Amazing customer service and staff always has great suggestions for products to try. I purchased a faulty vape cartridge and it was refunded and replaced no questions asked.

Arrived to the store at 10: 40 pm and the door was locked, with the phone message and all advertisements stating you’re open until 11 pm I was quite disappointed.

Spiritleaf is my favourite spot to buy cannabis products in Kingston. I'm a middle-aged professional and I like Spiritleaf because it has a clean, mature atmosphere with helpful and knowledgeable staff. I highly recommend this place.

This is my always go to place. I am so happy I found these people.as i have been dealing with medical providers that charge too much and have not much to offer.i have for the first time in 10 years been able to find two strains that help both anxiety and pain. Everyone i have spoken too on the phone or via email have been very available and great help. I feel relieved that i can actually establish a regular dosing program for myself now.

Edit: Was not very happy with this place on the first visit.
Later one of the sales people was very helpful finding stress relief bud.

This location has been hands down the best shop I've been to, The staff are always more then willing to help and answer anything you need to know.

Its a shop everyone can go to with its modern feel to it and not that hipster look all the others try so young and old will feel more then comfy while shopping

Great experience as it was my first time in legalized Cannabis shop. Staff wore great and served us very well. Kudos, to Melissa and Jd for going out of their way making us enjoy the time, laugh, and feel very comfortable in the shop. The Cannabis was great as well as we got a pre-rolled Indica joint to enjoy for evening.

JD was fantastic. I was there for information and he was incredibly helpful and didn't treat me like a "newbie". The selection and knowledge was insightful and had plenty of options. Would recommend to others and will make the long drive again.

Always a good experience. I have been periodically purchasing from the Kingston facilty for roughly a year and I have never had a bad experience. I didn't like the prices at first but they are getting a much better price selection and the product is still on par.

Shout out to the employee managing the door last time I was there (evening of June 29th 2020). He was very respectable.

This is a great store. The last couple times I was in I was helped by a very knowledgeable man named Jason. He explained my different options in a way that was easy to understand for a novice like myself. Staff members like Jason are what will have me coming back to Spiritleaf for my cannabis needs!

The door lady at Fire&Flower was wonderful, knew exactly what I was trying to find and was very helpful. Absolutely amazing service hands down. I'm a medical patient who switch from online ordering directly from my LP to ordering locally due to covid19. Daniel and Allan helped me from the minute I called them to explain my situation. These guys are the absolute best and my spouse and I are 100% a customer for life.

Went in and was immediately hassled by the doorman with aggressive inquiries of where I came from and who I was with, on par with a cop. Seemed to be overtly concerned I was coming from a bar with zero evidence of such. Asked me 'where my friends are'. Just wanted to buy 3.5 and continue on my way home. Will not be back again.

Was just in 10 minutes ago and bought a pre roll and it was absolutely horrible it was so solid and dry you couldnt get a haul.off it for the life of you I would never go back

Buyer beware. I was sold 9 month old weed that was bone dry. It ended up weighing 2.9g instead of 3.5g, of course. Completely ripped off. Was given no context or informed of absolutely nothing to let me know this was going to be a horrible purchase. I will be contacting the better business bureau. Stay far away from this trash dispensary.

Always friendly and helpful staff. Quality has always been very good although sometimes the product can be a little too dried out. Moisture varies with the company that is providing the buds, but the product always does the trick.

Sold me 8 month old weed at $48 3.5g. Complete dust. Beyond dry. Worthless customer service. Beware, this is outright theft. No warning that the weed was going to be old and dry. No refund. Worthless.

Transferred over from F&F a few weeks ago since prices are generally a little better here, after my experience today will never be going back and taking my business back to F&F - the customer service is worth the higher price.

The staff are AWESOME! I went in as a complete novice.the staff member who took the time to walk me through everything was named Joel and he was so patient and knowledgeable about everything! He helped find exactly the correct product for the issues I wanted addressed and he did not fail! I highly recommend!

Sad that Fire & Flower was closed for inventory. So I had no choice but to go to Spiritleaf - safe to say I will never be going back there again. First time going there, Staff very friendly, and helpful, Answered all my questions about edibles, i did end up purchasing products, Will definitely be back.

The salesperson was very helpful and did not try to force sell anything to me. He answered my questions and pointed out alternatives. No pressure.

From immediate entrance into this establishment, myself and a friend were made extremely uncomfortable until we felt there was no other option but to leave. The man who checked our photo-I. D. 's made a comment to my friend about her weight loss since the taking of her photo before we entered the second door of SpiritLeaf. We decided not to let this first negative, highly inappropriate comment ruin the experience, and proceeded. Here I will mention that I have a service animal, as it unnecessarily became the object of an employee's scrutiny. After being in the store itself for no more than 5 minutes, we were approached by an employee who did not intend to inform us about products or help us with our experience. Instead, the employee demanded information about my service dog against Canadian Law, arguing that because he also owned a service dog, he could ask. The man asked me what school my dog was registered with repeatedly, then proceeded to ask me if my dog was registered under a doctor's note. I was becoming visibly and audibly upset, and vocalized my discomfort as well as my legal rights. The employee told me I had no reason to be feeling upset or offended, and had the audacity to tell me was infringing no part of my rights as he was not requesting my actual doctor's note. My friend and I decided to leave at this moment, and were both extremely shaken by these events for hours after. As a company which provides a medical substance which many people use for private, personal and medical reasons, this experience still shocks me when I think about it. And to be honest, it makes me feel sick. I have never felt so targeted for things beyond my control by people who I thought would make me feel comfortable and accepted in a customer service position. Needless to say, I have no intention of ever returning to a SpiritLeaf location, and I certainly won't be recommending anyone go there. I don't have any suggestions for how to go about making this right, I just know that what happened was wrong.

First time I was here, got stopped at the door for a chipped ID which was pretty fair. Came back after a few weeks with the proper one, he remember me and was always very friendly. Inside is very lovely, wasn't hard to find what I want and seemed to have cheaper and more expensive pretty easily available. Purchasing was quick, even waiting in a small line, can get a little crowded with a few people though. Staff behind the desk were super helpful, along with the panels of rotating strains on the wall made it easier to remember what I wanted. Definitely be back, I love chatting with the staff.

Went in and purchased some pre rolled. Have to really commend the staff there for an amazing experience. Being from out of town i had forgotten my lighter and the lady there gave me her own one as they had none for sale. I didnt catch her name but it capped off an amazing visit!

An awesome and amazing place! The staff are excellent! Very knowledgeable, friendly and upbeat! For anyone having an issue with pricing, weight and product quality, you need to contact the LP as the product comes in sealed containers. It is not the fault of Spiritleaf. All in all a great place and a bonus for Kingston. Good job guys! Keep it up!

Great atmosphere, staff was pleasant and knowledgeable. Awesome painting which I believe is one of a kind of Gord Downey. This is such a nice salute to Gord, especially being in the Tragically Hips home town! Loved the tunes in there as well. Wasn't expecting to hear some reggae from the 70s playing as I bought some weed, great touch!

I live in Buffalo. Smoked my 1st joint in 1968. I had to check this out, as I have never obtained weed legally. Stayed at a hotel 1 block from their store. Great Service. Cool layout. I ordered 4 pre-rolled (all different price and quality) off the menu. Higher priced was way better. Will be back, next time I'll try the flower. Thank You for a nice experience.
