She's usually very shy around new people and doesn't let them near her but his energy from the very start was great and she felt comfortable with him. He was very patient and gentle with her. He listened to all of my concerns and took his time to go over everything. Definitely recommend.

Went to SPEX for the first time for a new pair of glasses last month. I was able to get my eye exam and 2 pairs of glasses all done within 90 minutes. The staff were helpful and patient while I tried on essentially all the frames in the store. The selection was good - I opted for the house brand for both pairs because they looked great and the price was amazing! It all fit within my insurance benefits budget and they conveniently were able to charge my insurer directly. Will definitely be going back in 2 years once my benefits reset

I went to Spex to buy a new pair of prescription sunglasses. The sales associate was very helpful in finding me the perfect pair to fit my narrow face. I received my prescription sunglasses very quickly and was overall very happy with the service and selection! I will/have recommended to my family and friends.
Also dogs are allowed in the store, which is a huge plus for me!
