Marco and the staff at Spincam Tirecraft always provide exceptional service. I’ve been taking my car here for years and have never been disappointed. Fairly priced and honest mechanics who explain to you in detail the work they’re doing.

I was at this store today for oil change snd they told me that all liquid will be checked but after they returned my key I checked my engin and I noticed that coolant level is below minimum! I asked for explanation but they are asking for another appointment and investigation and for sure extra money.
I wasn't happy that they didn't check my car coolant snd why they didn't report it to me. I don't trust this location and I don't recommend this store to others.

I do not recommend this place because of poor service and the personels are too arrogant. They do not care about their customers.

I moved to Richmond Hill a few years ago and have been on the hunt for a good honest caring mechanic for my 2010 Mercedes. Well I have found you! It took a few bad places and now I have found an amazing place. Your mechanics are all working and smiling and happy to be there. That was nice to see. The staff in the office are also great to deal with and looking out for you and the big thing, THEY LISTEN! They treat you with respect which I have not seen in a while. Went here for an alignment, the owner, Cam, is a great and honest guy. I'd recommend going here for tires and suspension work.

We’re a car dealership, and we have been dealing with Spincam Tirecraft for almost three years now. Their service is excellent, and are one of the most transparent and honest shops we have dealt with (we’ve dealt with dozens of shops). They have an excellent selection of tires, and also they have really talented mechanics that are great at diagnosing mechanical problems. Amazing family business, and amazing service every time. I came in with a flat tire to replace thinking it wasn't repairable. The team there were so honest and helpful, they said that they would try and fix it as opposed to replacing it as a new tire would be way more expensive. Had the BEST experience with Spincam. Our car suddenly broke down on a Saturday, the same day we were moving out of our house. We were able to get ahold of Spincam, one of few mechanics open on a Saturday, and they repaired my broken water pump the same day! Had my summer tire changeover and winter tires stored with them couple days ago, got the quote from the reception that tire changeover is $50 and storage is $80. Waited about an hour to get the job done, didn’t notice how much exactly I paid at the cashier. However, when I get home, I found there’s a $13 ‘shop supplies’ cost on the receipt but I didn’t buy anything from the shop. Called the shop and their explanation was they always charge an extra 10% on top of the total price and all other tire shops has that extra charge. To be honest I’ve been to 3-4 other tire shops but none of them charge that, it doesn’t make sense to me. I mean you can charge me $60 for changeover and $100 for storage, I’m totally fine with it and won’t complain at all, or at least should let me know there will be a 10% extra cost when I ask for the price from the beginning. It’s not about the money, it’s about trust, I don’t care the $13 at all to be honest. The service itself is good but the way they do business had me feel I was cheated.

Best mechanic I've ever been to. I moved to this area 2 years ago and tried a few mechanics in the neighbourhood to see which I liked the most and I've been going to them ever since. They are very organized and actually want to help figure out the problem (unlike some places that want to do anything to money grab). I've brought my Hyundai/Mercedes/Porsche to them and always had no issues. Highly recommended! Thanks Cam/Marco/Mike you guys rock.

My husband came home from a business trip and he had a large screw stuck in his tire. I took his truck in to Spincam after 5pm and they were able to repair the tire for me within no time.
The service centre is conveniently located on Yonge St.just North of King road.
The facility is very clean, the staff were very kind and I found out that they do all kinds of repairs, not just tires.
I’m happy to know that I have a local repair shop so close to home.

Went here for the first time to get a oil change. Good first impression, friendly and quick service. Definitely worth trying for other services. Will visit again and see how they do on other services/repairs.

Today was in and out after replacing 2 bulbs. Great seeing so much help. I was welcomed very warmly by all.

Friendly guys, but told me a wrong (lower) price for the sevice over the phone and charged higher afterwards, quite unprofessional. Also car vibration was not better after the recommended service

In my experience this shop did A professional job, I had ABS problem+ some minor problems such a head light broken in my GMC truck, they fixed all in 4 hours, they are on time and friendly with customers. Highly recommend.

I came in for an Uber Safety and they proved honest and friendly I’m quite pleased and will use them again even though it’s abit of a drive.

I should have just gone to my dealership. They fix what they can and advise you to go to the dealership for the rest. Would have appreciated it more had they turned me away in the first place, at least I would have saved the $370 paid for partial repairs. But again, it's business, they have to think of their own wallet first. Oh how foolish I was. Never am I to set foot there again!

I had a set of tires that I wanted switched to my original rims and popped by in the hope that they might have time. They took me right away and were very courteous and professional. More than once, they checked to see if I was ok or needed anything. I was very happy with the service and would absolutely go back.

Always takes our cars in. We can call that day with a problem and they are always available for us to bring car in and have a look. Marco always calls with the diagnosis and costs. All repairs are done on a timely manner and when they say car will be ready at 2.it is ready at 2.

Had a problem with our Jetta. Didn’t want to drive it downtown to a mechanic that we know. Called them to inquire if they did any other work besides specializing in tires and the gentleman who answered the phone named Marco was from the start accommodating and honest about the problem and the pricing. They took our car right away, had a look and made their recommendations and options for the repairs needed without any pressure.
Job was done quickly and the problem was fixed.
Called again the following week for a last minute oil change and Marco once again accommodated is quickly and job was done.
All we can say is that Marco and his team have been great and accommodating. Prices are reasonable, Marco and his team are friendly and quick to respond to questions, pricing and scheduling.
We are very pleased with the overall service and happy that they are located just 5 min away from our home. They will now be our one stop mechanic shop for all our family vehicles.

Just wanted to share my experience at Spincam Tirecraft. I have to say these guys - the entire crew of professionals are all top notch. After reading the excellent reviews I decided to bring my vehicle in for service, and they didnt disappoint. I cannot remember the names of the individuals but thank you for a pleasant experience without the sales tactics that sometimes gives shops a bad name. Keep up the great service I'll definitely be back.

The guy made rude comments, like he thought I was just a dumb woman who doesn't know anything about vehicles. I would have left but my truck was dropped off by a tow truck, so I couldn't drive it anywhere else.
Would definitely not recommend. Very bad experience.
