Spiffy does a pretty good job at detailing, expensive, but good.

However they do have difficulty sticking to their schedule. If you have the convenience of time they are five star. For those who don’t, a couple of stars have to be docked.

I had the pleasure of meeting Gerald at Spiffy Auto Detailing, he takes pride in his work and it shows. He made sure i was satisfied with the job, took his time to work on it and at the end showed me the results needless to say i was very satisfied with the service. I will be returning for future services and recommending anyone in need of any services Spiffy offers. Thank you it was a pleasure. 10/10

I’ve gotten my car washed and detailed from Spiffy many times and am always happy with the quality of cleaning and service. I brought my Mercedes GL550 suv to spiffy on Rosedale Ave in brampton. I needed a buff and polish done contacted John then met with Gerald at the shop. They took the time to specify what needed to be done and how it would be done during awalk-around. Everything was done with precision and now my truck looks immaculate.

I took my vehicle here because it was in bad need of a clean and we also spilled a whole coffee on the seat! I paid for the top shelf detail package and I was not disappointed. The guys here were excellent.service was 10/10. The car looks mint inside and out. The seat is totally clean and working. All the carpets look brand new. The mats are as clean as anyone could get them. I believe the price was very reasonable. I don't have before photos but it was really dusty and the floors were gross. We have a baby in this thing a lot! I would fully recommend this shop to anyone looking for a detail!

They did an absolutely amazing job with my 2020 Kia Optima! It was originally white and they wrapped it with Avery Dennison’s Satin Orchid. Got my Santa Fe tinted earlier this year from a company in Mississauga, requested 20% all around. As days went by, I felt like I couldn't even see clearly outside, and shrugged it off. After deciding to entrust Johnny from Spiffy Auto to inspect the windows for me, he informed me that it was 2% ALL AROUND. His team did an incredible job at tearing off the old tint, and replacing with fresh 20% tints as I always wanted! Thank you so much again Spiffy Auto team, other tint companies need to learn from you!

John designed and installed custom decals on our fleet of company trucks (15 of them). Him and his team did an excellent job!

John is straight forward in his communication and reinforces his clients' decisions several times so they understand what they're buying. His shop is spotless and his pride in his work obvious. Both him and his team worked to make our new Mercedes GLS spotless to include roof glass. He won't be the cheapest bid, but you will drive away without any problems and much cooler literally for your decision!

These guys did an absolutely unbelievable job! I had dog hair EVERYWHERE in my car, but the car looks as good as the day I bought it. I’ve gotten my car detailed before and no one has come close to doing as good of a job as these guys. HIGHLY recommended! Will be using them in the future for sure!

Johnny and his team did AN AMAZING JOB on my Tesla. He was incredibly professional and even took the time to call me personally for upcoming dates for availability. He worked with me and helped me figure out my price range. I have to say, I got exactly what I expected and more. I chose Spiffy auto even it's an hour drive away from my place because of the good reviews online and fast response time on their social media page. I saw their descriptive deals and jobs done on their Instagram account and sent the page a DM. Appointment booked after 5 minutes. Easy transactions and fast tinting service done. Will definitely return for their excellent service.

My car had been sitting for a few months and the city rats created a home in the hood. It was a nightmare and the smell was like death. John came to my rescue, he picked up the car and detailed the whole thing. The hood was the worst part and as you can see from the photos he made the engine and car look like new! Highly recommend him and will be using him for all my future detail jobs.

I had my model 3 tinted here, actually I’ve have 2 of my teslas tinted here before and they always do a great job, this is the only place in Toronto I trust with my car.

From the moment I first reached out to John and the Spiffy Auto Detailing team they were nothing but helpful, knowledgeable, professional, and attentive to my needs. John was always there for me to answer any questions I had, and I had many! I needed to get a full vehicle wrap done in a pretty specific time frame and they made it HAPPEN. You will not find this level of service and value anywhere else around, I checked! The wrap job was immaculate, and their attention to detail is unmatched. If you didn't know any better you'd think it was painted. Bottom line, I'd recommend Spiffy Auto to anyone and everyone! I will definitely be coming back in the future.

I absolutely recommend this place if you want to get a professional car wrap. Jerry has done and incredible job, he offered me a great variety of options for the car wrap, gave me some recommendations and I’m 100% satisfied with the work and service provided. The color of the wrap is mind-blowing! You can see the pictures attached but believe me, in real life the color is even better and brighter. It is just perfect!

