through it was the same nasty smell and he was also very ill mannered. He did not give us any information but rather we had to repeat our questions to get answers. I already knew I wasn't going to book with this place because of the first impression I was given, the smell and his behaviour. If you are going to have children at your event, they will charge them the bar fee which I find ridiculous lol as other vendors actually give a half price rate for children and don't charge bar fees to them. He is also very disrespectful, demeaning and degrading to his staff. A wedding reception is a very important part in anyone's journey so please save yourself the time, money and disrespect and search for another venue. I would not at all recommend going to this place. I wouldn't even want to attend as a guest as I've heard people have got food poisoning here and their sprinklers have gone off a few times during events. I've taken the time out to write this review because I don't want anyone's special day getting ruined by this venue.

Chanda is very hard working manager. She manage everything very well. And staffs they are very humble so happy and satisfied with this place.

You guys keep foods of 1 weeks or what? Stale foods simply trash. I suggest to work on food quality

Our party was 28 July. I really appreciate their service. Honestly speaking, staff of Speranza Banquet Hall was really nice and good. They treated as a special guest for them. Specially thanks to Gaurav Phaji who cares us a lots. We really enjoyed our party. I am happy that we selected good Banquet hall. Highly recommend to other as well.

Nice banquet hall with some over sights. Not sufficient washroom facilities, there were 3 different functions and people had to wait to use the them. And state if these washroom were petty bad. Furthermore the handryer was was not working properly in mens.
And as for the air conditioning was not very good it seemed like a sona with so many people.

The Queen's Ballroom was exquisitely decorated. The Aroma par excellencè. The Service was out of the world and culinery was adding
enormous compliment to the pleasant Aroma. Overall it was just a Fabulous experience.

Oh my Goodness! This place is just perfect for any occasion. Lot of room to entertain a huge mob.must visit

I co-hosted my December 11th, 2022 Christmas Bash at the Speranza Banquet Hall with my brother. We had a fantastic and incredible experience.
The quality of service was just impeccable and highly commendable.

I received several feedback from our guests about the delicious food and the beautiful setting of the Hall. The Hall staff are extremely friendly and flexible to work with. Looking forward to hosting my next event at this Hall.

It was a great experience to attend a party over there. Amazing food and the services, Well Managed team.

Very disappointed in this hall, the food quality was less than average. The buffet ran out of food we had to wait in line at least ten minutes before they refilled the serving trays. The washrooms only had three stalls I don’t think that’s enough when you have a party of 300 people.

Also it was hard the move around the hall the table and chairs were so tightly placed.

Another suggestion I would give the hall owners is to have coat check. We had to keep our coats behind our chairs.

It’s pretty decent banquet hall. There’s food and service is amazing. Only suggestion please put more lights in parking lot.it’s so dark when we go to the parked vehicles. Otherwise 5 stars. Best wishes for future.

The lobby area is very beautiful and spacious, I do like the big projector screens they have as well but the hall itself had a very funky smell, the back kitchen area didn't look clean and had again a really bad smell. Now when it comes to pricing I felt they were just making up pricing as there was no definite answer to cost it was it could be between x and y and the number changed constantly throughout.

A huge banquet hall. Parking was ample, food was decent. The place accommodates several parties so if you're having a quiet affair the other parties may not be.

The workers are great with filling up your water and cleaning up your dishes. The food is outside which makes it confusing to know when they place new food outside such as dinner and desserts. The washroom was dirty and smelled really bad - which made me think they could put fresheners in there.

We recently did an event there for my daughter and the only good thing about this place is the entrance & size of the place. Food is average at best for the price they charge pp. Had to ask them to clean the washrooms 15 mins before start of the event as they were in a terrible state from an event the night before. They failed to notice & change the burnt out light bulbs for the stage focus lights in spite of multiple requests. Mediocre service & coordination overall - do yourself a favor & look for alternatives if still shopping around!

We had an amazing experience with Speranza Banquet Hall. We recently hosted our daughter's first birthday party and it was a blast! The owner Gurbir was very pleasant to deal with and he personally overlooked all of the details - from the food and alcohol, to table settings, and so on. He was very patient with all of our questions and was flexible with us for all of the things we wanted e.g. A huge bouncy castle inside the hall! Thank you Speranza and Gurbir for helping make our daughter's birthday so memorable and special.

Beautiful hall, great staff. Only complaint is that 3 halls share one lobby and you can hear all the music and sound from the temporary wall that divides each one.

