Spin Cycle Express

This is a gem! The prices were reasonable, the machines and dryers modern, the facility was clean and bright and the staff member was extremely helpful and pleasant. I highly recommend this laundromat.

Doing laundry is not fun but when you're doing it at Spin Cycle, you can get it done quickly. The facility is clean, the staff is friendly and helpful. I had a problem with a machine (it charged my card twice) and I didn't have to fight to get reimbursed. I just had to fill out a form/leave a note really and the next time I did laundry, my card has the reimbursement. You can get text when your wash is done or dryer is done on your phone. I do recommend Spin Cycle.

Its expensive but actually very clean. And the machines are state of the art. (The machines can alert you electronically when your time expires) I do have one nitpick about my experience.

The big dryer's hold a ton (50+lbs) and I was happy to pay more to dry everything, but the machine actually starts counting down your "drying time" the very instant you add money, not when you press start. So I added a few minutes and had to add more money to my card, and I did not press start on the dryer. When I got back to the machine with my freshly added paycard, the time I had added was gone!

Luckily there is a friendly attendant working who added my lost time again for me but I think there could be better signage.

Overall one of the better laundromats in the country (I travel a hell of a lot) but to me, 5 stars means perfection, so I can only give 4 due to poor instruction.

I will come here again when I'm in town.

Just called to ask about closing hours for dry cleaning. She said and I quote, “we close at 5 o’clock my time, NOT yours. ” I said pardon me? She said, “When the clock on the wall here reads 5 o’clock, we’re closed - Not what your watch says. Uh boy.

What's with the manager leaving the door open when it's freezing cold outside? !? ! What's more suspicious is that she does this every single time my mom walks in and its starting to seem like it's personal.

Would give 5 stars, but the minimum you can put on your laundry card is $5, and I only wanted to add $2 to finish my drying. But the staff was very helpful and the place was clean and the machines were in good repair.

A bit pricy as far as laundromats go, but it's the only place in town. Usually very clean and easy to use the tap cards instead of quarters.

Lots of various size washers to choose from, although the cost is a little expensive.price depends on size of the machine, and the clean cycle chosen. Clean environment and washroom facilities available. I can dry 2 loads of clothing using only one dryer to cut costs.
