Spicy Dragon Restaurant

I been to spicy dragons but not so often because it’s so far. The food there is so good. I miss spicy dragons a lot.

Very busy place sometime it hard to place an order on the phone I do find the portions to be very small but good food

Best chili chicken in the area. Better than Fedrick and Lucky. The chicken is chunkier and the spice level is about right. Lunch special is the way to go at under $10. Good portions and comes with bottled water. Call ahead or it's a 10-15 minute wait.

Not bad for a quick lunchtime fix. I ordered the Chili chicken on rice for take out. Good flavouring, rice with the onions tasted a bit strong.

Great Restaurant! I like to take out Hot and Sour Soup! Chilli Chicken, Spicy dragon Fish and Kug Pao Chicken. Priced right recommended for all Hakka Lovers!

I came here to grab lunch on a weekday. They currently only do take out. To my surprise the lunch menu items still work out to be shy of $10 after tax.

[ Chilli chicken w/ gravy on fried rice ] - The chilli chicken gravy spice level is very low and also not so strong in flavour. The chicken itself is moist in comparison to the other ones I had. I always upgrade from plain rice to fried rice to complement the light flavoured gravy.

I’m sorry. Very disappointed.
Was expecting a flavorful dish but was introduced with a dish that had no flavour or taste. It was so bad that I had to ask a friend to try my food because I thought I lost my sense of taste. I will not return here and I personally don’t recommend this place.

Not impressed, chili chicken had no flavour, no spice and was mushy. Lucky's at Midland and Lawrence is much better

The food doesn’t taste good. It is not worth it. Bought schezwan noodles from there and it was really bad.

Food is great here. Fried Rice could use work though. Try the Hakka Lo Mein and Spicy Dragon chicken! Pow! It's soooo good! Also the Spicy Dragon Beef.wow! Side that with some green beans! These dishes go well with simple plain white rice! These are only a few I've tried.so much more!

Food is always hot but sometimes the ingredients are not so fresh.
I ordered house special chicken, it's always been too notch, but only the one time the carrots were old, they were Brown and not crunchy. They are 97% fresh it's that very rare 3% that comes around. Other then that I still recommend them for any meal any time. Their chili beef dry is great, so is Manchurian beef fried rice is a must, as mentioned house special chicken, chicken pakoras are amazing. We love this place, someone has to keep quality up and not let things slide by. They deserve 5 stars for the hard work and excellent meals. But the 3%.

Very tasty chicken however the fried rise was missing some spices to my liking. Otherwise a good place to grab food quickly

I ordered the chicken chow mein but didn't have much chicken, I always order from this location and the food is always good

This place has some tasty food and if you love spicy you should try their dishes. The manchurian dishes glow red and give you that sweat on your forehead heat. The portions are massive for the price. As long as you realize its a discount takeout joint and not expect crazy service, its a bargain.

I got chili chicken dry, which was burnt. But, called them and told, they were okay for the new one or refund!

Chili Chicken on fried rice, it has been my go to for years. Its been consistent and never had a bad experience personally.

This place used to be so good but the quality of the chicken has gone down bad its not even edible fatty pieces with ligaments

The food here is always great even on a bad day. I have been going here for over 10 yrs off and on. Plus the amount you get is enough for two easily. 9 times out of 10 you can't go wrong

So rude and terrible customer service and top of that they don’t treat good with their loyal customer. Food is tasteless. Don’t go there to waste your money.

Very poor customer service. I have ordered lunch specials for my stuffs and when I went to pick up my order they said they ran out of the sauce so I have to order different things. Stupid lady in the front wasted my time. TERRIBLE! TERRIBLE!

The food here is amazing. I love it, it is why I come back. Staff are desensitized to customers. Crash course on customer service would boost to 5/5

First I gave them five star but now one star. They don’t deserve to stay in the business. Gives attitude when you order and very rude. I used to support them during the pandemic but not any more. Quality of food dropped.

The food is good for the price. Can't complain. People leaving bad reviews have high expectations. They cater to the scarborough community and have very affordable dishes. I would recommend for anyone looking to eat on a budget. Bought food for 3 adults.was less than $40.00 we all had leftovers. 10/10 Thanks Spicy Dragon

Great good! I've been coming here for about 12 years! Still tastes as good as it did the first time I arrived. Especially the chicken pakora!

The best chili chicken in town. This place is always busy because people love their food so make sure to call in and order ahead of time so you don’t end up waiting in line.

Yeh log badiya khana banate hai. Kam msg aur kam teel. Perfect spice aur texture. Chilli chicken 10/10. Fried rice price ke liye aur quantity ke liye zabardast hai. Fried rice mein thoda taste missing hai. But gravy ke saat khaoge toh sahi balance hai. Bhai $20 mein ek rice aur gravy aa ja ta hai. Aap to clean hakka khana yeh toh yeh achha option hai.

Ordered ahead of time so order will be ready when I arrived. Good service food was good. Ordered chilli chicken with gravy and a spring roll.

Best Hakka in town. Hands down. I'm no Asian but this is good stuff. It's not "whitey-fied" Chinese food like mandarin. This is great food at great prices

Rude lady who answers the phone. Hangs up on me when I ask about making a reservation at her restaurant. I told her I have 10 people and it’s not easy to just walk-in and wait. Rudest person of life. Never going here nor recommending anyone.

I was in for lunch ordered chilli chicken because my friend recommended this place I had gone in and asked for a lunch special but their lunch special training was over midway through eating my food another person walks in and ask for a lunch special and he gets it and he was the same race as the owners so I find that this place is very racist and only favourites their kind and he got the lunch special and when I confronted them they tried to play it off or chai would not recommend this placeTo anyone because the taste in food is not there quantity is low and presentation is very bad and the owners are very mean and talk to you with a very mean attitude

I have been coming to this location for 6years, it is one of the best Hakka places in Scarborough I think. Quick service, I recommended the spicy dragon fish, fish pakora, beef with black beans, and the chicken fried rice. The hot and sour soup is really good, once it was off, the chef came out took the criticism and remade it. Love this place.

I used to visit here when they first opened. My family and extended family visited atleast once a week. We found the food quality diminished over the years, it wasnt consistent. For example we can eat here and it will be awesome the the next week it sucks. Basically sometimes the food would be extra greasy, like they didnt change there fryer oil in time.

The best Hakka spot in Scarborough! Seating can be limited during peak times due to how small the place is, but the food definitely makes the wait worth it.

Very good Chinese restaurant, the prices are fairly cheap and the food is great. It's a bit small to dine Inn but for take out food is perfect.

Quality has gone down recently, actually. Was good before but that's unfortunately no longer the case.

Great find. It's a shame I e been working in the area for two months and found this place on the last two days. They lunches are huge for servings and out of this work flavor. Not to mention with tax it's like $8.50! They chili beef over rice blew my mind!

It's soooo good! Even the spice levels are good (like near ghost Pepper seed levels) with extra spice, and it doesn't interfere with the natural flavors.
And the staff are just super friendly 10/5

Very high quality place. Excellently maintained and an amazing product they offer. Very quick cook times. When it comes to ordering for pick up they are spot on with their times. Absolutely love this place and its food