We had our sangeet and vidhi at Speranza two weeks ago, after selecting them to be our banquet hall back in 2019. Gaurav and his team were exceptional throughout the process. We never got a chance to do food tasting, yet after our event, we had guests compliment us on how amazing the food was. The staff was also very friendly, and we are proud to say thank you to the entire Speranza team!

Attended a party here recently and found many things that required repairs. Otherwise the Banquet Hall is adequate. The food itself wasn't that great either.

Good benquet hall with multiple hall options that suits your occasion. You can book a hall for birthday, marriage, receptions or any random gatherings. The halls are large enough to accommodate 150-200 easily. Also, there are bars present in each hall along with dining tables.

This banquet hall was nice but the only thing I do have to say is that they need to pay a little more attention to small details. Some of the table clothes had stains on them (this is as we arrived). My chair had a piece of metal sticking out of my seat. The washrooms were nice and clean and the staff was friendly and polite. The 4 stars are because of the little details and the way I saw (it look like) manager or owner speaking to our bartender when she was trying to serve us our drinks (that was close to the end of our event). I didn't like that.

Went to an event at this hall, management was nowhere to be seen. No soap or hand sanitizer in any of the washrooms. The floor was covered in liquid as provided in the photo. The chicken was raw, I picked up food poisoning from it. If you plan on having an event steer clear of this mismanaged banquet hall, have had better experiences at Chuck E. Cheese than this. One of the worst venues I have ever been to in my life

Horrible service and management was extremely rude
I got sick for the raw food. The food was absolutely tasteless cold and dry. The cake was not put out and then rolled it out as bride and groom were doing their first dance and it was still in the box!
DO NOT BOOK HERE UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR EVENT RUINED

The Venue has the worst service and bad management. They were serving cold food and cha and the chicken was raw. The cake we had given the venue was not taken out on time, even then, it was not cut properly just a complete mess. Even after being told to not have any nuts multiple times there was nuts in the food. You cannot trust the management, they were rude, disrespectful and disorganized.

The washrooms were dirty and slippery. There was no toilet paper in the washrooms and the soap dispensers were empty. Along with that there was no hand sanitizer to be seen anywhere in the venue.

I would never recommend this venue to anyone.

Great place to book your future venues/events. Had a blast last week with my friends and family! I strictly recommend this banquet hall, their service is fantastic.owners took care of us and made sure we had an amazing night. Their chicken tikka is my personal favourite!

Attended an event at this banquet hall. It was one of the worst events I have ever been to and was because of the management and staff. Firstly the food was extremely undercooked, I as well as many members of my family got food poising from raw undercooked chicken. The washrooms floors were covered with urine and there were no paper-towels, soap or hand sanitizer. The social distancing that was put in place in the food serving area was a joke, there was 2 separate events with no distance between and had guests from either side in significant contact of one another. If I could leave no stars I would. The manager Gaurav was rude and disrespectful and had no control over the venue and was actively allowing employees to pour absolute vodka into grey goose bottles and ignoring complaints from guests about the raw food. Stay clear of this place.

This banquet hall is amazing! Everyone is super helpful and friendly, ensuring that the best quality service is provided. The food is always delicious and a great effort is put into making every event perfect.

So I attended one family function there. First when I got the invite for function I called my relatives and asked them why they choose this place because I’ve never heard anything good about this place. Back to the last event, this place is a mess, literally no hygiene or cleanliness. Cherry on top was that they didn’t have proper sanitation. Staff is not trained to handle events like that. I heard they had premium liquor package but Letme tell you I know how the good whiskey and scotch taste like. They were serving cheap liquor there.
Food was the biggest disappointment. Like you are in this industry and you can’t even cook food properly? They served uncooked raw food. So please don’t ruin your money and your event by choosing these guys.

Hi I had attended 2 parties in Speranza in last 2 months. Food was so good management was very helpful. Had amazing time there great ambiance bar tenders were super helpful. Chanda supervisor was great. Definitely 5 star experience and will recommend all my family and friends to Speranza for future events. Now I booked my sons Lohri party at Speranza for January 2022.

Hi I had 460 people gathering at Speranza for my daughters wedding reception had great time there especially staff was very helpful management was so flexible with my last minute changes. Beautiful Place love the fountain in the middle of the lobby. Food was so yummy especially butter chicken, Shahi Paneer all my guest loved it thank you very much Speranza for making my daughters party remberable. For sure I will be back again for my future events:)

My wife and I attended a wedding ceremony a couple of weeks ago, and experienced an excellent service under the present Covid 19 situation.

ONE OF THE BEST SERVICE YOU EVER GET FROM SPERANZA. NO COMPLAINT DELICIOUS FOOD EXTRA CLEAN AND WOUNDER FULL STAFF.

