These guys were the first weed shop I went to in Guelph. Items can be pricey, so shop around first. The customer service is great. If I'm in the area I'll always pop in when I can. Keep up the great work.

Purchased 32% THC weed (a bit pricey, $43 for 3.5G and 3 THC/CBD pills. Over $100 spent.

I feel the owners here acctually care. I had an issue and it was acted upon and resolved, all very quickly.

I have recently started using edibles for sleep issues I’ve been having. I’ve used their delivery service a few times, and it’s always been too notch.

I went into the store for the first time this morning, and I was super impressed with the level of service, the knowledge of the staff, and the store itself.

The person who helped me (I wish I had gotten their name!) was super helpful, polite, friendly and was able to answer my questions. They were super knowledgeable about cannabis and made some product recommendations that I hadn’t considered.

I also love the location, they are close to my home and offer delivery when I can’t get to the store.

Definitely recommend this place, and can’t wait to go back!

MY EXPERIENCE has DEFINITELY left SPIRITLEAF without MY BUSINESS There was a very obvious clerical error, and they could OBVIOUSLY SEE IT, AND THEY DECIDED TO CHARGE ME AN EXTRA 15 $ ANYWAYS. I spend ALOT of money in that store and they have the Audacity to charge me money instead of fixing the problem. HOPE THE 15 buck's was worth looking 300 $ or more seevya SPIRIT LEAF

The owner here really takes custumor satisfaction to a whole other level! A certain brand of edible I ate had chipped my tooth and I was having a really hard time contacting the brand about it. Steve went above an beyond and was sure to have someone call me back by the end of the day to get this resolved some how, after leaving the store not 20 mins later the CEO of the company actually called me apologized for the miscommunication and we had everything settled in a timely amd service friendly manner! The employees here always make sure you leave happy and you constantly learn something new or try something new!

The prices are FANTASTIC but almost not worth it for the lack of covid precautions taken. As soon as you walk in, there is an employee standing right next to you with no glass in-between. They will ask you to remove your mask with no protection for you and will not be polite enough to step back. The customers were basically shoulder-to-shoulder when at the payment stage, and the cashiers don't stay behind the small plastic panel the owner provided them. It seems that whoever runs the place does not believe covid exists or does not think they need to provide safety to their staff and customers.

Went there the other day and their customer service is awful. They have 0 respect for their customers the staff just all gave me dirty looks when i walked in and didn’t offer me any help at all. Whomever hired these young people to work there is an absolute joke. I hope every staff member sees this and gets their act together. Will most defiantly never shop here again.

From the first step in the door you are welcomed. Caring, knowledgeable staff with kind compassionate owners at the helm. Fantastic products, walk in or a great delivery service.

Amazing service and staff! Very knowledgeable and helpful. Loved the tablets with all the products and displays. Bought a lot more than I expected because of all the fun products.

Place can't fix or update their system for well over a year. Issue picking stuff up EVERYWEEK. Go through 3 managers and countless useless kids and nothing can get resolved. Let the owner know why they lose customers.

3rd or 4th visit. Not enough training in this store. Took 20 minutes to grab flower in the store between the system being slow / employees looking for there t- shirts. Do an online order if your considering checking this place out.

I love this store, the staff is always knowledgeable and always friendly. They always appear to follow pandemic guidelines.

It's nice to see friendly people even with masks on. Staff is very helpful if you need any ideas on what to buy.

This is the only place in Guelph with bomb service. The workers there are very helpful and nice! Help you pick the good stuff for you! They have a cool order system and yes they help you with that! They give best recommendations! Don't go to any other but SPIRITLEAF! NO REGRETS! I'm happy and excited leaving the store no disappointments like come on I know your reading this just go already! Plus cute bags look!

Really nice staff, curbside pickup was a breeze. After ordering online it was ready in 10 mins to pick up! Will be going back, and will recommend anyone who asks to go to Spiritleaf.

I'm from Niagara, so it was my first time coming to Spiritleaf. I ordered online and had a question I needed clarification on before I placed my order. I called the store and the girl on the phone clarified my question quickly and efficiently. When I went to pick up my order, the line moved quickly. Antaya cashed me out and was super lovely! She gave great reviews to the the products I purchased and made me very excited to try them! Had a great experience, will definitely be coming back whenever I'm in Guelph and will be recommending it to friends! Great service, awesome products, very happy!

Really great customer service, with excellent public safety measures. Good selection and prices. Store also has a very welcoming layout and vibe.

I like their products, however I had no idea how to use the tablets and no one offered me any help until I awkwardly asked the staff. Overall would recommend!

I'm totally new and had no idea what I was looking for but the staff is so knowledgable they helped me pick out products that are right for me. The shop itself is bright, clean, well stocked and inviting. They also have appropriate Pandemic measures in place

First visit today and spoke with Chris. He is both friendly and helpful. I wanted to buy several products to help my wife sleep better and he took the time to understand the issue and suggest a range of solutions. I don’t live nearby but I am in Guelph several times a month and plan to visit again.

Guelph best stocked dispensary and the prices are better than its competitors. Order online and pick up in store is great.

Bernice was super accommodating toward myself and my father.

She took the time to explain information to me and wasn't harrasing us like the store further down the road.

The buds look FRESH! My dad bought some white widow and he was happy witb his purchase!
I cannot say the same for Bud's Cannabis down the road their bud is old and dry and even the cookies were dry and stale.

Lastly Spirit Leaf has AMAZING selection to choose from, everything we were looking for was in stock and their website is clear and consice.

I'm 21 years old and got denied entry because I didn't have my ID, which is law, I get it. But I was with my dad and they denied him entry as well. We drove all the way across town to pick up a new cartridge for my weed pen. Unreal.

Went in today for my first visit. A friend had recommended I check this store out. The staff are friendly and helpful. I was looking at the CBD oil to help for sleep, and Kirsten helped me narrow down my options to what I needed. Thank you, and I will definitely be returning for more purchases.:)

Customer service excellent however product was barely sealed by one stamp only plus product was unbalanced, disappointing with negative results regarding my expectations
