Staff are excellent and caring! My daughter had a medical emergency and staff were helpful and made sure her privacy was respected even though the store was very busy

Advertising buy one get one 50% off on home decor items but then they mix items on their display that don't belong for that deal. That's baiting customers. When we arrived at the cash she told us some of the items we had were not part of the deal. I guess their way of hoping someone will say screw it and buy them anyway at full price after waiting in line. They lost a sale there because we left the items behind.

Rude staff! One of them got mad at me as I walked down the aisle and told me to use my head. She could have asked me nicely.

Staff here are amazing! They were out of stock in a popular costume and two employees offered to check their back stock for more. My son was so happy he was able to get his costume this year. I’ll only shop here for my kids costumes.

Awesome pop up Halloween store! It was fun to being the kids to look at all the decorations. The set up kind of felt like a haunted house. Totally wish this was open all year round!

Love these stores, wish I had a winning lottery ticket in my pocket, just so I could buy more outdoor decor!

Great costumes for kids. Mechanical displays not cheap but they scared the bejezus out of the kids (which was fun)!

My grandson Aiden has autism and is sensitive to alot of stuff the staff are so fantastic with him he goes to the store almost daily as he is obsessed with the store he is so happy we bought an anamitronic called wacky mole clown it was a great price and it is fun and easy to assemble

What a great experience! My favorite store by far! I would have to say that Steph and Cynthia are the most friendly staff I've ever encountered! Very helpful and they know their stuff!

Listen, I love spirit Halloween but it's not worth buying costumes from there, you're better off waiting till after Halloween when everything's on sale.for 7 dollars I thrifted and entire costume for ⅒ of the price at spirit Halloween

I'm a Halloween nut. What else is there to say. Spirit of Halloween is my candy store. Love this place. You can find just about everything. "If there's a down side", it's like a big box store. Specially on animatronics. Buy it if you see it because it may not be there next year.

Halloween is one of my favorite Holidays so of course, a store specialized on Halloween will always attract my attention.

Lots of decoration, props, costumes, etc. You will easily find something for your taste of you like Halloween. Definitely worth checking out!

Seem to be taking COVID seriously. Lots of good selection. Felt comfortable with my kid in the store.

First time ever in this store and let me tell you, it was well worth the 2hr drive! My toddler was impressed with the scary set up! He wanted to go through the displays several times! This store has everything anyone would need or dream of for Halloween/costumes! Love it!

I am a huge fan of Horror and i make my own films. I am always excited to go to Spirit Halloween and see all the horror stuff they provide. But this Spirit Halloween store at this specific location has been the best store i've ever been to. It's huge and it gives you a variety of new collectables and anything horror based. The price is really decent but what makes you want to come back is the Customer Service. Sam and Cynthia are always there welcoming you with a smile on their faces. They know their products and they get excited to even talk about it. I truly do love everything about this store and i believe without them and their amazing customer service, it wouldn't be the same. If you love halloween and are looking to go to a really good spot, this is it. Thanks again guys for making my experience the best i've ever had.

Great selection here. Found some stuff to be quite expensive but it’s very cool. Employees were also nice.

Visited the store today and had the misfortune of dealing with a very rude woman at the cash. Completely unhelpful.

Super nice folks in this store! Made the trek from Nepean to good ol' Innes worth it. Cynthia was my cashier both times I've been and I absolutely adore the service! Thank y'all for being there

Very well put together store! The staff was nice and welcoming and very attentive. Can't wait to go back.

The walk-in spook house was disappointing. Nothing scary about a fish and shark display, and much too much mist/smoke inside, is that even healthy? Plus the mask displays area are too bright, usually the lights are dimmed in order to put you in more of the Halloween mood and I did not feel it. Hopefully this place will improve/change up by October.

Went in hoping to find some cool decorations.everything I found at my local Loblaws was better. Not clean or organized. Cheap looking costumes and decorations for high prices. A good place to get ideas but mostly could be made at home for way cheaper.
When checking out the following statement was overheard:
"oh a group of teenagers just came in"
and the other employee responded that he "was on it" and proceeded to follow the group. Being 25 but looking like 18, I don't appreciate agism such as this. Disgusting. If you have a problem with theft, maybe install some cameras or something. Won't be recommending or returning.

It’s an okay location for costumes & all things Halloween. Prices however are overpriced & they don’t do refunds either.