Awful management, the manager threw a chair and was yelling and threatening my mother and other women who were there. If i could give less than 1 star I definitely would.

I have set up multiple appointments with them, some that they have cancelled last minute and some where they did not even bother showing up without any notice given. It maybe a blessing in disguise as I don't think a business being run like this is capable or trustworthy of hosting an event that is meant to be special.

I recently hosted a A Valentines Day celebration here. They are very accommodating and a beautiful venue. They have halls to fit large and smaller events! The food was hands down. Amazing! Highly impressed and recommended. Will definitely be booking them again!

I recently attended a family event being held at this hall. I will get straight to the point, it was a terrible experience.
The management used profound language to their clients who were trying to inquire about the various inconveniences they had encountered the day of the event:
-The hall was not clean from the previous event (dirty floors, food left on chairs, cracked bottles/glasses, tableware was atrocious)
-Paid for backdrop decor and table settings which included napkins (none of these were set up)
-Requested the brand of beer would be Corona and received Heineken
-Requested 2 bartenders and only received 1
-Communication is a major problem for the manager of this hall. The manager is definitely discriminative to other races.
-The bartender and food handlers were amazing employees and understood how difficult it was to prepare for an event with no help from management.
I would not recommend this hall, occasions should be celebratory and not stressful.

I wish there was a lower rating than 1 star for this hall. Let me start off by saying the manager of this hall GAURAV is beyond unproffessionnal and disrespectful.

I recently held a party in the small hall here (The Garden), this past saturday. When i first came in inquiring about the hall Gaurav was all smiles and polite and roped me in to book the hall. As he was writing out the contract he told me "dont worry everything will be done smoothly no problems. " Boy did i make a mistake there. I looked young for my age, maybe thats why i was taken for granted by this man.

We had a deluxe bar with food included along with backdrop tables and napkins. For the deluxe bar we asked for 2 bartenders along with corona as the imported beer. Day of the party neither of those requirements were met. I was not able to organize the colours of the backdrop nor the food timings with Gaurav because he kept putting off the meeting until 3 days before the party. When i went to the hall, to my surprise he still was not there and he had sent his brother (very unproffessional on his part) to do everything with me. I discussed everything with his brother and we left it at that. I told his brother that i really did not like the way his brother was yelling and swearing at me on the phone especially because im a client and it was really rude of him. His brother apologized for that misunderstanding.

Day of the party i arrived at the hall, thinking id be out of there by 3pm latest, because the party started at 6 and i needed to get ready. I didnt leave the hall until 430pm. Why? When i got there backdrop was not done, tables were a mess, the floor was disgusting (popcorn and streamers everywhere) I had to call Gaurav and told him this needed to be dealt with before i started decorating. No one came to clean until an hour later. ONE HOUR.

As they were cleaning i started doing what i can.had to set up the tables myself which was his responsibility and after his worker put out glasses i went around to put my centrepieces on the tables and i found broken glasses, cracked glasses, glasses with lipstick stains. Chairs had dry icing, had holes etc i ended having to do the backdrop myself. I Had to call Gaurav again and tell him about this and yet again he sent some one else to look after the matter. ONE HOUR later.

So just to get all of that sorted its about 3pm and we barely decorated because Gaurav didnt even come himself to check if everything is ok. May i add i went to the other two halls and everything was taken care of and in tip top shape. He was also tending to their needs and not even taking 5 minutes to talk to me or my mother about what our hall was missing. He continued to ignore my calls as well.

I left to get ready and came back to find the front of the hall still had a bunch of mess and was still dirty, my guests had already arrived, it was so embarrasing. We came into 1 bartender and no corona. As we went to the main office to speak to Gaurav he told us we were stupid and ridiculous and was yelling at us. He told us he didnt write any of that down on the contract so he wont be giving us what we asked for. That he was doing us a favour by renting us this hall.even though we are paying for this hall.

After my mother went into speak to him and told him that she is not stupid and is a manager at a bank he then stayed quiet and complied with our needs.nonetheless to say that Gaurav was blatently disrespectful and did indeed believe that we were from a lower class therefore did not really care about us as clients.

If you decide to go forward with this hall PLEASE write down everything you discuss with this man or any of them and make them sign it so they dont screw you over on the day of. This was the most stressfull and disgraceful banquet hall i have ever dealt with and they definitely would not be getting any clients from me.

May i also add we did not disrespect any staff members because we just continously asked for management, infact the bartender had stayed back with us and enjoyed conversation!