I love the job that Spiffy does and I am a repeat customer. I got a Completely Spiffy package. It’s worth every penny. I usually get a smaller package but get this package once every 5 years to give everything (including the engine) a big clean. IGNORE THESE NEGATIVE REVIEWS! This place is amazing! I had my windows + rear window tinted (Ceramic Tint) for a very reasonable price and am beyond satisfied. All the guys that work there are super nice and friendly and kindly explained to me everything i needed to know and more! Certain back windows are quite difficult to tint because of minimal space, but they were able to do it no problem. Definitely would recommend them to anyone looking to get their windows tinted. 5/5 no questions asked. Thank you Spiffy Crew

I brought my Acura RDX for tinting all my windows they did a good job there and I will back and bring more customers there

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! I got the $180 package and the work performed was $60 at best! I had to go back 3 TIMES for him to re do the job and sent him pictures and he still missed areas! Did not vacuum properly, did not steam the mats until going the third time, went back for leather seats to be cleaned properly, did not do the ceiling, missed the inside console front and back seat, very streaky wipe downs and spray marks left, did not do the door jams.list goes on. Attention to detail was completely lacking! I really had faith that he would do a good job but am highly disappointed. There was only one detailer who is over worked so I didn’t want to bother going for a fourth time. I read the reviews before going so I don’t know why my job was done so poorly. Nice guy but below average work.

My partner and I had our car cleaned just yesterday and we are so impressed! With the Pretty Spiffy package, our car was cleaned with care and precision. Looks and smells fantastic now! The folks at Spiffy were so kind, professional, and attentive so I felt very comfortable leaving our car in their care. I would truly recommend this place to anyone! We are excited to try future packages with them as well.

The inside windshield is full of streaks. I will be cleaning that up. When the sun shines on the windshield you can see it. This happens at a lot of places I find. The console above my dash was cloudy had to wipe it down. Had many wax runs that I wiped down. The foot boards were not wiped down. Had wax just sitting there. They were cloudy. Once I wiped them down they shined. Vacuum job was ok.
I spent about 15 minutes wiping down areas in my car. It took maybe 1 hour for them to do the Pretty Spiffy package. Considering my car was not that dirty inside but needed a good cleaning.

I got my old Nissan cleaned at Spiffy Auto back in February. My seats were DIRTY! Having 3 boys in the backseat all the time eating just destroyed the back seat. They did an AMAZING job. I got the highest package that time which included shampoo, steam cleaning etc. I was so surprised at how clean they had gotten my Rusty car lol. Fast forward I bought a new car and wanted my windows tinted and inside cleaned. They did an AWESOME job as usual. Definitely will be returning once again. They are so nice and very accommodating. Thanks again guys!

Had my 2019 Honda Civic detailed this morning. Booked appointment ahead of time. Had email responses quickly from whoever is in charge of emails. Came in for my 9 AM appointment and was very happy with service. They finished in less than 2 hours (and the person who did service on my car called to let me know it was done). The car looked awesome. Was very clean, pristine looking. My main concern was how dirty my mats were, and reinstalling them (since I had tuxmat in my car), and the service person did put them back in correctly.

Couldn't be happier.

I purchased the Complete Spiffy package, and its probably far more worth it for cars in worse condition. I suggest emailing them first before you purchase so you can have a better picture of what is required for your car.

This was my first time using their services. I scheduled an appointment over the phone, this was the most hassle free last minute appointment I have booked. They were so professional and attentive to my request. They did an amazing job cleaning my car.

I would totally recommend these guys to friends and family.

Came in for a $60 wash advertised on Instagram. Carpet was not cleaned, door jams were not cleaned as well as front bumper lip and side skirts. They did a horrible job, I’m pretty sure petro Canada can do better

This was the worst service i have ever had. And his excuse was someone called in. He simply could have rescheduled me or spent more time on it. My floor mats were puddles of water and soap and he didnt even touch behind my front seats. His excuse was he couldnt figure out how to put them forward. I have a jeep i go off roading with and at the end of every season i get it detailed. Needless to say when i left it looked like i just went mudding with the doors and top off i have pictures but cant post them on here. I asked for my money back and they denied followed by a bunch of excuses. He also looked at and inside my jeep before accepting the job. This was a complete waste of 150 bucks and my time. I spent 4 hours after picking up my jeep cleaning it myself. Not impressed.

At first when I arrived the customer service was poor John wasn’t at the site but his employees should know about pricing and certain details on the services they offer I had to wait for someone to come and assist me in the front for they do not have a receptionist.

I chose the package for $160 and let me tell you it wasn’t worth my money for the Interior of my car was not cleaned properly.

I was going to go back to have them redo the job but John only took $20 off of the $160 package which in my honest opinion if you’re going to charge that amount of money for interior cleaning at least do a good job the first time. I am going to look for another auto detailing shop to clean my car not worth the money.

Worst! Never try this for your car cleaning.

If there is a possibility I would like to rate it negative. I tried this facility for my Honda CRV and paid $170. They just did the Carpet shampoo and basic vacuum. The guy who did the vacuum not even looked at the trunk and bottom of the seats. The vinyl wasn't cleaned, cup holders were dirt and he didn’t wash the floor mats properly. When I enquired about the vinyl polish he asked me to pay additional $10 on top of $170? Never ever think to do cleaning your car at this facility unless you want to waste your money and time.

