Spirit Halloween

Selection was great and staff was most pleasant, only complaint is the music was horribly loud- we had to yell at each other which caused 2 kids to be clearly overwhelmed from it, and I had to end my call with my son as we couldn't hear over the music. Please turn it down for your customers

Nice stuff to see as you walked around. I'm a Star Wars fan so I always check out the small selection of Star Wars costumes. This place is only open one month of the year which is October.

Great selection but horribly overpriced. Got similar quality at Dollarama and Goodwill for less than 1/2 the price.

Unfortunately this store is discriminating against those that can't wear masks/those that wear face shields instead. As of the new bylaw, as long as the person is wearing any sort of "face covering", or if those with medical conditions that prevent the person from being able to wear masks, they shouldn't be discriminated or turned away from the business. My family was willing to spend a few hundred dollars today on supplies here but was turned away at the door instead. I now find myself going to government offices to put in a formal complaint about the store discriminating against people and not abiding by the new bylaws.

Friendly staff, fun setup, great music. My youngest who asks if we can go home before we even leave the house spent an hour in store just looking at everything.

This place is amazing! Pretty much everything you need for Halloween is here. Costumes, makeup animatronics and decorations! Such a great place and the staff is super friendly!

The best location we have been to. The walk through scare aquarium was amazing! Although the prices are higher, the quality is there and costumes can be reused for many years.

Prices are always way too high. But the store is always set up great and lots of options. If you can't find it anywhere else, you'll find it here.

I was actually surprised at the lack of costume selection per category. Yes there is a variety of costume themes, but not many choices per category.

Not a large enough selection for plus size people. I got over charged for a costume by $7.00 was given no receipt by the time I realized it I was already home. I tried to call the store but got nothing but a repeated automated machine and couldn't get a hold of anyone and I thought the cashier was rude when i didn't want to donate to mc Master. Watch you don't get over charged.

Honestly, I went here at my 6 year old's behest. What I found was a $100 version of the costume he wanted (budget was.maybe $40). But I did run into a dear friend here, so our visit lasted more than the 5 min originally warranted.

Just bought my Halloween costume. This store is packed with all your Halloween accessories. I didnt like how loud it was inside with the music.

Well this store was a ton of fun! Hard to get my kids to leave. Costume selection is great for Adults and Kids. Lots of interactive characters set up in the middle of the store. There is even a mini haunted house. My daughters loved the store and at one point shouted "This is amazing! " They also have music playing, which is a lot of fun but could also be sensory overload. They also have Halloween decorations (e.g lights, signs) as well as a wall of costume accessories. I love that they are also connected with a children's charity and have a raffle, bracelets for sale or you can just donate or round up your bill when paying. Definitely worth a visit, even if just to get in the Halloween spirit! We purchased Thing 1 and Thing 2 costumes which were $37 each, very well made and will be super warm on Halloween night! Very happy with our purchase!