1 star is even too high for this place. We rented this for my dad’s 60th and by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with any banquet hall. I’ve had better treatment, service, and cleanliness at a recreation centre than here. We got rescheduled to visit the hall like 4 different times. When we finally got the hall the day of our event we entered and there was popcorn on the floor. We had to walk around and inspect each chair after finding a few dirty ones with old icing and dirt marks in total 16 chairs had to be replaced. Then found glasses for water with lipstick still on them, fingerprints, some glasses were cracked. And when trying to get someone to help they raise their voice at you! The brother of the manager yelled at my mother only to have her have to raise her voice just to have these issues taken care of. Dinner servers were not aware of serving times even though an itinerary was provided. Such a horrible experience I absolutely do not recommend this hall! If you want a better experience keep your event at home or look elsewhere but not here!

We went there for a company party. We brought in our own DJ for the occasion since their DJs only do Hindi music and bhangra. They weren't very helpful to DJ when he was setting up and treated him poorly because of that. To top it off, the food was an hour and half later than arranged. We had dinner at 10pm! The noise isolation between rooms was terrible, we felt like we were in the other parties happening at the same time. The washrooms are very tiny for a place that large. I wouldn't recommend it for company parties.

Had my wedding and reception event at Sparenza.everything went very smoothly.amazing staff and delicious food. Ambience is great too.

I had my brother's marriage there. The decoration was so nice and staff members were so good. Even the food was so delicious, every guest enjoyed it. The owner is friendly to every customer.

These people do not know how to talk to their customers or treat women, Literally yelled at my mom to her face, I was scared wanted to call the police.

We had wonderful and amazing event for our 25th Wedding Anniversary on 20th December 2019 at Speranza Banquet Hall. Food was amazing, every guest complimented for good food. Speranza management and staff are excellent. Everything was ready well before time and our arrival.

Large and attractive banquet hall. Parking was a challenge as the parking lot was down the side of the building and none of the several entrances are marked.

We had our wedding shower and lady sangeet at Speranza Banquet Halls. Everything was exactly how we wanted it. Gaurav and his team are excellent and super helpful. The food was delicious and the service was impeccable.

Speranza does not even deserve a star.
My cousin got married at Speranza this past Saturday (July 20,2019) and it DID NOT turn out very well as she wanted it. You expect everything to turn out so nice and neat, but for us it was the opposite.
- We ordered dusty rose, ivory and gold as our theme; (we got white tablecloths, pink overlay and beige napkins instead) ;
- The manager was disrespectful and yelling at my uncle saying that white tablecloths is standard. (So why did we pick our colors months before the wedding?) ;
- They used dirty tablecloths with curry stains and hid it with an overlay;
- Most of the overlays on the tables were put inside out;
- They used dirty chair covers;
- The chair covers weren't tide properly like a bow, they leave it hanging as if it's nice;
- They used an overlay as tablecloths and put an overlay on top of it;
- The management is disgusting and treats their staff like slaves;
- The evening waiters were nice.

***To new couples: there are way nicer venues with excellent management/staff, but Speranza IS NOT one of them. ***

Had a graduation ceremony there. Didnt have food there but the hall was so pretty and spacious. The different rooms were all so lovely.

My Husband and I got married at Speranza Banquet Hall. We held our ceremony and reception at the same venue. The staff especially G was amazing. He set everything up and made the transition from ceremony to reception very smoothly. We could not have asked for better service. Speranza made it special and went above and beyond. G helped us with picking a date to dinner tasting was also very kind and accommodating and answered questions promptly. He followed up with us from start to finish to ensure we had everything planned properly from start to finish. Staff was also very nice and helped us with final count, table placements, etc. Overall 5/5 stars for Speranza Banquet Hall.

A visually appealing venue, Speranza offers alluring layouts from the entrance throughout. A unique lobby with a fountain implemented, this banquet provides a sense of welcoming and an aesthetically pleasing atmosphere. It can be separated into four diverse halls, named royally as "King", "Queen", "Princess", and "Garden" with private entrances. Thus, Speranza is flexible, and truly does make you feel like royalty.

Apart from the interiors, Speranza offers a multitude of fine-dining menus. The food, crafted by specialists, is delectable and prepared fresh, accustomed to the right temperatures and presentations.

Speranza could not be as successful without its professionalism of staff. Staff ensure accuracy and clarity from the tableware, to the agenda of events, to ensuring cleanliness. The venue's owners, specifically Gaurav, makes it a point to ensure clients are beyond satisfied with meeting expectations; he goes above and beyond. Gaurav is never short of providing high end service and flexibility. In my numerous experiences, I cannot praise this venue and top notch team of staff enough, I confidently recommend this banquet for any client and any event.