Had a disappointing experience with Spiffy recently. Normally I don’t do reviews and I even tried to handle the matter privately. I requested a refund for the service (or lack of) but I was told to post a review of my experience instead. So here it is.

Booked a car wash for 9 am on a Saturday for an $80 car wash package + additional $40 for clay bar. Left the car at the shop on the Friday night expecting to pick up Saturday around noon. I gave a message around 2 pm to confirm whether or not the car was ready for pick up. I was told that it’s still not ready and that I’d get a call when the car is ready. I figured that the guys got a little backed up and although frustrated, I didn’t want a rushed car wash so I waited for the call. I get a call at 5: 10 to come pick the car at 5: 30 as I’m the last customer and that they are waiting for me to pick up the car and close the shop – great. I quickly call a friend and arrange for a ride to the shop. I arrive at the shop and I was told to come to the back to see the car as it’s “almost done”. I head to the back and to my surprise, the car is covered in soap and nowhere near done. I can see the employee quickly trying to rinse it and get me on my way. I waited until shortly after 6 pm to get my car. The car was still wet in some areas but I had plans for the evening and didn’t intend on spending my day on waiting to get my car back so I paid the detailer and left.

Once I got to my destination and the car had dried off, I noticed most of the car wasn’t even washed (pictures attached). The front bumper was still dirty, the wheels weren’t even attempted to be cleaned but rather the sidewall just dressed in tire shine, the mats inside dried up with a mixture of dirt and the soap that had been used (again pictures attached). Furthermore, the clay bar that I paid extra for wasn’t even done as there was a small section on the rear passenger door that had some black residue particular build that I was able to wipe off with my finger – this would have easily came off it the car was clay barred.

Additionally, when I was receiving my car back, the detailer kept commenting on how the car sounds and how loud the exhaust cracks/pops are. My car is tuned to not have the exhaust open up (where the crack/pops would initiate) unless over 3.5K rpm. So either this employee took my car for a spin or was revving it excessively.

I made note of the issues above and sent a message to Spiffy with how upset I was with their services. I was told that:

1. No one took my car for a joy ride and that they are extremely busy and there would be absolutely no time for this to happen and that it would be means for termination for the employee.

Cool, but this still does not answer how the detailer would know how my car sounds?

2. I can come in for a “re-do” of the clay bar and the wash.

Again, as I mentioned above the car wash was absolutely terrible and the clay bar did not even happen. Which means this wouldn’t have be a “re-do” but much rather the first time they are actually doing the work that I paid for.

I already got someone else to complete the detail at this point and asked for a refund. I was told that there is absolutely no way that I would receive a refund and that I’m not a type of customer they would like to deal with if I’m “threatening” them to write a review. I was asked that if I had a bad experience at Walmart, would I boycott Walmart?

Lol – I’ve never been robbed by Walmart so I’m not sure how to answer that question.

As I’m writing this review and I look at some of the other reviews, it’s evident that many others have had the same experience of receiving sub-par service and then when the customer brings this up, is offered a “re-do”.

Spiffy commonly brings up how busy they are when addressing negative reviews and it seems to me that they are sacrificing quality in order to push out more car washes.

All in all, I feel that I paid $120 in return for service that would have match the quality of a ten minute $25 In & Out car wash.

Best place for Ceramic Pro Car detailing packages in Brampton. They did an excellent job with the paint correction work on my luxury car and with the multi step application of products it simply came out amazing. The best part about this place is they do it at a fair and reasonable price.

Brought my car to John at Spiffy Auto Detailing to get a detail and a ceramic pro coating package applied to my car. Making an appointment was quick and easy and John was very communicative the entire way. He made sure to confirm my appointment and made sure I had all the info I needed before going into the entire process.

I dropped the car off at 8am and John told me he should be finished by 8pm. He was true to his word and finished even earlier than his estimated time. He really brought out the best in my car and brought back the *pop* that was I was looking for. Prices were reasonable and John was never hesitant to answer any question I had about the entire thing. Wonderful experience, I was able to salvage my heavily oxidated headlights on my Porsche with the help of their headlight restoration techniques. Very professional & informative people, Johnny was able to execute and deliver as promised. I’d recommend his detailing services to anyone interested in a quality job for a fair price.

This place dose not care about your Vehicle or how it looks after the paint it or work on it the paint just fall off as your driving or just parked in the driveway they don’t sand it down or primer It at all if your car was yellow and u got it painted blue give it a month And your car will be yellow again so DONT USE spiffy auto Go use someone that care about there work and takes Pride In it that’s all I have to say

One of the worst experiences. My vehicle came out looking worse than when it went in and the customer service was brutal. Would not recommend this place at all!

Brought my car for a pretty spiffy clean, they had missed a whole row in my car and failed to do the back efficiently, and this job took two hours. Returned to have the rest of the vehicle cleaned properly but the job is still mediocre. For 120$ save your money and do it yourself, there are places that will actually detail your car for 120$! All of the photos are after my “detail” given the last two photos are after the “redo”, still not well done.
